Amazing place! Great view, awesome location, so much fun to be right by main st - yet just far enough removed to have a little more privacy. Loved waking up to the view every morning. Toby was an awesome host.
Checkin was easy to get in and he gave clear and easy instructions to everything.
He checked up on us after arrival to see if we needed anything’s and let us know that what ever was needed, ‘not matter what it is’ he was there if we needed him.

Best bang for your buck in Breckenridge, if you are 2 adults and no to minimal kids. I went with my nephew for the weekend, and it was perfect. Great location, fireplace, views, and location were awesome. It had just enough to make this worthwhile. Great Mexican restaurant downstairs for convivence. Not loud at night, slept like a baby. Location, Location, Location.
This spot is one of the best for a few people to stay. Centrally located - you can walk to everything including the slopes which was a big plus for us. Amazing views from balcony. Place is a bit dated but that didn't bother us much as we weren't in the room except to sleep. It is located above a very busy restaurant which you will hear until they close around 10:00. It was a great place to stay for price and location! Some previous reviews mentioned a few things that needed updating such as the blinds and lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom and those were still valid.

Toby and Lauretta really did a great job of providing lodging that was close to everything you need for a skiing trip at Breckenridge. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the condo, there is a ski rental shop across the street, restaurants all down the street and the gondola is only one stop away if you ride the bus. This way a great place to stay and they were very accommodating hosts when our shuttle dropped us off a bit earlier by letting us check-in before the check-in hour. Prefect location, big enough space, comfortable and charming.
Being that it was spring and right in the heart of the Breckenridge action, we didn't stay and hangout in the room the whole time. But as soon as we would come in at the end of a full day of activities, it always felt like we were coming home.

The perfect getaway! The location truly couldn’t be better just moments from the Quicksilver chair and a free bus just outside your doorstep to get around town - no car needed. There is a great market just up the road to make full use of the fully equipped kitchen! Perfect mountain views and great coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. This was our second stay at this location and it's absolutely perfect for a ski trip. Very simple but a clean place and you can not get a better location to access the lifts or restaurants. After a day on the slopes this place is a great place to hang out at or quickly go to one of the many restaurants or bars within a few minute walk. A perfect location for a ski trip. This place is as described and seen in the pictures. Nothing fancy but that is exactly what is needed for a skit trip. The location relation to the slopes and lifts and ski shops is perfect and there are more than enough local bars, restaurants, coffee, and shops with in walking distance.
