This place could not have been more perfect for our family mountain trip. It's 5 minutes from the Gondolas, downtown Breckenridge, grocery store, etc...
Plus, the mountain view is incredible.
I highly recommend this place for small or large groups.

Toby and Lauretta’s place is excellent! I traveled with a group of 8 and everyone was comfortable in their own bed. We woke up every morning to hot tub with a picturesque view of the mountains and had a couple of pool tournaments while we were there! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Stunning home!! Absolutely beautiful views from the house and the creek out back was so peaceful. We walked into town one day and it was about 1 mile; an easy walk with sidewalks the whole way. Lots of space inside the house for a big group and everything was clean. Would definitely say here again and recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual family ski house. Having five full bathrooms and four parking spots in a four bedroom house makes this work for our family. Next year we plan on getting a house with even more bedrooms, but otherwise we would consider returning.
I wish that we had had a back up propane tank in the garage both years since by the time we realized the propane was out, it was too late to fetch any while still feeding everyone in a timely manner. We loved the family time spent playing pool and soaking in the hot tub, though. We always enjoy the views of the ski slopes from the living room windows. You know you are in ski country when you can watch the snow cats grooming the slopes after dark. We have made many special family memories in this house, and if we have the right number of people in the future, we could be back at this home for a third time.

We stayed with our family at this beautiful Breckenridge home. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains. The home had a perfect kitchen for our meal. . Thanksgiving was at the Breckenridge house. We love the Jacuzzi and the view. Will definitely come back here again.

The house was great for four couples and a couple kids, plenty spacious. The stream and walking path that ran by the house were nice and provided relaxing ambient sounds. Kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals there. Close drive to do anything in town. There were landscapers there during the stay that we hadn't been informed of, but this didn't have a large affect on our stay.

Hands down a great weekend and Toby made everything so easy from booking to checking in. House was gorgeous and spacious. The views for morning coffee were breathtaking. Bonus for all of us dog lovers there was a trail behind the house where people walked their dogs. Hot tub was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend this house enough. If your looking for that getaway you must look here.

Reviewer Comments: This home fit our family very well as various local relatives came and went over the rental period, We just washed the sheets and remade the beds as people switched out. We were able to make a lot of family memories for people from their twenties to their eighties.
It was very handy to have a master suite on the main floor for my mom; she did not have to do a lot of stairs in this compact home. She could enjoy the fireplace in one of the main floor living areas and help with the jigsaw puzzle in the other main floor living room. And there were wonderful views out of the back of the house; bring your binoculars so you can see the skiers going down the slopes! And at night we could see the groomers' lights as they worked on the ski runs.
The hot tub and the pool table were big hits with the crowd. Parking worked for four cars, though it was a tight fit getting into the garage. This house had enough space, but not a lot more than that. It provided just enough at a just right price, making it very good value for the money.
The finishes all seemed high end. The owners have obviously cared for this home. And we quite enjoyed interacting with the management team.
Extra kitchen storage would have been nice, but we put canned and boxed goods in the front hall furniture and the laundry room. If needed, we could have put more food downstairs in the wet bar area. It all worked out fine.
We fully intend to come back to this lovely home on future ski house adventures.

This was a wonderful place to stay for us, and our traveling companions! We were very close to quite a few tourist attractions and some amazing hiking trails. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings when the temperatures got low. The bottom floor game room was the perfect place to watch movies, play pool, and get down on some FARKLE fun. The view waking up is amazing, and the neighborhood was very nice. All the comforts of home, while on vacation!

We absolutely loved the house and the view! There’s so much to do inside the house if you’re too tired to go back downtown. The location is very close to the gondola and the shops. The book provided for activities was greatly appreciated. Directions for recycling were confusing and the instructions for check-out were a bit aggressive so we had to call for clarification. We had to assume guests in the past must have been slobs. Overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend to our friends!

There was a two car garage and a driveway with plenty of space for multiple vehicles. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone without feeling crowded. The house has plenty of open space to gather and hang out. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub felt amazing! The house is a couple minute walk to multiple free shuttle stops. This made getting to main street and the lifts a breeze. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home with amazing views in perfect location! Very accommodating for our family of 8. We skied Breck, Keystone and Copper mountain as all three were in close proximity. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking every day. Garage had sleds and mountain bikes and was a great place to store our ski gear every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Some things weren't working (a couple of lights and the master curtains), but that's fine. The closeness to Breck was great. Yet, felt distanced. The views were sweeping and stunning, especially when relaxing in the hot tub. Living areas were ample and the game room was where we spent most of our time. Everything worked fine (except the digital scoreboard on the air hockey table) and was the source of a lot of good times and memories. PLUS, there's a great walking trail right outside the house. Perfect location.

