This majestic home in the heart of Breck has many amazing features, and welcomes your senses with panoramic ski area views from almost every room! This vacation home is the perfect location for your family to unwind, relax, and make once in a lifetime memories. Located just .6 miles from the heart of town, Goldenview Chalet provides easy access to everything Breckenridge by either a short walk or a shuttle stop located just down the road.

With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space. Parking is available in the driveway but the garage is not accessible. There is a grill onsite. This home does have stairs.

Fantastic time spent here. Easily walkable to town or public shuttle available to go up and down hill. Thermostat was slightly hard to control or not intuitive. Will go back in the future!

The places is an extremely good location. Just 4 mins from the restaurants, shops and the skiing gondola. But is far enough to have amazing views.

This place was beautiful and as pictured! We had a family trip and everyone had plenty of space with large rooms, lots of bathrooms, and gorgeous patio. Overall everything was lovely and the home was in great conditions with appliances. There is a detached apartment/garage that someone lives in - so that was a little bit of a surprise for us - they were every nice but had people coming and going quite frequently and you have to share parking with the other tenants. Thought it was a lovely place and we’d definitely stay there again!

Thank you for the review, as for parking the tenant should not have had anyone else park in the middle spot of the garage or the far right spot. They are told to only get the left parking spot. Nice stay

We stayed with family for a long weekend of skiing and exploring Breckenridge. The house was nice and had great views. We had some trouble with the heating system in the basement but the management company responded very quickly with extra space heaters and service repairs as needed. Overall it was a great trip and we would come back!

Great spot with incredible views

The staff was really helpful when we did need some extras. It’s a very comfortable place with a lot of homey extras. The temps dropped and it got a little cool but there were heaters to help out.
