Gorgeous remodel! Situated in the heart of town, this condo is just steps from Peak 9 making it quick and easy to hit the slopes or hiking trails. Take advantage of the onsite hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking, the free shuttle bus from your door step, or just relax with a margarita at the onsite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa.
This condo is warm and inviting, with modern decor. Everything is so clean and new! The bedroom has a queen bed and a mirrored closet. The bathroom boasts an all slate shower as well as slate floors that continue into the bathroom, hallway, and the kitchen. The open kitchen and living room are perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, and lead to the private deck with huge views of Breckenridge ski area to the west as well as stunning views of Baldy Mountain to the east. There is a comfortable queen size pull-out couch in the living room completing the unit's capacity to accommodate 4 people.
The complex offers in unit wi-fi, heated underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, on site ski rental shops, and Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at Toby and Lauretta’s place which is in the center of Breckenridge. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and the Breckenridge Welcome Center, this cozy home away from home was perfectly situated.
The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They made the booking process seamless with our late check in and even accommodated a slightly later checkout.

Such a prime location — a true gem! We loved the space and the balcony was amazing — literally smack in the middle of downtown and so beautiful close to the trails, great food, and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need. Fantastic little 1 bedroom right on the edge of town with easy access to all the local amenities. Condo was clean and welcoming and stocked with everything you would need to make yourself right at home. Easy check-in and check-out with a very helpful binder for FAQ's and local info.

Great location, and very clean. Garage parking very convenient. Full kitchen allowed us to cook meals most nights and save on very expensive dinners out. 2nd floor deck right on Park Ave, a block west of Main St., so it was great to sit out at night for a drink and people-watching.
