4WD is strongly recommended when traveling to the mountains, especially in the winter. YOU MUST HAVE A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE FOR BEST ACCESS FROM THE GARAGE IN THE WINTER/SPRING MONTHS.
Breckenridge is a high alpine environment and you can except to experiences extreme winter weather conditions when visiting.
