Description
Just a few minutes drive from the center of town, this home is very convenient both by car, and shuttle stop which is located just a short walk from the home. If you do have cars, the home offers 2 parking spots in the garage for ultimate convenience. You will enjoy the sweeping views from all angles, both of the ski area, and baldy mountain to the east, from the ample decks adorning the home. The home comes with a private hot tub, nestled privately next to national forest. The access to the free shuttle is very appealing for those who do not desire to bring a car.
The main level hosts the open and large living room including a open fireplace, flat screen tv, comfy furnishings, and a half bath. Adjacent to the living area, through the open fireplace, is the cozy dining area with private deck. The kitchen is outfitted with all the tools you need to prepare family meals. The upper level hosts the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with jetted tub, and spectacular views of the mountains to wake up to every morning. The second bedroom has a separate bath, a queen bed, and great views of baldy mountain from the window. The third bedroom upstairs contains a new queen bed. On the lower level you will find the bonus fourth sleeping area with a twin over full bunk bed, and private bathroom.
At 72 Clubhouse, you get a fantastic mountain vacation, with all the comforts of home, at a affordable price. It is time for you to take your vacation.
IMPORTANT- a 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must in the snowy winter months to best access the home and town.

This home exceeded our expectations. The hosts thought of everything. the views were breathtaking. every morning, we woke up surrounded by the mountains. the home was roomy. they had a tree up, and we watched christmas movies on their TV supplied. there was a bus stop at the beginning of the neighborhood, which was only a few minutes' walk. the town itself by car was 10 minutes, but worth the drive, the route was scenice and the home seemed more secluded. the bus ran even in a couple of inches of snow. they even let you park in their garage to avoid the snow piling up on your car. i do have to say you drive up the mountain in the snow sometimes. we did see people with some cars driving up. we had a four-wheel drive car for the snow. my group of 6 would definitely come back. we fell in love with the bnb and the location. the hosts were responsive for any questions we had, which were few. my group would agree it's one of the best if not the best bnb we've stayed in ever.Matthew - Posted: 12/12/2023

Skiing after Christmas
We all really enjoyed this home! 4WD is really a must for this location when it snows. Our friends had an all wheel drive vehicle and had to wait until the snow plow came to clear the driveway. The property management was responsive to all of our needs, explaining the water alarm system to us really helped our family and friends to understand how to prevent the alarm from going off in the middle of the night. Great location

Snowy forest views and comfortable living
We were very pleased with this property. A little hard to find but loved the location at the back of the neighborhood due to snowy forest views out every window. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was perfectly cozy and comfortable at the end of a long ski day. And great sized for a large family. Dining was also huge for a big family. The only thing that bugged was the lighting in the bedrooms. Relaxing Ski Getaway
This condo was the perfect place for me and my friends visiting Breckenridge to ski! We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms and space the condo had to offer. The hot tub was very well maintained and incredible after a day of skiing. It was a quick 10-12 min drive to the North Gondola in the morning and the drive has amazing views of the whole mountain. We also saw multiple moose on the property which absolutely made the trip (but keep an eye out!) We had a great time!
This was the perfect spot for a girlfriends' weekend! The house had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 5 of us, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved being so close to hiking trails (Baldy Trailhead) and driving up Boreas Pass for enjoying the fall colors! Breckenridge is close by and we also enjoyed our time shopping there. Toby and Lauretta were very responsive host! Any questions we had they answered right away. We needed to book an extra night to avoid driving in an incoming snow storm and they had no problem with letting us do that.
Our stay at Toby & Lauretta place was great! The location of the place was amazing as well. A short walk from the bus stop and an amazing view of the mountains when the sun is out. The place was very clean and spacious for all 9 of us to comfortably stay in. The kitchen was great for cooking, plenty of dishes to use and options for different styles of cooking, gotta love a gas stove!
Since we were there during a snow storm, snow removal was taken care of by a gentleman who swept the deck off as well as plowed the driveway and access to the hot tub. Located in a great spot, a short drive to Downtown Breck. There is also a free shuttle that stops near the house. Great view from the deck and living room. Comfy leather couches. The beds could use some higher quality sheets and mattresses, but I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Breck.Craig - Posted: 10/25/2020

Great Place! the house is at a good spot with so much privacy and the view of pine trees was amazing. lot's of amenties, enjoyed cooking in the house.

Roomy, well-equipped, comfortable place of our family of five.
Great views! We love Breckenridge and have been skiing there for 20 years. This is a fantastic rental that would comfortably sleep more than our family of five. We were easily able to cook and do laundry throughout the week. Also several bathrooms meant we could all clean up after a day of skiing before heading to our favorite restaurant Relish for dinner in town. Didn’t end up using the hot tub but that is a great amenity! Will definitely recommend this rental to family or friends if they plan to visit in future.Richard P. - Posted: 3/8/2019

This cabin is amazing! Perfect distance from Breck, only about 10 mins to main street. Toby was quick to respond to any questions we had once we arrived at the cabin. The self check in was easy. House was clean and stocked with all we needed. Hot tub was a favorite of our group, fit us 9, skiing and exploring the city all weekend perfectly! Snowed all weekend, four wheel drive highly recommended if you are traveling in winter. It's located at the back end of a hilly road, our truck got stuck once but the boys were able to dig it out with shovels from garage.Brandy - Posted: 3/3/2019

Absolutely perfect! I’m always a little apprehensive with places on Airbnb, knowing that a lot of places are professionally photographed and end up being much smaller than expected. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and this cabin was even bigger and more beautiful than its photos! The amount of emails received prior to our stay made it a little overwhelming to sort out what exactly was needed for check in, but other than that everything was perfect. There were plenty of towels for all of our guests, extra board games to play with the family, all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. It was located quite close to the tree line (high altitude) so it was a bit hard for my out of town family to breathe and hike as much as we’d hoped, so just keep that in mind if you’re coming from out of town. We stayed at this lovely house for spring break. We were 2 families with 5 children and we all fit very well. The location is beautiful and peaceful in the mountains and is only a 10-15 min drive from Main Street. The amenities were greAt and the hot tub was just perfect!! Great house for 6 to 8 people. The 3 private bedrooms are large enough to accommodate comfortably, the half room is on the garage level with a washer and dryer. The bunk beds down there are private enough, all we had to do was let everyone know not to use the garage staircase while our friend was sleeping. The house has a hot tub on the ground level outside around the garage. From the hot tub you can really take in the stars and the night air.Brandon - Posted: 3/13/2018

Everything was great! Very short walk to free shuttle bus that brings you to gondola and town! Most amenities were provided and the house was very spacious! We had 6 guests with more than enough room! The hot tub was great as well! Definitely suggest an all wheel drive truck to get there, the roads are really icy and slippery in the winter! We had to relocate to a different condo due to a city event blocking the roads to the cabin. The folks that helped eith the change were exceptionally friendly and did their best to handle the change.
