The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an additional sleeper sofa that unfolds into a twin bed, ideal for up to 3 guests. Relax by the warm wood-burning fireplace, or step out onto your private balcony to enjoy partial mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing home-cooked meals, while the full-size bathroom provides all the essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day.

Located right in the heart of Breckenridge, you're just a short walk from Main Street's shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere. When you're ready to hit the slopes, the base of Peak 9 is right across the street, making it incredibly convenient for ski enthusiasts. After a day of adventure, unwind in the large community hot tub or treat yourself to a delicious meal at the onsite Mi Casa Mexican restaurant.

Additional amenities include in-unit Wi-Fi, heated underground parking, onsite ski/board and bike rentals, as well as laundry facilities on each floor for your convenience.

We stayed for three nights and had an excellent time. Location is perfect for walking around the town and being able to pickup shuttles into the mountains. The flat was as described and had all the kitchen tools we needed for simple cooking and breakfast in the morning. And communication was great: easy instructions and proactive check-ins on our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! It is a studio so keep that in mind. Unfortunately when we went the door knob to the balcony was broken so we could not use the balcony. But that is our only complaint! Great place to stay in Breck!

I booked this place for a ski trip with two friend and me. We were able to easily walk 5 minutes to the quicksilver lift without the need for a locker. Great restaurants and a grocery store were all within walking distance!
