Our 1st time in a non ski in/out vacation rental in Breck and we loved it! Great townhome, extremely well stocked kitchen, cozy living room, nice and relaxing location, just a short walk to the bus stop, and the 2nd stop from peak 8. Great location. Convenient for shuttle to base & to town. Well equipped. Only downside is that all mattresses could use replacement: sunken areas & too soft. Hot tub was great. TV was great. Appreciated the grill. Maintenance was quick to respond & friendly.Liked having garage to use. Instructions were clear although a few could use updating like the color of the shuttle bus line said to use black or green line but it is the gold line. Thanks for a great stay!

3 of us really enjoyed the location and space while in Breck attending the 3 day Breck Women's Ski Camp! Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice garage space, and lots of bathrooms. Hot tub was wonderful each night after long days at adult ski camp. Nice to be such a short bus ride to peaks 8 & 7. Easy walk to bus stops to go up the mtn or down. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place to stay! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed. Hot tub was an extra bonus after a long day of skiing. We had one small problem with the basement heater, we called management and it was fixed within two hours. They brought over space heaters, but fixed it quickly so they were not needed. The shuttle runs right past the house to conveniently take you to peaks seven and eight. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect place for two families to enjoy a ski trip. The location was AMAZING for easy access to peak 8, grocery store and going into town. The split level was ideal for two families. We enjoyed the great hot tub with views of nature and the Nordic trails. We would definitely stay again!

Great layout for our family and well stocked with all essentials. Neat, clean and very comfortable! Younger adults used lower level bedrooms and loved having hottub close! Also appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom. The small wardrobe worked but would have preferred a real closet in the upstairs master. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

This was a family getaway to the cooler temps and to do some fishing. The home was easy to find, looked just like the photos, we were very pleased. The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the mattress on the sofa sleeper and the 2 queen beds downstairs. they were not that comfortable. But everything else in the home was very nice, well cared for, we appreciated the kitchen and all the appliances. If we are in the area again, we would definitely consider staying here.

Super clean and a bonus hot tub overlooking the Nordic trail. Best of all is the location. It’s no exaggeration how close the house is to the gold bus route that can bring skiers to the mountain and non skiers into town for free in just minutes. Definitely recommend checking out Frisco and Vail if the trip allows and having a 4x4 vehicle.

Toby & Lauretta’s place was perfect for our ski vacation. Less than a 5 minute walk and you are at the free shuttle stop that takes you right to the resort. We love to cook and the kitchen had a ton of amenities that allowed us to prepare several dishes that we probably would not have been able to in other airbnb kitchens. The layout was perfect for a group ski trip and I will remember this listing for future Breckenridge trips!

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. If you are doing some downhill winter sports at Breck, it is extremely easy to access the mountain at Peak 8 or 9 through the free ride stop only a minute or two walk from the place. The place was spacious, the amenities they offered were super nice - kitchen, utensils, hot tub, etc. We felt right at home and the place was very cozy and a great place to stay for a 4-day ski trip, and is worth every Penny and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here, close to Peak 8 and all the essentials for a great vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space for relaxing in the living room. Our boys enjoyed their own bedrooms and baths downstairs. Only drawback was the bedding, pillows are pretty firm and the beds have some memory topper that wasn’t that comfy, the sleets on the king were too small for the bed. If you’re local like us just bring some bedding and pillows and you’ll be good, we will next time. Thanks again, great location.

Perfect for three couples. Two queens with a king bed and a bathroom for each worked out perfectly. The size of the kitchen and living room worked out beautifully. The kitchen was adequately furnished with all of the amenities we would need. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of biking. Loved the location on the edge of wilderness. Loved condition of property. Loved supplies provided. Only 2 caveats. One - hot tub was not locked as stated and lock was unusable anyway. Two - not clearly stated which dumpster I should use. I used the one straight across the street and it was also not locked as stated. Oh, yeah. Not clear about recuclables - nothing stated in instructions. Did not find recyling receptables next to dumpster until leaving when I found them next to dumpster. No biggie.

I loved this place! It's very spacious., lots of closet and dresser space. Absolutely adored the decorative hooks and bears! It's wonderfully furnished. There's a big kitchen and large dinning room and a deck with a table. Also, a hot tub. Wonderful for large gatherings. I was giving a tour to anyone who come over! Only problem is parking--2 cars and then you have to park away.

My family and I had a great time staying at this lodge. Very nice and cozy. The only request I would make is I couldn’t find any pot holders while cooking. I used towels when pulling food out of the oven. But overall, my family really loved it!

This is our third time staying at these accommodations. We obviously like it! It is very roomy, three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It’s close to the slopes via a short walk to bus stop. And it’s next to the Nordic Center if you like other outdoor sports or for a great happy hour.

We spent most of a week here with 3 couples. Its the perfect spot and a perfect location. The house is clean and has towels, basic toiletries, all kitchen utensils, everything you need. Hot tub is decent and is private. You are in a quiet area with a mix of rentals and private homes. Buy your groceries on the way there and enjoy a break from the crowds downtown. Head up Ski Hill Rd to Sevens for a night cap.

