Perfect place for a ski trip. The house had everything our group of 9 needed to enjoy 5 days skiing in Breckenridge (10 mins away) and Keystone (20 mins away). The house was well stocked and all amenities were in great condition, so we did not have any issues during our stay. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts, and their instructions were clear before and during our stay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a group of 5 couples visit on a winter/ski trip and we couldn't have had a better place to stay. Spectacular views, big rooms, great amenities (especially the hot tub), and everything we could need made it worth spending your nights at the house if you wanted. Driving to the gondola lots and town only took about 10 minutes. No problem with uber or delivery. They run plows but you'll definitely need 4WD. I think we all wished we could stay twice as long as we did!

I stayed here with my family for a ski trip. The house is absolutely beautiful. Every bedroom is nice and spacious. The house is about a 10 minute drive from downtown. 4 wheel drive is needed in the winter. Several cars got stuck coming up the roads while it snowed. The management company was extremely responsive which was nice. There were a few minor items in the home that should be fixed (a light downstairs was slightly pulled out of the wall and a headboard in a bedroom had been dislodged). Overall this placed was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Big Blue Trace! The house was incredibly spacious and allowed for our family to spend some quality time together! Similar to the note on the property description - make sure you have an AWD! The house is off of a windy uphill road and with the snowy conditions, it is an absolutely must to have an AWD.

The house provided a great space to spend time with my family after a difficult year of losses. We have never experienced a white Christmas and this did not disappoint. The views were great! The snow plows plowed the main road so we felt safe driving in unfamiliar conditions. Every family unit had their own space and bath. The house itself was lovely. Felt perfect for the season and we appreciated the decorated Christmas tree. We did feel it could have been a little better supplied. We had to buy cleaning spray for the kitchen and some of the pans needed to be washed before use. We also had to buy toilet paper. We should have bought more paper towels, but kept forgetting. A couple of additional hot pads and kitchen towels would have been nice. We haven't done this much - we just know now to be a little better prepared. As we had an infant with us - we bought and left a pack n play for future guests. A high chair would have been nice. We would return to this property again- just a little better prepared. There was a broken light in the bunk room evidently. I never went down there, but that was the only maintenance issue. Thank you for sharing the house.

This property is beautiful! It is exactly as listed and very well stocked. We came with a group of 10 women ages 26-65 and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone with the 5 bedrooms and basement area. The views from this home are amazing and the hot tub was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and then some. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 nights, late September and it was a gathering of 3 old friends in their mid 60s. Obviously the home was more space than we needed, but all of us are glad we chose the home and location. The home is beautiful and well equiped. Since we hadn't seen each other for over 30+ years, we cooked every meal at the house. Kitchen was well stocked, grill worked well! We were able to stream videos and movies with the wifi and the big TV in the main room worked perfectly. We only had one minor issue, the can opener didn't work. Contacted Breckenridge Property Managers and within an hour a new can opener was delivered to us. The home is wonderful, location and views were amazing and the property managers are top notch! We will be returning.

Beautiful home! After spending our days downtown Breckenridge, we couldn’t wait to get back to this cozy cabin to relax. The hiking trails nearby are beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We were even lucky enough to see a few moose walk through the neighbors property. The hosts provided great communication, making checking in and checking out very simple. We had the best week here!

The one negative - found someone's hair on my pillow...not mine. Ouch. One huge positive - the home was lovely and exactly as advertised, also, after a few days we were running short on a few supplies (trash bags, paper towels etc.), so I sent a text, and someone was at the door in less than an hour with everything we needed - great service

This home in the mountains will be our yearly home away from home as long as it’s offered! We’ve already made that a MUST! The property is beautiful, the views are incredible! The hot tub sitting while snowing is superior! Hands down best money we have spent on a vacation rental! LOVE BIG BLUE TRACE! Also, we found out we are expecting a new bundle of joy and a sweet miracle while we had our stay here, it will forever be memorable to us!

