There's free underground parking here but you really don't need a vehicle when you're based in the heart of the town, just 1/2 a block to all the shops and eateries. Don't feel like walking? Then get cozy in the onsite hot tub, take the free shuttle bus from your doorstep, or just relax with a margarita at the onsite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa.

Inside the condo you will find a cozy and inviting decor with southwestern tones. The bedroom has a queen bed and mirrored closet. The kitchen is open and functional with the living room that leads out to the huge private deck where you have beautiful views of both Baldy Mountain and the Breckenridge ski area, as well as the Dredge boat. The living room has comfortable seating surrounding a wood fireplace, and a sleeper-sofa that can accommodate two more guests.

•2nd stay in DS#113. Nicer-looking updated, clean unit than other DS units.
-Bedroom window needs new blinds that fit w/i frame a little better.
•Couch & it’s pillows could really use feather-proof liners to prevent goose down filling from poking thru.
•Bathroom fan is very noisy & weak & the heater only works for a few seconds. Please consider better quality TP & facial tissue.
•Lauren & Anna were friendly/helpful.
•Very thoughtful to have someone available to help us w/our bags on arrival while elevator was out.

You can't find a better spot all is waking distance from here. This particular apartment did have a beautiful wood deck. They are full equiped, we even make a BBQ the last day. Only thing I would change is the checkout hour. 10am is kind of early specialty if you are with more people (we were 4 and the space was perfect). But even with that I would stay here again.

2nd time staying in this building- different unit. we love the convenience of the der stiermark & the view. the deck was huge & great for early morning coffee & evening relaxing. kitchen had every utensil we needed. clean & well stocked. there is a bldg entry door next to the bedroom window that could use a soft close hinge but that was our only issue. we'll be back!!

We stayed at the deer steer Mark last year in a different unit. We loved this location and loved having a larger deck. Breckenridge resort managers was super easy and the best deal. The kitchen was absolutely fully stocked. We never found that we were lacking in anything. The bathroom has been updated. The only drawback we found was the window in the bedroom is right next to the door to the courtyard and doesn't have a slow soft clothes on it. Thankfully not a lot of people wandering around at night but in the mornings it was noticeable. Also none of the windows had screens or safety features on them so we kept the windows shut which made the back bedroom quite stuffy. They did have two fans which we kept on 24/7 & the porch door open.