I've already left a lengthy review on the Breckenridge Property Managers site so I hope you'll look that up. We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location, spaciousness, accessibility of the property to busses and Peak 8, Nordic Center, and tons and tons of snow! We were impressed with how quiet the surroundings were, as well as inside the property, especially for a duplex. We were never disturbed by other guests' noise. Transportation (Peak 1 Shuttle Service) brought us to the DOOR of this property from Denver Airport and picked us up the same, and the free bus system gave us easy access to shopping areas, other busses, skiing... The property held plenty of books, games, and up-to-date wi-fi and television access along with comfortable and cozy surroundings in which to use them. We are grateful to this property owner for sharing their blessing!

Our family loved this 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condo. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy as well as a spacious kitchen great room area to all gather round. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear and the private hot tip was great. This was a September rental but the location would be great as a winter rental. Having a private garage is awesome.

The Condo was exactly as described. clean and comfortable. The hiking trail is just out the back door. The hot tub was nice to have it to yourselves. The condo has almost every convenience you could think of. It was nice only being 5 minutes to downtown.

Overall a great place to stay. Backs up to Cucumber Gulch Nature Preserve and that is such a plus. Lots of trails right at your back door. We even saw a moose out there one morning! House is great. 3 1/2 baths is super great and the kitchen is well stocked. Only negative(and it is minor) is that the upstairs(master) bedroom gets a little warm since there is no AC. We opened the windows at night and there is a circulating fan in the room that made it comfortable. BUT overall a great place to stay. We would stay here again if in the area.

Upstairs chair that converts to twin was not comfy enough for a teenager but might work for a small child.

Our family hiked, biked, visited coffee shops, and mostly cooked in. The idea was to get away and enjoy the mountains but still stay as safe as possible.
This property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the whole open floor plan was warm and spacious. It had everything we needed to prepare our meals and I love that we also had access to a washer/dryer. There was a grill so we could grill chicken and burgers and used the hot tub several times. With adult children along, it was awesome to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
It was very accessible to the town - about 1.4 miles from Main Street. It is an easy bike ride or walk downhill to mainstreet and also an easy gondola or black line bus ride back up the hill. Both transported bikes as well. Since the house is very close to the Nordic Center, the black line bus stop and the gondola stops... getting around was very easy. We drove our car to different hiking trailheads. It was a great property and a great vacation!!!

Just a short walk to shuttle to skiing and town. The home is very comfortable with two double beds and one king. This is great for a family or several couples. The hot tub is private. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there and a moose visited behind on the Nordic skiing trail.

This property is the perfect place for families or multiple couples as we had. Everyone has there own space. The hot tub is an excellent added feature. The property management was beyond awesome! The only negative I can say was the beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were rock hard but saying that to say I doubt any place will sleep like home. You will not regret staying at this place. We would definitely rent again.

In our party we had 3 couples so it was perfect. We had no children with us but if you took children there would be plenty of space. There is tons of extra items that are very nice from coffee filters, dish soap, blow dryers, straighteners and even small shampoos. The only complaint I would we all had was the beds and pillows were not good at all. The pillows were basically boulders and the beds are just really uncomfortable. You are walking distance to the bus stop. The private hot tub was also a bonus. They kept the driveway and road cleared. Overall all it is a wonderful rental!

We loved the 3 floor set up, making the young adult and parent space separate. Private hot tub was awesome and space is perfect for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. This place was perfect. The location was a 5 minute drive to town and the Peak . The hot tub was amazing and having 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom made it a comfortable stay for my family (3 couples). The deck was gorgeous and the house was very clean. The only bummer was that the grill did not work (and was super old) and we had already purchased food to cook on it, but we made due. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance. We really enjoyed the home. We had grown kids coming from all over the US to vacation with us and ski. There was plenty of room for everyone and a great central room to hang out. The house was convenient to the bus line for down hill skiing and walk-able to the Nordic center if you wanted to cross country ski. Even though you were in neighborhood with houses near when you looked out the window you felt like you were alone in the woods as nothing was visible but trees and snow from the great room. We had a lot of snow on our visit which made us really appreciate the garage. Bill

Gorgeous town home in a great location, just outside of town. I love that the bedrooms had either a king or queen bed, no twin or bunk bed rooms! It was perfect for my husband and I, plus two other couples to celebrate my birthday. We watched the meteor shower from the balcony and hot tub. My only recommendation would be to replace the pots and pans in the kitchen, they were pretty beat up. But all the couches, beds, and patio furniture were super comfy! The places was nice and clean with shampoo, soap, lotion, and makeup remover towels provided. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Everything was wonderful during our stay! The condo was beautiful inside and out with wonderful amenities - including the hot tub! We loved that every room had their own bathrooms and all rooms were fairly large! The kitchen, dining, and family room areas were all open which was great for all of us to hang out. The convenience of the shuttle to the slopes and the town was phenomenal! It was about a 5 minute ride, if that, to the slopes so every day we were able to get on the lift right when it opened! We could not have picked a better place to stay! The host was also wonderful answering every question that I had and helping us with tips on where to eat! Definitely would recommend this to everyone!
