~~ Sitter Information ~~
• Sitters are carefully selected through an extensive interview process
• Sitters are at least 21, have prior childcare experience, and are CPR certified
• Childcare references are checked and available on request
• Sitters undergo a national identity and criminal background check
• Sitters are reliable, caring, bring a fun attitude and age-appropriate activities for your children
• Sitters provide their own meals and transportation to and from your location
• With your permission, sitters may take children to off-site activities
~~ Holiday Pricing ~~
• $20.00 per hour for one child per sitter, plus $1.00 per hour for each additional child
• There is a 4 hour minimum charge for each appointment
• A $32.00 deposit per appointment will be charged to your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express); non-refundable 1 week prior to appointment
• Balance is paid directly to the sitter by cash or check; checks made payable to sitter
• There is a 5% handling fee if you wish to pay the entire amount via credit card
~~ Summit County Pricing ~~
• Rates are 50% more on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
• Rates are double New Year’s Eve (book online early or call for availability)
~~ Policies ~~
• Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged the 4 hour minimum
• Please notify your sitter directly if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late
• Please make all reservations as far in advance as possible
• All reservations and changes must go through our office, not the sitter
• Client is responsible for parking fees and any off-site activity costs
• Tips are always appreciated by your sitter
