Amazing Place
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect condo close to town
This property was perfect. The proximity to town gave huge savings in parking fees. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the kitchen was updated and worked well for cooking meals. This unit was spacious enough the all 6 of us felt as if we had our own space in down times, yet provided a large table to eat and discuss the day, play games, etc. Outside the deck was spacious and had two gas grills and a hot tub. The down sides - the grills were not very well maintained. I had to clean pretty extensively and re-position the burners in order to use them. The condo was in a great locations next to the Carter park and walking distance to a he Main Street down town. Good and well stock kitchen which allow us to make quick breakfast or easy dinner. The place was clean and had plenty of pillows and towels. Great stay for family of six with teenage, young kid and two elderly. This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved being to walk to so many places without having to drive. We have a 10yo and a 7yo who handled the walks to downtown just fine. Unit 104 is conveniently located toward the entrance and adjacent to the hot tub and fire pit, so very easy access when you're carrying things in and out. With that being said, 104 is right by the main entrance so you do hear the coming and going of others, it wasn't extremely terrible, but you will hear the door open and close as well as distant chatter at times. The location to Main St was great, about a 5-10 minute walk and you're far enough away that you can't hear all the busy traffic. The room was great and had everything we needed. My family of 5 had a great stay over spring break. The second bedroom has a full under single bunk bed, with an additional single trundle bed that pulls out. Great for our 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having the exterior door to the parking lot to bring in luggage. It was walkable to down, however with our 4 year old it wasn’t ideal. If your kids are older, they’ll be fine. But younger kids will struggle with the walk back uphill on the way home. The shuttle to the slopes is right outside the exterior door. It was a very quiet place, the only noise we heard was people going up and down the stairs occasionally on the inside of the building. The parking garage is also nice if you’re there in the winter to keep your car from getting frost/snowed on. We loved our stay and hope to be back again! The owners/management was very responsive with instructions and just to check in to see how our stay was going. We walked to Main Street for dinner and took the shuttle to the gondola. Cozy condo
Toby was so accommodating. I called him when I had trouble booking my flight & he helped us by pushing the reservation a day so that we could get a better flight. The condo was clean & very warm. They even had heated floors in the bathrooms, which were unexpected but appreciated! It was spacious and well equipped for cooking. Great location, especially with families. Walkable to everywhere and Blue line bus stop right in front. Kitchen is well stocked for meals in. Hot tub next door which made it easy on the cold nights, but still quiet inside. Access directly outdoors from the master bedroom was great for loading and unloading and letting the kids play in the snow. The City's sledding hill is just out back, easy to play an hour, eat lunch, nap, and sled again. The front door latch didn't latch, but the door is self closing and could still be dead-bolted. Solid condo on the first floor. Easy to access from garage and outside. Short walk to Main Street with all the shops and food. Also walking distance to the troll, train museum, and hiking trails. DVD player is handy if weather is too bad to be out side.

Tony & Lauretta’s place is conveniently located to peak 9 and peak 8. Surprise.... there’s a sledding hill just out the porch door.
The master bedroom is very comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked to cook for a large family, the hot water is great and water pressure great too.
The bunk bed mattresses are on the hard side, there is not a large griddle - so just plan something different for breakfast....

Great location steps from blue bus route and Carter Park sled hill, a few bus stops or short walk from downtown Breck. This property has a beautiful atrium that is quiet and meditative. Loved it. The location of this condo is great! You're a short walk away from everything on Main Street, but the building itself is super quiet. The condo was incredibly clean, which made us feel safer in this crazy pandemic time. We had some issues with getting the key to the side door, but the host was very responsive and that shouldn't be an issue for future guests. The side door was really convenient for avoiding the lobby (not that it was ever crowded) and for keeping the car close for all the photo equipment I was hauling back and forth. Perfect condo close to town
This property was perfect. The proximity to town gave huge savings in parking fees. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the kitchen was updated and worked well for cooking meals. This unit was spacious enough the all 6 of us felt as if we had our own space in down times, yet provided a large table to eat and discuss the day, play games, etc. Outside the deck was spacious and had two gas grills and a hot tub. The down sides - the grills were not very well maintained. I had to clean pretty extensively and re-position the burners in order to use them. Condo was just as advertised. It was a quick 5 minute walk to main street and all that it has to offer. Grocery store was a few blocks away. The free shuttle stop is literally right out the door from the condo. Hot tub was clean and hot. Would recommend this place to others.Jeff - Posted: 2/4/2019

This place is exactly as listed, with good WiFi throughout. Toby's place has both a front porch and a balcony which was nice. Checkin is at another location, key pads for the building were a bit touchy. Very convenient to walk to Main Street. Thanks so much!Kathryn Anne - Posted: 8/19/2018

We loved this home! Toby responded promptly with answers to my questions prior to our arrival and checkin was quick & easy.
We were a group of 5 women on a girls getaway weekend and this couldn’t have worked out any more perfectly. The location was perfect for us, everything in walking distance and a convenient small grocery store right around the corner. We parked our car in the garage upon arrival and didn’t use it again until it was time to leave. We walked back and forth from Main Street multiple times a day for shopping, eating, drinking & exploring. The grill & large hot tub is less than a 30 second walk from the front door.

Our stay went as expected and enjoyed the place. The condo might be better suited for a family with kids compared to four adults but we knew what we were getting when we signed up. Surprisingly had a decent set of cooking pans and cutlery which made breakfast a lot easier to prepare. It is walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars but be ready for the weather if you choose to be so brave. The blue line bus stops right outside of the door which is perfect for getting around, but they do stop running a little after 5.
