Great place to stay! Away from the hustle and bustle that Main Street brings but not too far! Very private area! The hot tub was a perfect end of the day touch.

Toby’s place was great, we loved the seclusion. Easy access to the ski resort, and the hot tub was a nice touch. We had some issues with the house overheating but he addressed those quickly.

Toby’s place was perfect for our group to enjoy Breckenridge! If you arrive at night and during the winter, it can be hard to find as the neighborhood signs aren’t visible; It is tucked away behind condos. The rooms were clean and tidy. This home exceeded our expectations. The hosts thought of everything. the views were breathtaking. every morning, we woke up surrounded by the mountains. the home was roomy. they had a tree up, and we watched christmas movies on their TV supplied. there was a bus stop at the beginning of the neighborhood, which was only a few minutes' walk. the town itself by car was 10 minutes, but worth the drive, the route was scenice and the home seemed more secluded. the bus ran even in a couple of inches of snow. they even let you park in their garage to avoid the snow piling up on your car. i do have to say you drive up the mountain in the snow sometimes. we did see people with some cars driving up. we had a four-wheel drive car for the snow. my group of 6 would definitely come back. we fell in love with the bnb and the location. the hosts were responsive for any questions we had, which were few. my group would agree it's one of the best if not the best bnb we've stayed in ever.Matthew - Posted: 12/12/2023

Toby and Lauretta were very responsive host! Any questions we had they answered right away. We needed to book an extra night to avoid driving in an incoming snow storm and they had no problem with letting us do that.
Our stay at Toby & Lauretta place was great! The location of the place was amazing as well. A short walk from the bus stop and an amazing view of the mountains when the sun is out. The place was very clean and spacious for all 9 of us to comfortably stay in. The kitchen was great for cooking, plenty of dishes to use and options for different styles of cooking, gotta love a gas stove!
Since we were there during a snow storm, snow removal was taken care of by a gentleman who swept the deck off as well as plowed the driveway and access to the hot tub. Located in a great spot, a short drive to Downtown Breck. There is also a free shuttle that stops near the house. Great view from the deck and living room. Comfy leather couches. This cabin is amazing! Perfect distance from Breck, only about 10 mins to main street. Toby was quick to respond to any questions we had once we arrived at the cabin. The self check in was easy. House was clean and stocked with all we needed. Hot tub was a favorite of our group, fit us 9, skiing and exploring the city all weekend perfectly! Snowed all weekend, four wheel drive highly recommended if you are traveling in winter. Absolutely perfect! I’m always a little apprehensive with places on Airbnb, knowing that a lot of places are professionally photographed and end up being much smaller than expected. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and this cabin was even bigger and more beautiful than its photos! The amount of emails received prior to our stay made it a little overwhelming to sort out what exactly was needed for check in, but other than that everything was perfect. There were plenty of towels for all of our guests, extra board games to play with the family, all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. It was located quite close to the tree line (high altitude) so it was a bit hard for my out of town family to breathe and hike as much as we’d hoped, so just keep that in mind if you’re coming from out of town. We stayed at this lovely house for spring break. We were 2 families with 5 children and we all fit very well. The location is beautiful and peaceful in the mountains and is only a 10-15 min drive from Main Street. The amenities were greAt and the hot tub was just perfect!! Great house for 6 to 8 people. The 3 private bedrooms are large enough to accommodate comfortably, the half room is on the garage level with a washer and dryer. The bunk beds down there are private enough, all we had to do was let everyone know not to use the garage staircase while our friend was sleeping. Everything was great! Very short walk to free shuttle bus that brings you to gondola and town! Most amenities were provided and the house was very spacious! We had 6 guests with more than enough room! The hot tub was great as well! Definitely suggest an all wheel drive truck to get there, the roads are really icy and slippery in the winter! We had to relocate to a different condo due to a city event blocking the roads to the cabin. The folks that helped eith the change were exceptionally friendly and did their best to handle the change.
