We utilized Resort Managers in early fall 2012. For one reason or another we were late checking out and managed to lock our bags in the Los Pinos complex immediately prior to departing to DIA for a flight to Hong Kong. It was 1500 hours on Sunday afternoon. Much to our utter astonishment and delight 5 minutes after a call to the Resort Managers emergency number Toby Babich arrived to solve the problem complete with his entire family and ice creams for all. We thought service like that was long gone. In short, excellent service, cleanliness and facilities. Oh and the town's not bad either!

Risk equals Reward! To pick a company to control your property (townhome) is not an easy task. Two major factors discussed were knowledge and marketability per the rental business. Also, a third factor that contributed to our final decision on the management company was not to only look at the "Point Personnel", but the entire team and ownership.
