If you are one of the many owners that experienced the downturn in rentals and revenue during the 08-09 ski season you probably have a greater understanding of how high management fees and junk fees cut into your bottom line.  In years past it was probably not as obvious due to the strong rental market and solid revenue.  However, this is a different time, and you might be looking for a way to increase your revenue. 

At Resort Managers we have come up with a simple solution to your problem: when you make less, we make less

Here is how it works, we start with a reasonable 40% management fee basis and no junk fees (see our onefee plan).  At the end of every month we will look back and calculate your occupancy, then your management fee will be adjusted according to your occupancy rate as follows-

Occupancy rate of 24% or less = 30% management fee (no junk fees)

Occupancy rate of 25%-29% = 35% management fee (no junk fees)

Occupancy rate of 30% or greater = 40% management fee (no junk fees)
