Breckenridge Oktoberfest
Every September, Breckenridge brings a taste of Bavaria to the Rockies with its beloved Oktoberfest celebration. This year’s festivities take place September 12–14, 2025, and Main Street transforms into a lively celebration of beer, brats, and mountain charm.
Friday: Tap Into the Weekend
The fun begins Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 6:00 PM, when the ceremonial keg is tapped to kick off the party. Expect live music, dancing, German-style eats, and plenty of good cheer. Whether you're wandering through vendor tents or soaking up the atmosphere with a beer in hand, Friday sets the tone for a festive weekend ahead.
Saturday: Peak Celebration
Saturday is the heart of Oktoberfest, starting with a 5K trail run through Breck’s golden aspen groves. After that, the street fills with energy—live bands, stein-holding contests, and traditional bites like bratwursts, pretzels, and schnitzel. The celebration runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy both the food and the festivities.
Sunday: Family-Friendly Finale
The fun doesn’t stop until Sunday! The final day is designed to be especially welcoming for families, with games, music, and even a kid’s costume contest. From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, it’s a relaxed wrap-up with all the Oktoberfest flair.
