I’ve stayed in Breckenridge a handful of times in various locations (right on Main St, just out of town, etc… and for peak 7 skiers, this is about as prime as you can get. On my last day of skiing, I ski’d right down to the edge of the snow at the Maggie, popped off my skis and began walking to our place. I was inside within 2 minutes. Absolutely no joke. We had an excellent stay in Breckenridge. The location is unbeatable — very walkable to town, restaurants, shops, and easy access to the slopes, which made our ski trip incredibly convenient. Great unit, with a very cozy feel. While the building is a bit dated in the common areas, the unit is in great shape, with a very well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (unfortunately only the lower floor bathroom has a shower, while the bedrooms are upstairs). The apartment was very clean. Location is great, extremely convenient and yet quiet at night (admittedly that was off peak season). The underground parking garage, while pretty tight, is very convenient. The view from the balcony to the south is very nice. The first floor looks recently updated: new tiles in the bathroom & updated kitchen. The upstairs with the bedrooms is a bit tired looking. Some stains on the walls and wall-mounted bedside tables are falling off the walls.

Honestly, i think we scored finding this place available! Walkable to everywhere downtown Breckenridge. We did not ski this trip but definitely could have with how close we were to the gondola and bus system. We loved the outdoor hot tub too! Loved this stay! This was a perfect spot! We were walking distance to the Quicksilver lift and in the same building as a restaurant and an equipment rental shop. Everything was so convenient! The place itself fit four of us perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having 1.5 bathrooms. One person in our party got injured on the slopes and was stuck on crutches. Having access to an elevator, restaurant downstairs, and having the full bathroom on the first floor of the apartment was a life saver. Had a great experience at the condo, it was great to be able to park the car and just walk everywhere we needed to go for the week. The condo was neat and clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the week. The small balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to drink coffee. The condo advertises that it sleeps 5, but it would be really tight to fit 5 adults, it works better for 2 -3 adults. Kitchen was updated and very nice to cook in. Great Location. The quick walk to the Quicksilver lift was easy. And downtown Breck is right around the corner. The afternoon sun on the outdoor balcony was an added perk. The kitchen looks new and was well appointed along with new appliances. The parking was easy being under the building. No need to remove snow from the car in the morning.
The only complaint I would have is that it is a little tight with 2 adults. We are a family of 4 with twin - 19 year old sons. We enjoyed playing Monopoly, music, and of course the skiing.

You cannot beat the location of this apartment unless you were to choose ski in ski out. Ski rental downstairs with great service. The restaurant Mi Casa had good food. Walk across the street and through The Village complex to get on the Quicksilver lift. Walk right to Main Street for shopping and dining. Grocery store less than a half mile. I mean really great location! It’s expensive, but after going, we realized everything in Breckenridge is expensive so this pricing is fair. Wonderful apartment in an even greater location! Apartment is just as pictured, super comfortable and right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to Peak 9, bus stops and Main Street, couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our first time in Breckenridge. We had a bit of a hiccup with check in instructions but once we got that sorted out, everything was great! Their condo is so convenient…right at the busy end of Main Street and across the street from the Quicksilver chair and ski school. Great spot to explore everything Breckenridge has to offer. We really enjoyed coffee at Gravity Haus and late night food at Redd’s. The space was exceptionally clean and had everything as promised. Newly renovated and comfy. Would stay again!Kristi - Posted: 8/13/2023