The minute I saw this house and by the river, I’m hooked. Always love the sound of rushing water over the rocks. Very relaxing! A big plus is the Mountain View at the porch/deck. Amazing!! Combine this 2 , early morning and late afternoon with a glass of wine, Perfect!! A real place to wind down. Wedding out of town is too much to handle for everybody attending. Finding this property for our family with everything we needed is pure luck. Another luck is, it is close to the bride and groom’s rental house. We were so busy though that we did not get a chance to use the game room with pool table, air hockey and big TV. Not to mention the hot tub, it was very inviting but we just didn’t have time. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms complete with clean towels. For sure if we have to visit Breckenridge again, this house will be it. Thank you.

We really enjoyed the property overall. Great location, great floorplan, and nice accommodations! Stayed for a week and had to get creative looking for pantry/storage space in kitchen. Basement couch had a fold out bed that needs cleaning. Hot tub was wonderful! The view was amazing, the nearby trails were great and we enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Breck.

Great location. We were able to walk downhill about a mile into town and take a 10 minute shuttle bus back up. The views were great and the sound of the creek made the patio and hot tub sessions even better. Hosts were very good at communication!

Toby and Lauretta's house is beautiful and has so much space to spread out! We easily fit three families in the home as we vacationed together. The view of the mountains is breathtaking! We spent our days on the balcony and nights in the hot tub.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. Had two families and there were plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location is fantastic. There’s a river and a trail right behind. Great for morning walks or just sitting on the deck listening to the river. Communication with hosts and management property was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Breck and the nearby trails! The convenient free shuttle allowed easy access to and from the town and the house was much more spacious than expected! 4 bedrooms (7 beds total), 5 baths, and 2 couches large enough to sleep adults! The hot tub and creek were perfect and the view from the 3rd story master suite balcony was hard to beat!

We had an amazing stay on this property. The house was in perfect shape, and exactly as advertised. Incredible mountain views, quiet street, wonderful path behind the house. Both the adults and the children enjoyed themselves. We would absolutely stay here, again.

House is wonderful. Has everything you need plus. Location by the water gives the relaxing sound constantly. Easy walk or drive to town and the bus is easy as well. We will likely stay again in the future.

This place is beautiful with the most gorgeous views. We had my family, so 9 adults and a baby, stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and it was so relaxing hearing the near by river. The house is 2 blocks away from the free bus which we took downtown. Great place, great location, and great amenities!

This place was amazing! It has an open floor plan, really nice bedrooms with each of their private bathrooms. The master is absolutely stunning and even comes with its own deck overlooking all of Breckenridge. The special bonus to this place is that it sits right next to a beautiful river and walk way. There’s plenty to do in the house with AirHockey, pool, and a hot tub; however, if you want to go downtown the free shuttle is just a two minute walk away. I love this place and I want to go back!

We had a spectacular long summer weekend in this wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped house perched above a babbling brook with views that are breathtaking. Getting into Breckenridge is super easy and walks in the area around the house are lovely. The house was beautifully set up for our arrival.

Beautiful place in Breckenridge. Really close to downtown and skiing. Hot tub outside was perfect after a long day of skiing. Place was very clean and had plenty of space. Would love to stay here again next year.

Beautiful house with a great view of the mountains. We never met the host, but the rental managers that we communicated with were quick to respond. We used the Purple bus line (which is free) to get to the base of the gondola each day, and it takes about 10-12 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for a large group! We had 11 people, and each person hand enough comfortability and privacy. We cooked in the gorgeous kitchen every night for our large group and all 11 of us also fit in the hot tub together! This place actually seems much larger and even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosting company was extremely helpful as well, when we had a tiny problem getting the hot tub to work they came out within an hour to come fix it. Thank you for a great stay Toby!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was everything we could have hoped for. There is ample room and anything you need is there. The house is perfectly located to get a little ways from town. But also close to a shuttle stop to get to the slope and downtown. The house definitely added to an awesome weekend.

Great views, kids loved the air hockey and billiards. Everyone loved the hot tub by the creek. Having baths for each room was also nice. The whole rental process was extremely smooth.

This was my first VRBO stay and the management company made check in and access super easy. The house was beautiful, perfectly suited for our group with many amenities and in great condition. My only disappointment is that I thought the house was not as close to town as I had hoped but because the house had everything we needed, we actually didn't need much access to the town itself. It was a beautiful stay and will be a lasting memory for our group.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Close to everything, saw lots of wildlife right outside the back window. Plenty of space for everyone and kids really enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area with billiards and air hockey!
