IF you rent your property direct and don’t require an help marketing, but you are out of town and still need services such as cleaning, we can help you with that as well. Below is a list of our individual services, with prices. You will also find a list of our monthly vacation rental management packages with prices. The individual vacation rental management services are on call services, and we do ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice for any service you may need. The monthly plans are automatic, no need to call and schedule, we just ask for a monthly report of bookings so we can schedule our vacation rental management services.
Per Service basis fees
Pre and post guest stay property inspections- $20, w/ digital pics $30 (fee for both)
- Includes a pre guest inspection to ensure your property is cleaned and ready to occupy, and a post guest inspection to ensure there is no damage or loss caused by the guest. This works very well with our housekeeping service.
Monthly/emergency inspections- $20, w/ digital pics $30
- Will go out once a month, or on call, to inspect property for damage, security, temperature setting, and lighting status.
Guest service calls- $25/mo, does not include any associated maintenance or trip fees
- Includes a direct number for your guests to call if they should have an emergency or need assistance during their stay.
Trip fee for guest emergency- $20
- If emergency warrants a trip. this includes minor repairs if necessary, assessment of more major repairs, and service calls to skilled workers.
Maintenance calls- $75 per hour for non specialized
- Includes repair of any basic maintenance issue, skilled maintenance will be a separate charge determined by each company.
Housekeeping-
- Studio condo or townhome- $40
- 1br condo or townhome- $50
- 2br condo or townhome- $80
- 3br condo or townhome- $100
- 3br home- $150
- 4br home- $200
- 5br home- $250
Concierge services- cost + 20%
- If your guests need groceries delivered, a special occasion set up, etc.
Guest check in/out – $15 (fee for both)
- Includes check in/out at our main street office, face to face greeting, guest package (directions, rental policies, contact info), keys, rental policies signed, credit card impression taken for deposit or other charges.
Monthly Plans
$249/ mo- Includes all pre, post, monthly, and emergency inspections, digital pics (if requested), guest service calls, trip fees, and check in/out of guests. Concierge services reduced to 10%. Housekeeping and maintenance charges are charged at normal rates.
$199/mo- Includes all pre, post, monthly, and emergency inspections, guest service calls, and check in/out of guests. Concierge services reduced to 10%. Housekeeping and maintenance charges are charged at normal rates.
$129/ mo- Includes pre and post guest inspections and service calls. Check in/out services reduced to $10, concierge reduced to 10%. Housekeeping, repairs, and trip fees, are charged at normal rates.
Coordination and oversight of major repairs and remodeling are offered as well. Fees based on a percentage and are calculated based on extent, complexity, and duration of work preformed.
We can also market and book your unit during off seasons for a fee of 45%. You select the dates during which we market and book.
