Description
The complex provides you a great location, just a short walk to the Snowflake chair lift which takes you right up to Peak 8, access to the Upper Village pool, and onsite hot tub, and an easy trek to all your favorite Breckenridge locations. The 2 lifts are a short distance away for easy access to peak 8/9 and there is free wi-fi, a 12 person hot tub on site and free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away. The condo provides a heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski gear.
Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in mountain comfort, beginning with the cozy fireplace, comfy furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area is outfitted with a six person table, and lies just adjacent to the granite covered kitchen. The kitchen is open and inviting, offering plenty of space and hardware to cook up a snow storm. There are two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and a captains bunk (twin over full) in the guest. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The garage is on smaller side, so larger vehicles will not fit. There is a washer and dryer in unit. This unit does have 1 flight of stairs.

Fantastic, well-located, clean, and comfortable apartment!
We had an incredible month at Los Pinos. The attached garage was perfect since we had multiple bikes with us, the apartment was spacious and exactly as advertised, the Dyson vacuum made cleaning up after our three young daughters much easier, and the place was priced very fairly. We had one tiny issue with the icemaker that was fixed promptly, and all our communications with the management team were great. They even sent us a few ideas for 4th of July activities with kids! Cute, clean, good location

There were humidifiers available for use and the entry way had plenty of room for us to put our boots. The master bed was super comfortable. The door codes worked great. Our rental car was a full size SUV and didn't fit in the garage but there was plenty of space in the driveway. Radiant floor heating felt wonderful and warm.
We used both the hot tub and pool access. One of the pool jacuzzis didn't work and the womens shower had no hot water. Also the locker locks were broken. Those are managed by the HOA so not the fault of the rental agency.
Just a couple of improvement suggestions. The master fitted sheets didn't fit well and needed to repeatedly be fixed during the night but kept coming off. Because the unit is radiant floor heating there is no HVAC system. Typically this means no fresh air exchanger on the unit, ie, no fresh air comes in from the outside to replace the indoor stale air. Several of us found it difficult to breathe inside and we had to crack a window or door to get fresh air in. In freezing temperatures this didn't feel great but breathing seemed more important than cold. We do have asthmatics in the family and it did not bother everyone. The master TV internet was intermittent. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. We were using streaming services. I can't speak for the Dish TV they had because we didn't use it.
Overall, we were happy with the unit and sad to leave Breckenridge. Knowing what we know now, we might still choose to stay here again because it is a cute, comfortable, clean unit in a good location. All the info management provided was accurate and worked.Trina W. - Posted: 12/30/2022

Great condo and the kitchen well stocked. Beds were new and comfortable.
The hot tub was a couple doors down and downtown was about a 12 min walk. Our kids loved fishing at the lake that was .5 mile up the road.

Breckenridge Getaway
We knew we had the best place when we walked in master bedroom and the bed had the exact same bedspread we have at home. Place was so perfect i couldnt convince my wife to leave (well finally did). Had everything we think you would need, was exceptionally clean, had three coffee makers, small but nice balcony to sit and drink morning coffee (had a small weber grill on it) and location was easy driving access, in walking distance (half mile) to main street and hiking trails. Good place but be advised about "ski-in/ski-out"
The condo was somewhat dated, but functional and clean. The location was nice but the side trail you have to take to get to the property is not that easy to navigate. Be ready to pole a good bit to reach the Snowflake lift base and the walk to town is not that easy. Good value condo close to the bus line and slopes

It's close enough to walk to Beaver Run lift or with the right timing, a quick ride on the free bus. You can also pole into the Snowflake lift. Easy access to downtown on foot or via the bus.
The Condo was clean and cozy. The staff prompt when I needed light bulbs replaced. The negatives: The blind corners of the king bed are very dangerous. The corners stick out and are covered by the quilt. I injured my knee and so did my daughter before learning to navigate around it (missed a day of skiing). The kitchen faucet dripped constantly and the TV is programmed to record The Family Guy every night. Both annoying but not a game changer. Very comfortable and roomy

The house included basic essentials to get us started and provided the tools necessary to cook meals at home. The heated garage and ample gear storage made it so easy for us to get ready every day. If you want to be more in the mountains stay here. Close to town but feels more removed. The condo has dated carpet but it’s really doesn’t take away from the nice location and has all of the amenities you’d want. I would easily stay here again.Sue K. - Posted: 6/28/2021

Perfect setup for my family.

You cannot beat the proximity to the Snowflake lift which is under 5 minutes from the place. The garage and spot in front was a very nice feature. I booked on very short notice (less than 24hours) and it was confirmed almost instantly. Was sent clear instructions and everything was super organized.
