Wow, that pretty much sums up this early November snow fall. Not sure of the current total, but it is well over 10 inches I am sure, add that to the 36 inch mid mountain base breck was reporting last week and the winter storm we are having right now (see poor picture to the right) and you have over a 40 inch base at Breck tomorrow, not bad for November!Yes, even the breckenridge t-bar is open for those of you looking for big freshy this early ski season. This weekend should be excellent, not a ton of terrain open, but what is open will be first rate.
If you want to come and experience it for yourself you can get a great last minute deal on your lodging, just click-![]()
Gotta love it! Breckenridge is open, not a little, but a lot! Even part of he bowl is open if you want to hike the t-bar. I
was up there today (as you can see in the pics) and it was glorious. It is the perfect opening day, 30 degrees, sunny, 34 inches at mid mountain, snow guns blowing, and every bit of the Breckenridge mountain charm in full effect.
Yes, those are people on the lift, ascending vertically to ski Breckenridge Resort for opening day 2010-2011. I would have loved to have joined in, but I had to get back to the office and send this picture out!
