Great vacation. Los Pinos condo was in excellent condition and a very comfortable fit for a family of 4 with boy teens. Dealing with Breckenridge Resort Managers was professional, simple and seamless. Note we did find the stairs to L2 condo took our breath away due to high resort altitude/fitness and the Ski in/Ski out access is doable but a bit flat, however the resort bus access to lifts was a short easy alternative. Great Condo, beautiful village, large and varied ski area, excellent snow = Awesome vacation !!! Highly recommended !

The condo was better than our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised at the ski in/out location and close proximity to town. We had an issue with the TV in the family room, but it was fixed without us prompting and resolved quickly.

I stayed for a spring break ski trip , with my family of 4. The accommodation was great and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment we needed to cook every night and lunch time.
We also felt the property was clean and liked the extra steps they took for covid saftey

Quiet location, and having a garage was great. Not easy to ski in/out as there are flats to contend with. Bus is nearby tho. Condo was very clean, but there was a definite pet smell, which bothered me a bit. Kids loved playing in the snow to side of building, and I could see them from the window. All around, good stay.

Great location. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Appreciated that we could use the pool/hot tub down the street (through reservation) since the one with this rental is still closed due to Covid. Unit is nice but a little dated.

Everything was as described. An unexpected surprise was the radiant heated floors throughout. Nothing beats that on a cold morning or after returning from skiing!

two of us are in our 70's so 35 stairs were a bit to many. Ice maker broken, matience young man very nice. Sat 7:00 am morning no hot water, phoned to report and did not hear back from Laren until 1:46pm that water was now heating. I lived and worked in the tourist industry in Breckenridge and I have to say I would never want to work with Laren again each time and that was 3 times she was not very excited or pleasant not for a lead front desk person.

Condo was clean, warm, and fully equipped. Short
walk to Peak 9 base area. Close to a free shuttle
stop. Glad we read about the stairs in other
reviews, but it wasn't a negative for us. Heated
garage was a definite bonus. Only cons were a
burner on the stove that didn't work and couldn't
figure out how to light the fireplace. Overall very
happy with our experience!

Please read reviews before you decide to rent. I wish I had. There was an emergency water shut off for a 4 hour period during our stay. I contacted Breckenridge Resort Managers, and they stated it was out of their control. Plans had to be changed since we were unable to shower, but we dealt with it. Upon returning to the unit later in the day, we had no hot water. Once again, not able to shower. I contacted management with no response. After returning to our home in Arizona, I reached out to them once again to see why I didn't get a response, and to see if we would be compensated for the inconvenience. I was not asking for a total refund, only for the day we were without essential services. Their response was that it was a brief interruption and that they wouldn't be discussing the matter any further. WOW! This is not the way to earn return customers. Very unprofessional to say the least.

We had a great time at this location. Close to slopes and lift. With covid restrictions in place and restaurants inside seating closed it was nice to be able to easily go back to apartment for lunch. Didn’t get to check out pool/hot tub due to covid which was understandable so can’t comment on it. Heating was a little tricky to manage, one bedroom was really hot and the other cold, but we managed ok. Garage was convenient and heated. Loved that it was a code access entry to the apartment and didn’t have to fumble with keys or risks losing/forgetting them.

Great location, clean and it have what you need. What I didn’t like was the sofa bed it’s too old, needs to be replaced asap, and the internet was super slow I reported but no one came to check it.

D-24 was in clean, excellent shape with everything functioning except a hair dryer in hall bath (No big deal) I reached out to a very professional and helpful Lauren at the management agency because the garage door code was not working for indoor parking. Lauren followed up and made sure the needed repairs were made same day. Pots pans, appliances and utensils were clean and much appreciated. I would stay again and recommend. Loved the nearby hiking, kayaking, and restaurants including a favorite Amazing Grace for breakfast.

The place was fantastic. Just know that this unit has 2 flights of stairs to ascend! Everything was there that was needed to have a pleasant stay.

Overall, our stay at Los Pines D-24 was peaceful and enjoyable. The property was clean & spotless. The property management company was professional and available even on a Holiday weekend to troubleshoot "wifi setup". I would caution others that it takes 32 stairs to get into the unit and the patio furniture is NOT the same as the pictures. very misleading and disappointing.
