The lower level boasts a bonus fourth bedroom with a second king bed for added privacy.

We had a Bachelorette at Toby's place. It was a beautiful house and the hot tun was incredible! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for 10 people. The party happened after a huge snow storm. The following morning a plow truck stopped by and cleaned the driveway. The only complaint we had was the heating in the basement. It was an ice box down there. We figured out the vents were close and opened them. That helped a lot but we wish there had been more detailed instructions about that.Courtney - Posted: 3/8/2026

Wonderful place for a group of 7 adults! There was plenty of space for everybody and the beds were cozy and comfy. For a plus, the living room couch is updated and AMAZING!! As well as a large flat screen in the basement den area! The town was a short 9 min drive that made it easy for us to hit the slopes, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. We attended a wedding in Breckinridge and stayed in this beautiful home in Blue River just a short 15 minute drive away. The home was exactly as advertised, cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly and recommended a trail just up the road within walking distance. Great Location!
We came to Breckenridge with a full agenda of hiking, white water rafting, and fly fishing. We were within an hour of Buena Vista for rafting, and Leadville for fly fishing. Lots of hikes near Breckenridge, and a beautiful hike only 10 minutes away, the Hoosier Pass Loop.
The house was spacious with plenty of rooms, bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms for our group of seven. We could have accommodated a few more. The place was very quiet and peaceful, away from the commotion of Breckenridge. The hot tub and fire pit were bonuses.
We were within 10 minutes of anywhere in Breckenridge.

The house layout was super nice. there was no fighting for a room because each had its own unique advantages. plenty of space in each bathroom to share if you needed. There was plenty of parking for our 3 trucks we could have fit a couple more if needed. Beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, well appointed property. Great location to many activities and towns (Breck, Frisco, Vail, Copper) for hiking, skiing, etc. Hot tub was spacious and well serviced. Fire ring off patio was another benefit. Enjoyed the stay
The property was nice, clean and had a good view. Easy walking trail very close was great and could hear blue river the entire hike. The hot tub was used every night by someone in our group of 7 and really enjoyed having that. I didn’t measure beds but I think there are two king and one of them if a queen. My only complaint is that the garage smelled terrible due to the trash can. I sprayed it with febreeze and that helped and property manager said they would get this taken care of. Cozy cabin
Good location with a nice view. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into town easily. Check-in process was easy. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. This place is as described in the photos. The cabin had a cozy feel and it was great to end the day in the hot tub. The how is very spacious and there's a lot of beds if you intend to have several guests. One thing to be careful with is the road leading to the house was not well plowed, so be careful if you don't have a car that can handle poor weather conditions. Very comfortable home and great location
Perfect house for our family of 5 adults +2 year old. House was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and relaxing living area. We were able to go sledding down the drive and road out front (note that there are 3 sleds and 2 snow shoes in the garage which were an added bonus). Only downside was the garage is small so we had a tough time getting a suburban in the garage which was necessary as we had snow every day. In addition, the kitchen supplies need to be upgraded. Spacious yet cozy
Cabin was very roomy for group of 8. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Management company was very responsive. Coffee machine was not working and they brought out a brand new one and made sure it worked before leaving. There is a large fire pit area so you can enjoy a fire while in the hot tub. Beautiful Views with a Great Location
This property is in a great area with a beautiful view. It is close enough to the Breckenridge ski resort (short drive), but also only a 40 min ride to A-Basin and Copper Mountain. It sleeps 10 but keep in mind that 2 of the beds are twin beds, so if you have larger kids or adults, consider that. It has a cozy atmosphere and great layout for gathering and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining while you cook. The hot tub was a plus after a long day of skiing. There were lots of fun games to play, a nice TV over the fireplace, and a TV in the master bedroom. Full cable and the wifi worked well too. It was awesome having the BBQ grill for cooking. The few things I would recommend: add a few kitchen items like a colander for noodles, and a few extra cooking utensils other than knives such as spatulas and tongs and that is being a little picky. If you want to pack lunches for skiing or hiking, make sure you bring your own Aluminum foil, sandwich bags, and other paper products you may need. (there were plenty of paper towels.). There were non of these in the kitchen. Plenty of nice towels for the shower as well as the hot tub. The property was clean, but some of the non stick pans could also be replaced. All that said, we would stay there again in a heartbeat! It is perfect for a large family or a group gathering. The property manager was also incredibly prompt in communication, and we had no issues checking in or out. Which makes that even nicer.Nicole K. - Posted: 3/19/2021

Toby & Lauretta's place was beautiful! We loved the fireplace in the family room and open kitchen so we could all be together. Comfortable beds and extra bedding. Great location and very nice home
This home was perfect for two families of five with six young kids (4-9 Years old). Four bedrooms with two king beds on separate levels was great. The futon in the fifth bonus room was great too. The location is five minutes from Brek and is close to several awesome hikes! The only issue we had was when a neighbor asked us to get out of the river since we trespassed to access.
