We would love to stay there again. The location was perfect. With ski equipment on, the walk to Peak 9 was short and easy. Walking into town was just as easy.

It is a short walk to the QuickSilver lift, there are bus stops within 5 minutes and the town centre is about 15 minutes away.The condo had everything we needed except a kettle, we contacted the resort managers who had one delivered before the end of the day, fantastic service.Being from the UK we didn’t have transportation but didn’t have any issues shopping at the City Mart and carrying our goods home. If you are from the US then you can have goods delivered by Instacart. All in all I would recommend this property.

The stay was amazing, there was a booklet of everything that was to do in Breckenridge and for a lot of activities and restaurants. Also a lot of board games and other fun activities to pass the time when slower. Ultimately, the property was amazing and the stay was just as amazing.

Wow! We wanted snow and we got it! March 2023. What a convenience it was to just step out the front door and walk into a winter wonderland with paths leading to the slopes! No need for a car really. We rented this condo for 8 weeks. It suited our needs for the whole period and was comfortable and warm and provided most convenience items required for a prolonged stay. Convenient for the village and quicksilver lift (beware this can have some 30 minute lift queue’s, check the app) we found it easier to take a short walk and use the free gray south bus route to any of the other bases, (snowflake was our favourite with no lift lines).

This small but roomy condo was perfect for My family of 4. It was roomy enough to have meals together, play some games and relax. Loved the convenience of getting to the lift for peak 8 and able to come back just as quick for lunch break. Also loved the hottubs, neat little shops and the Trolly for Crapes. Will be back again.

I had never used VRBO before my trip to Colorado. The property manager made it so easy to communicate and answered all of my questions. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but when I arrived, the property itself was perfect. From the decorations to the cleanliness, it was great. The owner of the condo really took into consideration what people had requested in the past, and made an active effort to include those items. A couple things I loved were that they had some board games that we were able to play during downtime (and we took advantage of that next to the fireplace). I was also very grateful for the humidifiers and fan. There was a booklet with instructions inside the condo, and the property manager made sure to get me detailed instructions and directions prior to arrival. There was not one thing that I thought could use improvement. Everything was perfect. The condo is located very close to the downtown area, and we were able to explore without having a long drive back to where we were staying. It really was the most magical and perfect experience. We will absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

The condo was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything we could have needed was already stocked in the closet or cabinets. The fireplace was our favorite part, definitely heated the whole condo and was nice to enjoy with the cold weather. We saw lots of wildlife from the balcony, multiple foxes and moose. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Breckenridge.

We needed a little place for a couple of days before a wedding in Denver. This place was great. Very clean, cozy and great deck. We were able to make several meals for our kids. The only thing that was missing was some shared olive oil for cooking as that is not something you think to bring.

Great location and clean condo! Peak 9 slope was a short walk away (about 7 mins), and the hot tub/pool area (about 3 min). Also, close to the downtown area. We loved the fireplace! Both the King bed and couch bed were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and were able to cook each night. Our family enjoyed the games that were available, as well.

Six great nights in Breckenridge! we stayed in Columbine 108 for six nights at the end of February . This was our first visit to Breckenridge This is a compact and efficiently designed one bedroom condo. We are a family of four with two small children ages two and five. We found this condo to be economical for our needs. Location was excellent! 3 to 5 minute walk to the peak nine chairlift. We rented our equipment at Charter sports located in Marriott complex. This was like having a ski valet and it was awesome! Also very short walk to the end of town. The best part of this condo was the access to the pool facilities. Four large hot tubs, and beautiful hot pool (just below 100°) this is great for our family. Outdoor pool with indoor locker room and showers. We found this to be very comfortable and convenient. Pool was approximately one minute walk from the condo. We found the condo itself to be clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The pull out sofa was good for our five year old. There was no pack and play or crib, we ended up purchasing an air mattress for our two year old to sleep on. (there is a local company to rent a crib from We were referred to by the rental agency) Parking was very good, Single underground spot, warm, it was a very nice feature on snowy days. It’s a little awkward to find at first however it’s pretty easy to figure out. Check-in/checkout was mildly inconvenient. Packet pick up is in the middle of town, (about 2 to 3 minutes drive away from the unit ) and this can be a very busy place especially in the snow. Not only does this agency require pick up at the Intown location, but also requires drop off a key in town as well. (fortunately we knew this prior to getting to the condo, and instructions were pretty clear provided by the host in a message prior to check in) Kitchen amenities were adequate. Basic spices were present. It did not come with extra garbage bags which was extremely unfortunate and we found this to be a challenge for our six nights. Decent quality pots and pans were present. The unit comes with four towels, which is bare bones for a family of four for unit with a pool. There is laundry inside the unit which is always a plus, this is a combination washer/dryer which was interesting to use. Generally a wash/dry cycle takes 3 hrs When we return , we absolutely will be looking into this area/complex again. I would recommend to couple or family on budget

Perfect location! We loved the condo and everything it had to offer. Walking to town was easy and we felt close to everything. We liked that there was garage parking offered but we primarily parked outside the condo. The hot tub area was perfect for the cooler evenings and we liked how there were multiple tubs. That dry air wreaks havoc on my sinuses ... true for many flat-landers. And finally, a little better grade of toilet paper would make a big difference in professional appearance. (We're Airbnb hosts as well.)

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 10 night stay in Breck. Everything was as described. Walking distance to Main St. or Peak 9 base area. We enjoyed the patio space and that it faced the beautiful green space was awesome. Underground parking was very convenient and outdoor parking spaces are also available. Unit was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Definitely recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Columbine 108 is exactly as described. Cozy, well-stocked, close to Quicksilver lift ((5 minute walk) and to Main Street. The underground parking is quite beneficial. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only suggestion I would make is for the condo management company to install a light near the key-retrieval lockbox - it was very difficult to see the combo-lock numbers when trying to retrieve the keys. Other than that - perfect!

Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge. Easy walk to the slopes (Quicksilver Lift) as well as the Main Street area with all the restaurants and shops. No complaints.

I would recommend this place for any couple, or a group of four. Great location a 3 minute walk to Main Street station and all the shops on main st. Ski lift is maybe a 5 min walk with gear on. So very convenient for just about everyone.

Check in after dark was a little bit of a challenge. The key pick up box is located in a somewhat dark area.Use your phone for light.

The condo was exactly as advertised, clean and very nice. Within easy walking distance of the shops. Would happily stay there again!

This is a perfect little condo just steps from the ski lift and main street. kitchen and bathroom are up to date and everything was very clean. At one point the power went out in all of Breckenridge and the emergency maintenance line was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a lovely condo for 2 people. Everything was remodeled and very nice furnishings. We loved the underground garage, bottom floor, and short walk to the Quicksilver lift.

The location was convenient and the property was spotless, which is atypical to my prior homeaway experiences. My only issue was the automatic trash can that mostly made noise without any movement.
