This house was incredible. It’s about 8 mins from the Breck Gondola parking lot and very easy to get to. The views are unbelievable from the back porch! House was large and spacious enough for our group. You cannot go wrong with booking here.

Great stay at this house. With the size of our group there was still plenty of room in the house for everyone to sleep and stay comfortably. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and very private. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Tobys place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to main st and the gondola, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.
Toby was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience in Breckenridge!

Our family of adults, adult children and one baby had an amazing stay! The home is exactly as described and lovely! We had groceries delivered, a private chef fix a beautiful dinner at the house, and lots of relaxing time in the hot tub. The hosts always were in communication with us. Very comfortable house. Our large family felt right at home. Easy check in, all the basic amenities you might want, beautiful view, close to town.
In the winter, a 4x4 is highly recommended as the driveway is fairly steep.

Toby & Lauretta's place was absolutely incredible - just what we were looking for. We were lucky to get a snow storm early in the season which made for beautiful views from the cabin. We were grateful we got a large SUV with 4WD as it was a bit difficult at times getting up and down the driveway. The host & maintenance providers had great communication throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a water alarm that was going off periodically throughout our first night. The maintenance company was nice enough to send someone out early on Thanksgiving to give it a look and they fixed the problem right away. We are already looking at book our next trip to Breckenridge and will most definitely be stay at Toby & Lauretta's when we come back!

First off, the pictures do not portray how amazing this home is. The location is VERY easy to get to and from Main Street Breckenridge. The view is spectacular! I can only that that it is BREATHTAKING! From the hot tub to the kitchen, from the bedrooms to the fireplaces… A+++! Thank you again for a great easy of arrival and answering questions. I will most certainly be back…. FYI when in Breck, the recreation center is amazing if you need a place to work out or use a sauna or steam room!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends! The home was beautiful and just as described. The views of the mountains are amazing, we even saw a moose with two calves eating just off the deck, so cool!

This was a beautiful home with fantastic views. Lots of spaces for guests to gather or for folks to have a few minutes of quiet time away from others. Kitchen had great appliances and what was needed for cooking. Master bedroom was incredible. Tips and instructions for the home were helpful and easy to understand. The views and places to enjoy them were by far our favorite.

The home was in a very beautiful area and the home was very clean and the house had plenty of room and did not feel small at all. The kitchen was very nice and had everything you needed to cook. The size and and layout of the cabin was perfect for our family with 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 5- 9 years.
The kids loved the hot tub.
Fantastic view of the mountains from the large deck.
We saw a moose across the distance clearing.
Next time we will bring binoculars.
The kids slept in the bunk beds , enjoyed playing games and art work in the downstairs kitchen booth, and watched movies on the large television.
Well configured kitchen and for the most part met our needs.
The Weber grill worked very well.
The cabin met our expectations and was a good value for us.

We stayed there about 5 years ago. The house has so much space for the entire family to spread out and have some privacy. The views and location can not be beat! The management company was very attentive. Unfortunately the oven did not work during our stay however the staff at the management company were very accommodating and did the best they could in making the best of this situation. We understand that these things sometimes happens and unfortunately the company is at the mercy of other companies sending necessary parts to fix the issue. Only other recommendation is to change out the mattresses. They were not the most comfortable but definitely did not ruin our stay. Thanks Breckenridge Resort Managers for your prompt attention to the oven issue. We look forward to staying with you guys again next time!

Great property and great location. Best features are the deck, the multiple working fireplaces, and the hot tub. We thought we had a very minor issue getting into the house (turned out to be nothing at all) and the hosts responded almost instantaneously. We loved our stay--our group didn't have a single complaint.

We had 12 people staying and it was very nice except 1 couple had to stay in the " above the garage room", its like a little apartment but is away from everyone else and has a staircase up to the rooms. You have to go through the garage to get to the entrance. Lots of going back and forth. If staying here I would not recommend sticking anyone up there. This is just my opinion because we were the ones stuck up there. Other than that, it was an awesome place!!!!! Location is good, views are awesome, and it was clean.

