The views of Lake Dillon and the mountains are breathtaking, and are available from the living room and both bedrooms.
This home is just across the Dillon Dam Road from Lake Dillon and the paved bike path. In summer there are nearly unlimited hiking and climbing trails in the area. The bike/walking path connects to all of Summit county. Power, canoe, and sail boats are available for rent on the lake.
Not an outdoor enthusiast? You’ll be just a short distance to numerous restaurants, theaters, and the amazing outlet store shopping at the Silverthorne Factory Stores.
