Cloud Peak Vista offers breathtaking mountain views of the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-level home is perfect for large groups or families seeking a luxurious retreat in Breckenridge. This true Colorado home was featured in the film "Christmas at the Cabin" coming out Fall 2025!

The upper level features an open loft overlooking the foyer and great room, complete with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, a daybed, and a desk/office space. Enjoy high-speed Comcast Gigabit Internet, ideal for staying connected while on vacation.

On the main level, the master bedroom boasts magnificent mountain views and is equipped with an adjustable compra-pedic king mattress, a gas fireplace, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bath offers a standalone shower, dual sinks, and a jetted tub. Also on this level is the chef's kitchen, complete with a flat-screen TV above the refrigerator, a formal dining area, a great room, a powder room, and a mudroom with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the large deck, which features a gas fire pit, propane grill, and dining and lounging areas. The northwest-facing deck provides the perfect setting for Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Downstairs, the spacious living room has a 60-inch flat-screen TV, an X-Box with Kinect, and access to the lower patio and a brand-new outdoor hot tub. This floor also includes three bedrooms: a king bedroom with mountain views, another king bedroom, and a bunk room with four twin beds built into the wall—ideal for younger guests. Additionally, there's a small kitchenette and dining area.

Above the attached two-car garage, an in-law suite offers privacy with a full bathroom, washer and dryer, living room with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, a leather couch, and a queen bedroom. This space is perfect for additional family members wanting more privacy.

House is a really cool, large, cabin style with an epic view and great location right outside Breckinridge. 8 min drive from house to parking lot with gondola onto the slopes.

Our family of adults, adult children and one baby had an amazing stay! The home is exactly as described and lovely! We had groceries delivered, a private chef fix a beautiful dinner at the house, and lots of relaxing time in the hot tub. The hosts always were in communication with us. We love Breckenridge, this relaxing home, the town and best of all the ski/snow boarding.

Great family ski trip location

We stayed here with my husband's family and it had the perfect amount of space. The guest suite above the garage was great for my MIL who wakes early and enjoyed the private space. The multiple fireplaces were so cozy! It was great that there were so many bathrooms with showers/tubs. A great location where those of us who weren't skiing enjoyed the main streets.

Perfect Ski House for Family Vacation

We stayed there about 5 years ago. The house has so much space for the entire family to spread out and have some privacy. The views and location can not be beat! The management company was very attentive. Unfortunately the oven did not work during our stay however the staff at the management company were very accommodating and did the best they could in making the best of this situation. We understand that these things sometimes happens and unfortunately the company is at the mercy of other companies sending necessary parts to fix the issue. Only other recommendation is to change out the mattresses. They were not the most comfortable but definitely did not ruin our stay. Thanks Breckenridge Resort Managers for your prompt attention to the oven issue. We look forward to staying with you guys again next time!

Great house with excellent view of the mountains. Don't be scared by some of the smaller, less finished lots on the drive up; the actual house, the lot and all the views from this place are great. It's not ski-in and ski-out but a very close drive into town (or skiing) and was perfect for our summer trip.