Two families, total of nine people, the house was perfectly suited for. We loved having the downstairs space for the kids and the kitchen was so fun to cook in. You can stop skiers up ski hill road easily and there are a ton of hiking trails for summer. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes and the view was AMAZING. Quiet neighborhood, about 10 min from downtown. The sleds in the garage were a fun surprise! Travis at Breckenridge Resort Managers was great to work with. We would stay here again.

The home is beautiful. And the view around the home is amazing. The heated floors in the bathroom was something to look forward to after a nice shower.The only thing was that the stove and oven were not clean. The kings size pillows should have king size pillow cases. But besides that it was a great stay and the host responds quick.

This house was absolutely gorgeous!
The view was 10/10 and very close to the village, shops, food and slopes!
The only thing that I would say negative was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the couch, and all of the other guests agreed. If you like extremely firm beds, then you will love it.
Otherwise, the home was perfect and the stay was amazing.

Great property. About 15 minutes from the main gondola. House is huge, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and rooms to hangout. Amazing views. Fully stocked kitchen, with good pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of spices. You likely need 4wheel Drive or AWD in the winter to get to the house. Furniture is a little cheap and sparse. We would definitely rent here again.

The process was easy from start to finish. My family stayed here for the week before the holidays and it couldn’t have been easier and more perfect for our stay. We had one issue with the dishwasher and someone came to fix it within hours. Everything in the house was perfect, the view was unbeatable, great location, and everything we needed in a house. The house was big and beautiful! The surrounding area is scenic. Definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the road to the house got a little treacherous. Management dealt with issues quickly and effectively. The house was a little under stocked on towels and other basic things such as pot holders, sheets, towels for hot tub, etc. but overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it!

This my was first Airbnb experience and Toby and Lauretta set the bar high! The house was beyond our expectations and the quiet community was perfect for our family with little ones. The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and was our they made check in so easy. On our final morning we were able to see two moose walk right through the backyard. We can not wait to come back!

We had a lovely family reunion in Breck in this home! It was perfect! It was spacious and easily accommodated every age group. We had 2 families of 4 with kids aged: 6, 4, 3, 1.5 yrs- as well as 2 grandparents. We all had plenty of space and loved our time here! Location was great too! Short drive to down town Breck and very close to multiple hiking trails that were great for kids. We loved the hot tub too!

After reviewing options within the Breckenridge area we settled on the Big Blue Trace home. The location, size and layout drew us to rent the home. The home fit our family of 11 perfectly as every one had their space, including bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area and family room became the gathering spot, while the bedrooms were perfectly situated for the needed time to unwind. The deck and outdoor areas were efficient and allowed our group to enjoy the outdoors in between all of our hikes, bike rides and visits to town. The location of the home was very convenient to trail heads, nightly walks and quick trips to town. We took almost all of the food we would need for the week and found the kitchen, pantry, dining and grill areas to be more than adequate to accommodate all of our preparation needs. The home was adequately supplied with dishes, utensils, etc as well as towels and toiletries. We were very pleased with the overall experience and the resort managers were quick to respond to any questions or needs we had.

Toby & Lauretta's home is immaculate! It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. There were 7 of us. The house is super convenient for getting to the Breckenridge ski resort and also to downtown. The home itself is so beautiful - the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and water got super hot, the hot tub is so peaceful, the kitchen was well stocked and the dining table was perfect for a larger group. We even did yoga as a group up on the landing and down in the living room.
Toby & Lauretta were very quick to respond to any questions and were so helpful up through the booking and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this home for any group of folks who want to enjoy Breck.

My wife and I stayed 5 days at Blue Trace the first week of June. House had all the amenities anyone could have wanted. Flat screen TVs in all rooms including master bath. Great view from the deck. Lots of wildlife around the cabin. Highly recommend Blue Trace.

Great spot tucked away in the hills. Surrounded by a lot of other homes being built but we had everything we needed and we were totally comfortable in this space.

Our family had a lovely time staying at your house! Plenty of room for everyone and pretty views! We drove into town everyday for skiing and the drive wasn’t too bad. Great communication!

Home is beautiful! Surrounded by other very nice homes. Best to rent a 4wd vehicle to get to the home. Home was comfy & stylish. Very clean with beautiful views.
