On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with balcony, flat screen tv (for DVD/Blu-Ray only) and en suite bath. The spacious open floor plan is wonderful for entertaining. Those relaxing by the fireplace in the living room, or watching the big game, can still chat with the family playing cards at the dining room table, or joke with whoever is cooking the day's dinner in the fully outfitted kitchen. Just off the living room, you'll find a large deck with private hot tub perfect for relaxing at day's end, after a wonderful mountain adventure. You also have the option to stroll or drive over to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs. On the lower level, you will find a bunk room with a Captain's bunk bed (twin over a full with an additional twin trundle underneath) and another single bed, flat screen tv and en suite full bathroom.

Only 2 vehicles allowed to park onsite (one in garage and 1 in the driveway), additional vehicles can be parked at an offsite location. Clothes washer and dryer are available on the lower level. No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on balconies. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.

We had an incredible family Christmas vacation! This unit is in an excellent location. Walk right across the street and the guys at Charter Sports will tend to all your skiing needs! Dave and Joel are super nice and helpful. Then walk right out the door and hop on the Snowflake lift. We had more snow than usual for this time of the year and the skiing was beautiful! Easy walk or drive to the cute town of Breckenridge. Lots of great shops and restaurants. So nice having a garage! The condo itself is a great layout with every room having its own bathroom. The hot tub is a huge plus too! The only drawback is that the unit could use a little refreshing, esp. working blinds. All in all a GREAT stay!!
This is our 3rd year staying at the 324 Highlander townhome and we still love it (despite change in ownership & management this year)! Our favorite features: walking distance to Snowflake lift which gives easy mountain access, hot tub on the deck (excellent after a long day on the slopes), close proximity to town (you can walk or take your vehicle down & park in the various lots on Main St) and this home is spacious (easily accommodates 6-7 adults or a large family).
