Great time, conveniently located

Great Couple Vacation Spot

The pictures listed are what you get, the Condo was clean, nicely decorated & furnished and in a perfect location to walking downtown and to doing hikes within walking distance. Arrival and check in were easy, the owner is accessible and instructions for arrival & departure were well laid out. We enjoyed the location, once we arrived we parked our car and walked the remainder of the time. We did use the free bus to get to one hike. The Condo was very well furnished. I am a light sleeper, so the only complaint is the flushing of the toilet from the upstairs Condo. We would return to this propertyGary - Posted: 9/7/2023

Toby & Lauretta’s place couldn’t have been in a more perfect location! It was the perfect size for two of us and was such a cute place! Others wrote that it was difficult to find the condo, but if you park in the ‘loading’ spots out front and walk up the stairs in front of you, it’s right there. Perfect spot for our time in Breck
This was our lodging while we were in Breck for our elopement. Comfortable, clean, welcoming - and the property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Only bad thing (that can’t be controlled by the property manager) is that it’s directly above the garage door, so you hear when everyone comes and goes.. but overall this was a wonderful stay for our wedding! The Perfect Getaway!

Totally Embarassed .

Normally go to the gym everyday.The dry air and elevation dried my stoma out and got infected .My stoma or(hole ) constricted so I really couldn’t brearh.I had to stick a fiinger down this hole so I could made me panic. Can’t talk or make a phone call. I’m truly sorry. I have never done anything like that ever. I was in hospital 3 times before I got home. I t was great place. I hope you understand . Good overall experience, good communication
I enjoyed my stay at this cozy condo very close to downtown Breckenridge. The condo itself had all the necessary amenities (small kitchen, clean towels, table, bed) and I really appreciated how easy it was to get around Breckenridge. Having garage parking is a huge positive (although I’d recommend having a compact car to fit!) as is the option for guest parking outside. Good communication on what I needed to know to get to the condo. What I will say as far as improvements go is the bed isn’t extremely comfortable, and the comforter looked quite worn. I’m a bit of a neat freak so I also always get skeeved out by display pillows that can’t be easily washed. Otherwise, I’m grateful I booked, it had all I needed!Aislinn W. - Posted: 10/13/2022

Cute studio
Loved the area. The hot tubs were awesome and the place was amazing! The only complaint I have is the bathroom door was not on the hinges and it’s heavy wood and fell on me, luckily I’m sturdy and survived lol! Easy fix just be careful.Rebecca A. - Posted: 8/1/2022

Short getaway from heatwave
The unit was perfect for the two of us and the weather was fantastic. We drove my wife's Jeep Wrangler that we purchased last fall and tried some trails which is an adrenaline rush. I brought a fishing pole and some tackle along. Ended up catching a rainbow trout and brown trout. Great ski vacation accommodation

Our use of the condo was mainly as a home base, as we were out skiing for nearly the full day each day we were in Breckenridge. A great size for 2 people. We kept our gear in the closets (only missing a rubber mat for boots and a drying rack for wet mittens/socks etc.). It was cozy and comfortable when we were there relaxing after a long day skiing! It's an easy 5-minute walk to the lift and 10 minutes to the town; plus the pool and hot tubs are right around the corner. We arrived late at night due to the storm but directions were great and it was a relief to be able to park underground in a designated spot. We had a jeep wrangular and fit fine. The condo is the first one up the stairs (around the corner) so we didnt have to lug our snowboards too far. The studio was fully furnished including the kitchen, bathroom and bed size were great and did not have an issue during our stay. We only heard the neighbors going up or down the stairs during the morning so it the perfect spot for quiet retreat and sleep. The patio view is of the street and the neighboring community, but it was covered so easy to use. The fireplace was perfect for keeping the condo warm. The location is about 10 min walk to the slopes thru the neighboring hotel and no bus or parking wait was worth the stay.
