Atrium 207 has a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful new stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing family meals. Share stories of the day's adventures around the dining table. Relax in the cozy living room watching tv together on the flat screen and warming up by the gas fireplace. Or step out onto the private balcony and breathe in our crisp, clean mountain air with a hot cup of cocoa. You will love watching the snow fall on all of the trees you can see from the balcony, it's a lovely winter wonderland.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, flat screen television and private, beautifully updated bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a comfy Captain's bunk which is a twin over a full bed and a shared bathroom with jetted tub.There is a bonus twin bed that pulls out from underneath the bunk bed. The living room also has a sleeper sofa.
The Atrium Condominiums are located in the Historic District on French Street, only three blocks to Main Street, just a short walk to Downtown for easy access to shops and restaurants without having to find parking. This ground floor property also offers convenient access to the hot tub for relaxing apres ski. Carter Park is just around the corner and offers a wonderful free sledding hill in the winter and tennis courts and volleyball courts in the summer.
On-site Atrium amenities include an incredibly open and spacious indoor lounge area for reading or playing cards, outdoor hot tub and patio area, community grills, a heated underground parking garage, and laundry facilities.
For comfort, convenience and affordability look no further than the Atrium condos in Breckenridge. You will want to return year after year!
One vehicle may park in the garage. Parking for an additional vehicle is available for a fee at the Town Ice Rink located a couple blocks south of The Atrium or at the Satellite Lot which is at the North end of town.

Desde que llegamos nos sentimos como en casa. La unidad esta en las mismas condiciones que en las fotos. La vista del balcón es bonita a un parque. La única sorpresa fue que no hay elevador en el edificio asà que hay que cargar las maletas a mano por la escalera. Adicionalmente, el estacionamiento cubierto no es suficiente para todos los inquilinos por lo que a veces hay que dejar el coche afuera.

Perfect spot for a group getaway in Breckenridge

The bedrooms are a great size and fit more people than you think. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but a small price to pay for a nice place at this price point. This unit is in a building with a gorgeous lobby area and covered parking garage. There is also a hottub, while I didn't go in personally it looked nice! Such an amazing rental for a weekend in Breck. Working gas fire place, really comfortable living room furniture so it's great for hanging with the group. Fully stocked kitchen- definitely bring your own spices, tinfoil, etc. or you can easily walk into town to get what you need. There is also a free shuttle to and from the mountain. Awesome place. Toby & Lauretta were super responsive to any needs we had. Offering to hold our bags after check in and dropping off extra amenities to the properties when needed. They were also super understanding when we accidentally broke a chair, covering the cost for us. Hot tub was great, and the place fitted us 6 guys snug enough. The free shuttle is right outside the property and is only a 5 minute walk to the main street. Great value and would love to come again next time we are back in Breck!James - Posted: 1/17/2023

Great location with easy walk to Main Street and 10-15 min walk to quicksilver lift. The garage parking is a great thing to have! There is a book inside the condo saying not to bring your equipment in the unit. Fine for us, but what if you don’t have a car? Ski lockers are in garage but guests aren’t given access. The condo/linens are dated, but clean. Not enough washcloths for 4 people without doing laundry every couple days, but this is typical in a rental. There is no pizza cutter or baking sheets. There is one 9x13 baking pan, a loaf pan and a 8x8ish casserole dish. Otherwise it had all we needed. The master bed is comfortable. The bottom bunk mattress could be upgraded, but it wasn’t too bad. Plenty of blankets and hangers. The heat works VERY well. We were frequently running hot and kept turning it down more and more. It is slightly difficult because the thermostat is wall knobs with no actual numbers. Overall a great place! I would stay again!Shauna - Posted: 1/8/2023

The Atrium #207 was a wonderful place to stay. The condo is immaculate, spacious and has everything you need to cook, entertain and relax. It is a lovely balcony for coffee in the morning and for wine at night. It is less than a 5 minute walk from town. Check -in and check-out was extremely easy, friendly and professional. Great Location
This rental has everything you need for the perfect ski vacation. The bus stop is right outside the front door and this will take you anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge. Main Street is only a couple blocks down the hill. You won’t be disappointed.Thomas W. - Posted: 3/11/2019

Nice quiet location. It is a bit of a walk to town, but right on the free bus route. Use of the garage was very nice. Unit has an inside the building entrance, stairs, no elevator. Everything very clean, well maintained, and new.Tina - Posted: 7/20/2018
