Casa de Alta is a spacious 6-bedroom home that offers three separate living rooms, allowing groups to gather in various areas while also providing plenty of privacy. Located just a short distance from Main Street Breckenridge and the ski resort, this distinctive vacation home is perfect for families and groups. Advanced skiers can access the slopes via the Burro Trail (conditions permitting), and the trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking during the summer months.

The main level features a dining area that seats up to 16 people—8 at the dining table and 8 at the kitchen counter—making it perfect for large meals and easy entertaining. Also on this floor, you'll find four of the six bedrooms. The first master king suite has a private bathroom with a jetted tub, and one queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the common areas. Additionally, there are two bunk bed rooms—one with two bunk beds and the other with a captain's bunk (twin over full)—which share a bathroom between them.

On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms and a second living room. The second master king suite features a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The queen bedroom has a shared full bathroom with dual sinks. This level's living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD Blu-Ray player, a gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa.

The upper-level living room is a great space for kids, featuring a pool table, flat-screen TV, DVD Blu-Ray player, stereo, and a gas fireplace. With a sleeper sofa, it's perfect for winding down after a day of adventures. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the private indoor hot tub without having to brave the cold outdoor air. And don't forget to take in beautiful views of Peak 8 from the front deck.
