Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.

Very clean, comfortable stay I would say in the description that it’s on the bus line. As even though it’s only 100 yards from the snowflake lift, it is uphill and in ski boots, that’s not the easiest walk.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been wonderful. It has comfortable beds/bedrooms, plenty of seating, a very well stocked kitchen, and it’s in a great location. Extremely walkable to Main Street but quiet and peaceful at the condo itself. We were very comfortable here and will stay again on our next trip to Breckenridge!

Just returned from a two week stay, wonderful location and the condo lived up to all expectations. As there was only 3 of us there was ample space and facilities, we feel that it would be a bit snug for 6 people for 2 weeks, but fine for shorter visits. Great to be able to ski almost to your door (short walk across the road from 4 O’Clock run) and the bus stop is immediately outside to take you to various areas of the resort. Our only slight disappointment was the hot tub which could possibly benefit from being covered over. This didn’t overly impact our stay, and the village pool isn’t too far away if required, and is free access if you stay in this condo. Convenient to down town Breckenridge where there is an abundance of shops/bars and restaurants. Great place, lovely people, we will be back.

Great place to stay. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location as it was a short 3 min walk to Snowflake Lift and a 9 minute walk to the downtown strip. It was great being able to walk to downtown as we didn’t have to fight traffic or find parking which can be pretty tricky.

The unit was clean, spacious and comfy. Unit was within 10-15 minute walk of many downtown stores and restaurants, so no need to drive there. Landlords were responsive and were great as hosts. I'd recommend staying here.

LOVED that what we saw in the listing was exactly what we got. The King bedroom has the steam shower & although I did not use it, my hubby will when we visit next. It also has the better view of the surroundings and the weather was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. The queen bedroom has a tub/shower & was also comfy. We brought our own pillows as we are picky princesses but each bed had 4. The kitchen was WELL stocked and even had some spices. We walked to downtown & to the Troll....this condo is in a great location. The only time we pulled the car out of the underground garage was when we went rafting & to the store. This is a beautiful updated and clean condo only 2 to 3 blocks to downtown and a short walk (4 blocks) to the conference center. I shared the condo with a coworker and it was awesome to both have our own space in two large bedrooms including our own bathrooms and televisions. We also enjoyed the huge dining table to work and a big updated kitchen. The living room had big comfy leather couches and a tv to watch the game. We also discovered a small bathroom on the main level towards the middle of our stay. The big kitchen includes all the amenities like a big fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The back porch looks out on a pretty wooded pathway. It includes an underground parking garage. The hallways and elevators walking to the condo in the Sundowner II were old and worn but we were pleasantly surprised at the modern rustic and clean feel when we walked in to the condo. Management was friendly abd accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo for access to the slopes! It’s a 5 min walk to snowflake chair and you can ski 4’o clock run back to a few hundred feet from the door. One bathroom comes with a steam shower feature. Kitchen is well stocked and fireplace made the condo feel cozy on cold days.

We would highly recommend this property and would stay again. The living room and kitchen are your go to spaces and this condo will not disappoint you. Nicely appointed with comfy furniture and the fireplace is not only attractive but heats the room very nicely. I look for reviews that tell me that I will be pleased with my choice. The walk back is uphill. Access to the condo from covered parking is by elevator. The unit itself is well appointed, with two bedrooms upstairs (each having it's own full bath) and a half bath downstairs. Washer and drier are in the half bath. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are open concept with a rustic feel. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was very clean, and everything worked well, although we didn't try the fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet mornings and evenings. There is a small patio with a view only of other buildings, and the upstairs windows are high on the wall and offer limited mountaintop views. Overall, a good location and comfortable option for your stay.

Family vacation trip with our two young daughters (4,6). The condo was clean and large, very comfortable. We had everything we needed and cooked several meals in the fully-furnished kitchen. We also used the washer/dryer several times: super convenient to have them right in the apartment. The location was great; walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and all the shopping/restaurants. Our girls played for hours in the blue river: never seemed to tire of it! We would definitely stay here again! Unable to use the pool or hot tub because of pandemic, but that was ok.

This was my sixth stay using AirBNB at Breck. In my opinion, Breck condos really don't get much better than this one. The location is perfect being set between the in and out free bus routes was very convenient. The fact that we were able to ski-in on 4 O'clock and walk 50 yards to our condo was great! The walk to main street takes three minutes; centrally located between main street which made it easy hit the shops.
The condo was beautiful. Incredibly clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you might need for short or long stays. The humidifier and steamist steam shower are amazing touches for anyone who isn't used to the dry climate.
The Breckenridge Resort Managers were extremely helpful as well. We had a hard time getting an UBER/LYFT to the airport on our last day. The folks at the office were incredible. They helped us find a shuttle to the airport and really went above and beyond to accommodate us, even after we had checked out. We greatly appreciate their help.
You cannot go wrong with this condo. Everything about it was perfect.

Perfect location! Short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Main Street shopping and eating, peak 9 and to ride the gondola to peak 8. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. The fireplace was lit and welcomed us when we came in. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out, watch Christmas movies, eat, and play games.

We wanted a condo that would give us easy access to the mountain as well as town and this unit was perfect! We walked just up the street to have direct access to the Snowflake lift on Breckenridge mountain, and also had a quick 5 minute walk to main street. When we arrived we found the condo spacious and bigger than it looked in pictures, which was a pleasant surprise! Toby was extremely responsive to any inquiries we had before and during our trip. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo is nice, and the location is right off of the main street. The condo is 2 story, with the bedrooms upstairs. The check in is a little different than previous AIRBNB experiences - and I didn't read the PDF ahead of time to see that I needed to arrange pick up of information if I am arriving outside of office hours. I got it all squared away - they have a 24 hour answering service and they did call me back with the information. The condo is nice, it could use a little bit of an esthetic upgrade here and there but it is functional. I would stay again!

Great 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom place within walking distance of the main street in Breck. 2 level living was great; both bedrooms are upstairs. Full size, nice blowdryer was a great amenity. Plenty of towels and clean. Would definitely stay again if in Breck. Thanks!

The condo was very nice. Had a little trouble with not enough hot water . The maintenance man came and turned up the water heater and it solved the problem. The only other thing was there was a big gap at the front door. It appeared someone had tried to break in at one time and the door didn't seal very well. Otherwise the condo was very homey and very comfortable. Had plenty of towels and amenities.

This condo has a great location, only about 100 to 150 yards from the snowflake lift just up the hill and about a seven minute walk from Main St., Street down the hill. It’s an easy cruise down Four O’Clock Run At the end of a long day skiing and then you cross the road and are home. The hot tub is a delightful way to finish off your aprés ski as well. The beds are large and spacious, plenty of hot water in the showers, and the kitchen is well appointed for whatever you might want to make for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Check-in and out was a breeze.

We have stayed at many vacation homes and most are furnished with tired furniture or mismatched kitchen items. This was not the case here! Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds, and the kitchen was first class. We went there with my parents and all 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for sharing your home!

This place was great! The location was close to everything, within walking distance to main street. The only 2 small complaints were the cable service, it was fuzzy and didn't work very well, and it would have been nice to have a few better cooking utensils. But other than that the place was well worth it.