This was the most perfect location for our friends ski trip. We were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for my 10 friends and I. The cabin was a great value for the price especially compared to other homes in the area, but didn’t lack in any amenities or quality.
Pros:
- fantastic view
- huge deck &easy to use gas fire-pit
- gas fire place was easy to use and was on a timer
- 2 car garage easily fit a large truck (tundra) and SUV (Tahoe)allowed us to enter/exit the home without walking through snow
- far enough away from neighbors to not feel crowded
- 2 minute drive from distillery and brewery, 8 minute drive to gondola, less than 10 minute drive to anything else
- Huge primary bath with soaking tub and massive shower
- separate apartment located above garage that has its own entrance from the garage
Cons:
- King beds in rooms were twin beds pushed together, weren’t very comfortable
- Large TVs in all bedrooms, bottom floor den room, in Loft room. But no TV in the main living room, we enjoyed March madness from the small TV in the kitchen above the refrigerator.
Would definitely book again.

We LOVED Toby & Lauretta's place. It's such a beautiful house with incredible mountainside views. We used it as a home base for a 3-day ski trip at Breckenridge. The big kitchen, fireplace, and hot tub made it a sanctuary after a full day on the slopes.
We were also able to easily book Ubers into town and back for dinner and nightlife.
The covered garages were huge for keeping our rental cars free of snow and warm before we headed out to the mountain.
Finally, Toby & Lauretta had great amenities for us: tons of cookware, bath towels, hand towels, and even mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner.
We'll be looking to come back!

We were in Breckenridge for my son’s wedding. Can’t say enough about this home and the property management team. From the champagne bottle and personal congratulations card in the fridge, to the incredible breathtaking view of the mountains of Breckenridge, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was absolutely perfect and spacious for our family - with a separate space for my son and his wife in a full suite above the garage… two family rooms in the main home (up and down stairs) conveniently situated to provide space for kids and adults, and built-in bunk beds the kids adored. Highly recommend it. Will definitely book again!

This Airbnb was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th birthday with family. We enjoyed a winter wonderland in Breckenridge for the week and loved the spacious mountain cabin aesthetic with 10/10 views. We spent powdery days on the ski hills nearby and evenings together making dinner and hanging out by the fire. Highly recommend!

This mountain cabin is absolutely stunning and offers plenty of space for a large gathering of family or friends! We loved the chef's kitchen for cooking our organic whole-foods Ayurvedic meals during our Wellness Retreat and the large living room and deck for offering yoga classes! The sunset views from the living room and deck are magical! This home has everything for a luxury experience: chef's kitchen, clean home, fire pit, hot tub, cute sitting areas, and tucked into the beautiful mountains of Breckenridge!

Beautiful home with lots of room for family gatherings. We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants. This home can easily accommodate a larger group. Everything worked well. The firepit and grill do work - just flip the gas valve on the line. Wood swings are outside to enjoy the view. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen is very large and well equipped. One of our party was working remotely and the internet was great. This is a great location - quiet area and quick access to the gondola. Would be a good winter location. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This property was immaculate; it was very easy to get to with all paved streets approaching the property. The house was clean and well maintained at check in. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. It was exactly what we were looking for in a mountain stay. The only downside in my opinion is the steep driveway approaching the property. This wasn't an issue for us in the summer, but I would be nervous driving it in the winter!

Can't beat the views! Just an incredible mountain home right by all Breck has to offer

This is a grand spacious home suitable for a large group, with many bedrooms and bathrooms, including a small separate apartment above the garage. Six in our group, and they all had their own rooms. Stunning views to the peaks across the valley, some with snow even in late June. Surrounded by woods, we had a visit by a couple moose just a few yards away and some deer just down the slope. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans, and cookware, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, etc., and has a large commercial size range with griddle, and clean modern fridge. The hosts are attentive. Examples: They have stocked each bathroom with plenty of towels and cloths, and each displayed a wonderful assortment of shampoos, packaged soaps, conditioner, and creams. A binder on the coffee table gives you all the information you need about the house itself, plus lots of helpful tourist information about Breckenridge town, just a couple miles down the road. We used the dishwasher, which worked well. If you're staying a while, you'll appreciate the modern front-loading full size washer and dryer. The hot tub is left on so it's always available for a soak. Overall, a terrific rental, we're really glad we found it.

This house in Breckenridge was perfect for our group. It was large and spacious and had beautiful views. Access to the garage was a big plus for parking our cars. We did have to call maintenance a few times due to electricity/hot water issues but they were quick and responsive and resolved each problem.

