Beautifully remodeled unique loft ready for your visit! Located right in the heart of town which puts you walking distance to shops and restaurants. This loft condo has a small one bedroom with a door up on the spacious loft with a full size bed and an attached half bath. In the open area of the loft, there's a bonus sleeper area with a bunk bed which has a twin over a full, making the condo perfect for up to 5 people. The gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living/dining area in front of the cozy wood burning fireplace. There is balcony for you to step out onto and enjoy the clean mountain air.

Enjoy a soak in the large community hot tub after the day's activities. This resort also has an on site Mexican restaurant for that end of day margarita.

The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski/bike rentals, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the Blue River and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on your Breckenridge vacation, and more!

Each condo comes with 1 parking spot.

Great Location. The quick walk to the Quicksilver lift was easy. And downtown Breck is right around the corner. The afternoon sun on the outdoor balcony was an added perk. The kitchen looks new and was well appointed along with new appliances. The parking was easy being under the building. No need to remove snow from the car in the morning.
The only complaint I would have is that it is a little tight with 2 adults. We are a family of 4 with twin - 19 year old sons. We enjoyed playing Monopoly, music, and of course the skiing.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice convenient place close to the mountains.

You cannot beat the location of this apartment unless you were to choose ski in ski out. Ski rental downstairs with great service. The restaurant Mi Casa had good food. Walk across the street and through The Village complex to get on the Quicksilver lift. Walk right to Main Street for shopping and dining. Grocery store less than a half mile. I mean really great location! It’s expensive, but after going, we realized everything in Breckenridge is expensive so this pricing is fair. Only suggestion we have is to update the small fry pans to make cooking a little easier. We would happily stay here again!

Great Snowboarding Trip

As advertised, walking distance to Ski Lifts, restaurants, and shops . Property management had a clear check in process and was very responsive. The property was plenty of room, as the pictures showed. Would be happy to recommend and stay again on our next trip to Breck.

Wonderful apartment in an even greater location! Apartment is just as pictured, super comfortable and right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Peak 9, bus stops and Main Street, couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our first time in Breckenridge. We had a bit of a hiccup with check in instructions but once we got that sorted out, everything was great! Toby & Lauretta were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. Will definitely be coming back, if available!

So homey and cozy! We loved it and plan to be back when returning to the area! Great location! Parking is in a garage and not outside which is perfect for when it is snowing. Mi casa Mexican restaurant on main floor is delicious!!! Perfect!

Our family of four just spent a wonderful Xmas week at Toby and Lauretta’s. Their condo is so convenient…right at the busy end of Main Street and across the street from the Quicksilver chair and ski school. Even though it’s centrally located we didn’t have any issues with noise from the street or other guests in the building. Highly recommend

Loved staying at this condo! It was exactly what my friend and I needed for a weekend getaway. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do, and everything in the unit was as described. Beautiful views from the balcony, and the downstairs restaurant (Mi Casa) is a must!

Great spot to explore everything Breckenridge has to offer. We really enjoyed coffee at Gravity Haus and late night food at Redd’s. The space was exceptionally clean and had everything as promised. Newly renovated and comfy. Would stay again!
