Black Bear Lodge offers the perfect mountain retreat in this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath house, where high ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light and breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. Whether you're soaking in the private hot tub or enjoying a delicious barbecue on the wrap-around deck, you'll be immersed in a true winter wonderland right outside your door.

Enter the home from the front door or the garage on the ground level, where you'll find the first bedroom—perfect for families or groups. This room features a set of bunk beds, a double bed, and a trundle underneath, offering plenty of space for everyone. A full bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

On the main level, you'll find a beautifully modern kitchen, complete with new appliances and everything you need to prepare a feast for your loved ones. The inviting living room, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, and the deck offers a peaceful outdoor space to take in the mountain air. This floor also hosts a third bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, as well as another bathroom for added convenience.

The top level is dedicated to the private master suite, offering a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom for your ultimate comfort. Just outside the master suite, a loft area provides additional space to unwind, whether for reading, relaxation, or play.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Sat high on the mountain with a modern but kept a cabin feel. The only thing is if it’s snowing and you’re driving a 2WD, chains are highly recommended. Would book here again!

Pros: The house was fabulous and communication was quick and responsive for some of the questions and trouble shooting we had about the house while we were staying there.
Cons: We got in late and didn’t get to the store before arriving. The house doesn’t provide any ‘starter amenities’ (ie: coffee or tea) so be sure to bring your own if you will be getting in late or these are critical :)

The pictures don't do the cabin justice. Beautiful place, loved the kitchen, living room, bed, and hot tub. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place up in the mountains.

This house truly does have immaculate views! We stayed with two other families and 4 toddlers. Plenty of space for the kids to play. We especially loved the wrap around patio and exploring behind the house. It is a quick and easy drive to Main Street and the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

This place was amazing! The view was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and hot tub was just the right relaxation we needed. There were so many amenities from cooking supplies to towels that it truly felt like him. I am so lucky to have found this place.
I came up for my 30th with friends and there was the perfect amount of room. I can't wait to come back with family when they come to visit!

Off the main road and high up, the Black Bear Lodge is a great cabin get away. There is a lot of space for multiple people. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are huge. We had fun cooking our dinners and playing Uno all night. We fully enjoyed the area, especially the hot tub. It’s a gorgeous sunset from there. We stayed a week and the cabin was a perfect cozy place for us to relax but also we were able to ski, snowmobile and dine out for our vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home was an experience for a lifetime . If this is your first time visiting just check weather before going being that the home is at the top of the mountain you can have some issues getting to and from .

The Black Bear Lodge is such a beautiful place. I came here with 10 of my girlfriends for our 30th birthday. The place was clean and beautiful, it was the perfect cabin. Even better than the pictures. The views were amazing! We had plenty of space, were very comfortable and had a great time making dinner and breakfast in the gorgeous kitchen/dining area. It is close to breckenridge town. The hosts are very responsive and immediately helpful. It’s a great place for a large group

This was one the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in! This cabin was incredible and perfect for our group getaway! It was better then we expected and we loved every part of it!
We experienced a minor problem upon arrival and thankfully our hosts were able to take care of it. I give this cabin a 5 star review and would recommend to anyone looking for an incredible mountain lodge in the mountains.

This place was great! Woke up everyday in the mountains, secluded but very close to town. Went up for a guys weekend and everyone kept commenting on how awesome the house was. The house had everything we needed. Toby & Lauretta were great as well. By far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

First time using Airbnb. It went very smooth and two minor situations we had were resolved quickly. The home is fantastic and accommodated the family well. Close proximity to Breckenridge made it very convenient for all activities.