This house is awesome! We were supposed to have 8 in our group, but only ended up having 6 and there was plenty of extra room if all 8 came. The house is a short drive away from downtown Breckenridge and is easy to get to activities around town. The views are absolutely beautiful and the hot tub is just an awesome plus. I would definitely want to book this place again if I came back to Breck!

This cabin is wonderful! The space is beautiful, with lots of space for a big family to spread out, gorgeous views, and comfy beds too! Everything you may possibly need is available! The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed by all! The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed seeing the fox several times. It snowed twice while we were there and I would agree with the 4x4 vehicle recommendation. ??

You know when you plan for something and it gets built up in your mind? So much so that you are disappointed when it happens? This cabin amazed our entire group from the first time we walked in to cleaning up the morning we left... the whole week was amazing and this was the perfect base to begin and end our days. Kitchen is well equipped and there is ample space if you need some alone time from your companions... 10/10 would recommend to all our friends!

The views are incredible as others have noted. A highlight was the fire pit on the back deck (once we got it working). We looked forward to grabbing blankets and snuggling up in the evening and watching the stars appear. My sisters complained of the comfort of the beds in the master bedroom and downstairs room with the stove, however my bed was very comfortable in the room next to the bunk room.

We used the hot tub a couple times. It's new and has lots of features.

We saw two moose a house over.

There is a shortish hiking trail opposite the home (~ 1 hour -- Barton Creek Loop) and you can see hikers coming down. Highly recommend.

As with any rental, it will show wear and tear over time. The furniture in the living room shows it. The kitchen needs a good overhaul of supplies and organization. Lots of lids that don't have a matching pot...etc. And if the windows had been cleaned, the view would have been even more spectacular! That said, surfaces and bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

This cabin is beautiful! The location is perfect, the views amazing, and there's so much space! We had a group of 8 and everyone was able to get away and do their own thing as well as hang out together. The kitchen is almost perfect if you plan on cooking. We cooked every day. Every utensil, pot, pan, and serving utensil you can think of was there. The house is very close to Main Street and not far at all from the slopes. You can also stay inside the entire time if you like because everything you need is there. The hot tub is incredible! My only advice for those considering booking is to bring extra blankets because the rooms downstairs get very cold. The heat doesn't circulate well down there and the blankets are thin. I'd also consider bringing a humidifier if you are not used to dry air. Overall, great experience. I would book it again.

This house is all you could want and more. It is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE inside, and the views are second to none. My family and I loved watching the sunsets over the beautiful mountains and the golden aspens were such a sight to see!!! The private in law suite is amazing as well. Really there is nothing bad to say about this house. I would absolutely 100,000% stay here again and again and again if I could! My only issue was that i could not figure out how to turn on the vent for the oven. One morning, while making breakfast, we set the smoke alarm off because the stove was not properly venting. Beautiful house! We came up for a bachelorette weekend with 10 girls. We had more than enough space for sleeping and hanging out. Beautiful deck with enough space for all of us to sit around the fire pit and the table for drinks. Huge kitchen and dining room table for dinner and games. Great for large families and groups! I would definitely stay there again. Quick Uber/Lyft ride to Main Street for about $18 in the evening. Also make sure to check out the Breckenridge Distillery that is right down the road; great atmosphere and food/drinks!

Plenty of room in the space. Just about everything you need for a relaxing getaway. There is enough room for all. There was 7 of us and we didn’t use the room above the garage and still had room for at least 4 more in the main house. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping by a short drive. The stove is amazing and enjoyed cooking on it. The drive is pretty steep which was not a problem for us in the summer. The views are beautiful. The hot tub was so nice! The house is just as pictured.

This house was spectacular for our family gathering. The outdoor space was important to us and this exceeded our expectations. The large upper deck had plenty of seating as we dined outside and gathered around the gas fire pit. Great views! The host provided excellent customer service when we had a minor glitch at check in.

Had a great stay with our family. Even had the pleasure of a wild fox coming to visit us while we were in the hot tub. Being able to keep our vehicle parked inside and warm-ish while it was snowing was a huge plus. We will definitely book again if we have another big group vacation in Breckenridge.

