You cannot find a better value on a beautiful, updated, centrally located two bedroom/ 3 bath condo that sleeps up to 10. Located just a couple of blocks from the Quicksilver chairlift and the base of peak 9, it is an easy walk to the slopes. Or for a less physical trek to the white stuff, you can catch the free town shuttle to any of our beautiful base areas. The condo is also located just a few blocks to town, so you will not need a car to experience all Breckenridge has to offer, you can simply walk to it! Tanenbaum by the River is literally right by the river. Enjoy the soothing sounds as the river trickles by in the summer and fall as you sit out on the balcony.

Inside this updated condo you will find warm, open, and cozy surroundings perfect for relaxing after a day in the great outdoors. Upon entering you will find the generous living room overlooking the river complete with a gas fireplace, huge flat screen LCD, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just across the entry is the updated kitchen, outfitted with a spacious and open area for preparing family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is the dining room which is situated just next to the fireplace. One bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds and another set of bunk beds. The beds are outfitted with warm and mellow bedding, and comfy pillows. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there's an additional bathroom in the hallway. If you are looking for a large and open condo, on the river, with the convenience of walking to the ski area or to town, Tanenbaum by the River is just the place for you.

The newly remodeled Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs are now open and ready for you to enjoy!

Close to the slopes and plenty of space

Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Loved the proximity to the Quicksilver lift (10 min walk) and the hot tubs were great for relaxing after skiing.

Spring Break

Great location. Family enjoyed heated pool and hot tub after skiing all day. Very roomy and well equipped. Reported one issue with base heater. Management responded quickly and got it fixed. Overall thumbs up.

Quick Spring Break Trip

Was a perfect fit for our family & friends! Management was easy to communicate with & quickly responded. Place was a short walk to downtown which was awesome for the teenagers! Would highly recommend this place!

Great Location

Great condo, with lots of options for beds. About a six minute walk to base nine Quicksilver chairlift. Only downside was the hot tubs were not working properly, other than that the state was awesome.

Breckenridge Christmas

We loved this Vrbo! Our family heads to the mountains every Christmas and this condo was one of our favorites! Close to Main Street and ski lifts. The condo was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! 5 stars from us!

Completely satisfied

My family of 4 had never been to Colorado. This unit was perfect for us. Very clean, close to slopes and easy access to downtown. It also had everything we needed to cook and prepare our own meals after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended!

A beautiful riverside condo

Great Trip

We had a great time at this place! The river/stream goes right behind the unit, so it was really easy access for our kids to play in it and it was so nice to be able to open up the windows and hear the water. Easy walk into town and the pool/hot tubs were a minute away. Great stay!

Terrific location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved the location right next to the river - we could sit on the balcony watching the river.....but could also walk right into town in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Minor things for improvement were:
1) kitchen could have used some siran wrap or at least some small containers for food left overs
2) I would have appreciated better instructions/directions for the public bus to access the ski area from the condo AND where to go for the only overnight parking for additional cars...which was pretty far away but just required some planning.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent there again. Thank you..

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was equipped with all the extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The listing allows for one parking spot, which is understandable. I just assumed that we could find close parking for our other car. That wasn’t the case, and had to pay for overnight parking. So be prepared to have this added expense. Despite this inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Yes, please note that this condo is listed as only coming with 1 parking space. Additional parking is available at the Satellite Lot, but it is a few miles away. Parking is limited in Breckenridge, but the free shuttle is great, so a car isn't necessary when visiting!

Toby and Lauretta’s place was great! The location was excellent, we could walk into town to explore or grab a bite. They had plenty of cooking/kitchen utensils, extra blankets, and towels that made it easy to feel at home and cozy. Great big couch so we could all get comfy after a long day of skiing.

Great condo with lots of beds and 3 full baths

This is a great space for families. We appreciated having boot trays and hooks for our coats upon entering the condo. Our kids loved all of the different sleeping options and having 3 full bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved playing games provided in front of the gas fireplace. Having a washer and dryer in the condo and laundry detergent provided was so helpful and very convenient. There were plenty of towels provided including make-up towels. I really appreciated having tissue boxes located throughout as well as travel-sized toiletries. We’d recommend and would stay here again.

Cozy spot with incredible views and an ideal location!
The updated kitchen, bathrooms in each bedroom, and beautiful views are just a few perks of this Breck gateway!
The owners were incredibly responsive and so kind. They even did their best to work with us when illness hit our family (thankfully we ended up going)

Great pad

The condo is great not quite ski in ski out but a 5 minute walk is all that is required. There are soon teething problems but I'm sure they will be sorted out. Really enjoyed the stay.
