Short walk across the street was convenient to get to ski school and the Quicksilver lift. Also you can walk to all the shops and restaurants within a few minutes so we never had to drive. An older unit but clean and provides all you need. Would definitely recommend.

I was not disappointed! We were also one block from Main Street so everything else we wanted to do was within walking distance. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Location, Location, Location.
This spot is one of the best for a few people to stay. Centrally located - you can walk to everything including the slopes which was a big plus for us. Amazing views from balcony. Place is a bit dated but that didn't bother us much as we weren't in the room except to sleep. It is located above a very busy restaurant which you will hear until they close around 10:00. Overall a great experience and would definitely book again.

It was a great place to stay for price and location! Some previous reviews mentioned a few things that needed updating such as the blinds and lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom and those were still valid.
However the stay over-all was fantastic for the price and location and I would definitely book again!

Location is amazing. Located directly across from Quicksilver chair lift. A quick 5 minute walk. The hosts gave clear check-in instructions and everything was exactly as they described. An added benefit is that there is a good mexican restaurant in the same building.

Toby and Lauretta really did a great job of providing lodging that was close to everything you need for a skiing trip at Breckenridge. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the condo, there is a ski rental shop across the street, restaurants all down the street and the gondola is only one stop away if you ride the bus. This way a great place to stay and they were very accommodating hosts when our shuttle dropped us off a bit earlier by letting us check-in before the check-in hour. I recommend it!

Prefect location, big enough space, comfortable and charming.
Being that it was spring and right in the heart of the Breckenridge action, we didn't stay and hangout in the room the whole time. But as soon as we would come in at the end of a full day of activities, it always felt like we were coming home.
Highly recommend and will stay again!

The perfect getaway! The location truly couldn’t be better just moments from the Quicksilver chair and a free bus just outside your doorstep to get around town - no car needed. There is a great market just up the road to make full use of the fully equipped kitchen! Perfect mountain views and great coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Toby and Lauretta’s unit is the cosiest space for a dreamy holiday escape.

#113 was a great place to stay for our quick ski trip. Close to the slopes, rental and downtown. The unit was very clean and set up well! Thanks for the great stay!

This was our second stay at this location and it's absolutely perfect for a ski trip. Very simple but a clean place and you can not get a better location to access the lifts or restaurants. After a day on the slopes this place is a great place to hang out at or quickly go to one of the many restaurants or bars within a few minute walk. We'll be staying here again on our next trip.

A perfect location for a ski trip. This place is as described and seen in the pictures. Nothing fancy but that is exactly what is needed for a skit trip. The location relation to the slopes and lifts and ski shops is perfect and there are more than enough local bars, restaurants, coffee, and shops with in walking distance. Getting in and out was easy and the late check in process worked like a charm. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