We had a large group of friends staying at the house and had a fantastic time. There is a ton of space in addition to the 5 bedrooms and had no trouble fitting everyone. The kitchen was also very big and fully stocked. Everything we needed was in the house and it was a great deal for the area. Probably less than a ten minute drive to the Breckenridge Gondola. Great house.

Cloud Peak Vista is by far the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. This cabin is huge and can host many people. We had a party of 10 guest and still had extra sleeping room. Everyone has their own space with the upstairs and downstairs along with the private suit above the garage. The kitchen provided any cooking utensil you could need. The views from this property are breathe taking and complimented a five minute drive into town!

This place is really great for a large group. We had 13 people and the house was big enough to comfortably move around in. The house was clean and very warm. This pictures don’t do justice as this place is absolutely beautiful when you get there.

Great views, 10 mins to Gondola and Ski Valley. Enough space for 3 families and 5 kids..3 to 9 yo. The house is much larger than what appears from the outside. A mountain ski chalet just like the movies. Great place for a get away. Enough towels , soaps and shampoo. Jacuzzi very nice.

This house was amazing!! We had a family reunion of 10 people across three generations and everyone loved it!! The kids loved the bunk beds and all the grown ups had their own areas to retreat to. I can’t imagine a nicer place for a big group. The views are amazing and every night we sat outside by the fire with a glass of wine. Heaven!! We will be back.

This house was amazing and very clean. It was a much better deal than we expected and everyone couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it. A few weird things like how the large windows heat the home in the day. How the grill was a little hard to use. Other than these very minor things the house was awesome

This Airbnb was amazing and the scenery is utterly fantastic. We had a group of 8 staying and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend staying - we utilized the hot tub and deck the most as we all love being outside. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for the perfect home to get away but not too far away, this is the one! The home itself is in perfect condition and accommodated 10 of us easily. The views are breathtaking, the quick access to Breckenridge was wonderful for those looking to ski, ride the gondola, or just walk around downtown, you are just about 5-10 mins away. Oh and the hot tub made our snowy winter vacation truly a relaxing time!

This property definitely exceeded all our expectations. The home was very clean with wonderful amenities and conveniently located (only 10 mins. drive) to downtown Breckenridge. Everyone in my group really enjoyed the comfortable spacious rooms, the fireplaces, the jacuzzi and the breathtaking views. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our morning breakfasts. They really thought of everything. Check-in and access to the home was also very convenient. Toby and Lauren were both very accommodating and took extra care in ensuring that all our needs were met. Only wish we could have stayed longer which means we will definitely be back.

Great house with excellent view of the mountains. Don't be scared by some of the smaller, less finished lots on the drive up; the actual house, the lot and all the views from this place are great. It's not ski-in and ski-out but a very close drive into town (or skiing) and was perfect for our summer trip.

This was my first VRBO experience and I couldn't have been more pleased! The home exceeded our expectations by far and made it difficult to leave. We all had enough space to enjoy time together, yet enjoy quiet time. The photos do not do the property justice! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were heavenly and bathrooms spotless. This birthday trip in this home inspired my family to host a family reunion. Everyone said we HAD to rent this home for that! We WILL be back!!

This house was just awesome! We had a group of 10 staying there and just loved it. Very close to skiing area and nice comfortable beds with clean linens and towels and fully loaded kitchen to cook and enjoy our time. The jacuzzi was just what we needed after full days of skiing and plenty of room in the house to enjoy time to ourselves as couples or alone if we wanted. Just a great vacation home and we will probably be back here again when back in Breck!

We found the Cloud Peak Vista after a thorough search as we were coming to Breckenridge for our son's wedding and were in need of a house that could handle our family. Since we would have our youngest son, and our other son and his wife and three children under the age of 4, my wife's parents, and our son who was getting married and his finance all staying with us we needed a place that would accommodate us all. The Cloud Peak Vista did just that and more. Everyone had their own space for personal time in sleeping areas, while the kitchen and deck became the popular place to gather. We hosted dinners Tuesday and Wednesday as well as the Thursday rehearsal dinner with no issues for space and necessities. The location of the home is very convenient to downtown or to other summit county attractions, and the view off the deck is amazing. We have already discussed going back next year for a one year anniversary of our getaway. One note, during the winter months you will need a four wheel drive vehicle but thats what makes the views absolutely stunning.
