We utilized Resort Managers in early fall 2012. For one reason or another we were late checking out and managed to lock our bags in the Los Pinos complex immediately prior to departing to DIA for a flight to Hong Kong. Risk equals Reward! To pick a company to control your property (townhome) is not an easy task. Two major factors discussed were knowledge and marketability per the rental business. Also, a third factor that contributed to our final decision on the management company was not to only look at the "Point Personnel", but the entire team and ownership. The "Team" factor brings the commitment of the sales, marketing and fiscal personnel to present the best product with the best price. We chose Resort Manager, LLC. Toby Babich is our "Point Person".
