We had a great stay at base 9. It was easily walkable to quicksilver lift and downtown. The house itself was perfect for two couples with plenty of space and nice king beds. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals at the air bnb. They also had humidifiers, which I thought was a nice touch with the dry air. Would absolutely stay here again!

Place was great - very comfortable and walkable to both the slopes and town. We really enjoyed the walks to town for food and shopping. Slopes are at the long end of walkable if you're carrying gear (you might want a storage option to avoid doing it daily), but we walked our skis every day and it's still quite doable.

Perfect location - we could walk to the ski lift every morning and also could walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown. Everything was well stocked and had everything we needed!

Toby Anthony's place was perfect! Both bedrooms had king-size beds and were very comfortable. The place was clean and the fireplace charming. The fireplace is the heat so that's good to know upfront. Downtown was less than a 10 minute walk and along the way are spots to eat or grab a drink. The location is fabulous! The ski lift was less than ten minutes as well making the condo very favorable. Be sure to visit Isak Heartstone. The walk is only 10 minutes and Isak is a universal icon! We'd love to go back next year! I highly recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son and I had a fabulous time, the condo was just as depicted in the pics and management is very responsive. Excellent location close to downtown. The only recommendation I’d have is to update the windows and screens as they were a little hard to lift open. This place was exceptional! A very short walk to town and all major attractions that Breck has to offer. Having two king bed suites was awesome for us 2 couples staying and the rest of the home was very spacious. Only downfall being no air conditioning, but with the cold breezes and overcast that comes with staying in the mountains, we hardly noticed it at all! Just left the windows cracked and fans on while we slept! Overall an amazing stay in Breckenridge, we will DEFINITELY be back!!

My friend and I spent 4 nights here; we came to hike. Everything was comfortable… beds…eating areas…living room. Good water pressure and temperature for showers. There was plenty of parking spaces, and was located just a 10-15 min walk into town. We really appreciated how quiet it was…we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo at Base 9. It was convenient to Main Street for dining, shopping, and the lifts. Having two bedrooms with ensuites was a plus. We had so much fresh snow - and while that was wonderful for skiing - it was a concern for navigating the parking lot and surrounding areas. The HOA did not have the parking lot plowed and we could not move our vehicle for two days. Thankfully, while we were checking out, we found a snow shovel in the building where you dispose of your garbage, so we were able to shovel our way out. This is by no means a reflection on the hosts, but something that should have been addressed by the HOA - along with clearing the sidewalks surrounding the building. Granted, this was a huge week of heavy snowfall, but a proactive approach to maintaining the parking lot and sidewalks would have made our stay stress free.
We appreciated that Toby went out of his way to reach out to the HOA, but due to the Holiday - no response.

Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples. Private bedroom/bath for each couple. Great Location. Shuttle stops directly in front of this complex. Short walking distance to Main Street where all the stores/restaurants are located. Convenience store right around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was exactly as described. It was an easy walk to downtown Breck, or there was a shuttle available. Very close to ski lifts and all Breck has to offer. Loved that there were two king sized beds and two bathrooms. Very cozy space and would definitely stay there again!

This was an excellent location right in town and a free shuttle stop on the edge of the property, which was very convenient for getting around town. The condo was very spacious and clean with all the amenities that were advertised. Having two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom was a big plus. The hosts provided great communication on check-in and were very friendly and proactive to make sure everything went well during my stay. I was very happy with the property and total experience, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Just had an amazing stay for the week at Breckenridge! The Airbnb is in a great location - it is super close to the mountain and the Main Street full of restaurants and shops. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the place that can take you anywhere in town for free. Would definitely go back again!

Great Location!

We had a great stay at this cute two bedroom condo. The shuttle for the ski resort was right outside our door. We walked to the restaurants and shops both nights! I would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and had free bus transit to various ski areas with pick up right next to condo as well as free ride trolley to downtown stops not far away.
