This updated Base 9 condo is perfect for your ultimate winter or summer vacation in Breck! Centrally located in the Columbine/Warrior's Mark neighborhood, the condo is a very short walk to Main Street Breckenridge, and all this wonderful town has to offer, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is also a very short walk (.5 mi) to the base area of Peak 9, and the Quicksilver lift!

Inside the condo you will find an updated living room with wood flooring, flat screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace, and comfortable mountain themed furniture. Just off the living room is the cozy and well lit dining area. It has a six seat dining table, perfect for serving family dinner or eating takeout from one of our local restaurants. Just next to the dining area is the open and functional kitchen, with ample space for preparing meals, and storing your groceries.

The master bedroom comes complete with a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage in the closet. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a king bed and plenty of storage, and has direct access to the second bathroom, for your convenience.

The condo also features a community hot tub, plenty of parking, and semi private decks for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

We very much enjoyed our stay! With a toddler and baby on the trip, this location could not have been more perfect! A very quick and easy walk to all the best Breckenridge restaurants and shops, along with a some fun sight-seeing. We would definitely recommend!

This was an excellent location right in town and a free shuttle stop on the edge of the property, which was very convenient for getting around town. The condo was very spacious and clean with all the amenities that were advertised. Having two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom was a big plus. The hosts provided great communication on check-in and were very friendly and proactive to make sure everything went well during my stay. I was very happy with the property and total experience, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Just had an amazing stay for the week at Breckenridge! The Airbnb is in a great location - it is super close to the mountain and the Main Street full of restaurants and shops. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the place that can take you anywhere in town for free. Would definitely go back again!

Great Location!

We had a great stay at this cute two bedroom condo. The shuttle for the ski resort was right outside our door. We walked to the restaurants and shops both nights! I would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and had free bus transit to various ski areas with pick up right next to condo as well as free ride trolley to downtown stops not far away.
