About your Breckenridge massage therapist- Dixie Chamness is a licensed Breckenridge massage therapist in practice for the last 8 years. She received her initial training at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage and her neuromuscular training at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. She has worked in a Chiropractic office and owned her own wellness center in Kentucky, as well as being employed at a health club and spas. She specializes in deep tissue and basic relaxation massage, neuromuscular massage with myofascial release for chronic pain and injuries, and has received training in cranial sacral, A shiatsu, Hot Stone, and Orthobionomy modalities.

Relaxation Breckenridge Massage/Swedish- Relax and Renew after a long day on the mountain. Swedish massage is a light to medium pressure full body massage designed to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation. Long fluid strokes are used in a slow rhythmic manner to increase circulation and reduce muscle tension.
