*Property must be advertised on a management company direct website. Travel wholesale site rates are not eligible for this discount (orbitz, inntopia, vacation roost, etc.). Applies to single nightly advertised rack rates, no packages, weekly rates, free night specials, or any other discounted rate. Properties must meet Resort managers standards of comparability in size, sleeping surfaces, quality, condition, location, views, amenities, and must be in the same complex or neighborhood as the Resort Managers property.
