Welcome to Emmetts Overlook, a stunning mountain retreat that perfectly blends classic ski lodge architecture with modern luxury. This multi-level haven features grand walls of windows, gabled roofs, and expansive decks that showcase breathtaking views of Breckenridge's majestic slopes and towering pines.

Step inside the living area where plush couches and easy chairs surround a cozy fireplace, set atop a sumptuous rug. Exposed wood beams add rustic charm to the vaulted ceilings, while a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a large TV and premium stereo makes for the perfect gathering space. Adjacent to the fireplace, a wet bar with a wine fridge is ideal for entertaining guests. Slide open the doors to the main balcony and settle into one of the Adirondack chairs to savor panoramic mountain vistas and fresh alpine air.

Opposite the wall of windows, the gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. It boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, polished granite countertops, and ample workspace. The wraparound breakfast bar provides seating for four, making it a great spot for casual meals or socializing while dinner is being prepared. A double oven and a 4-burner gas stove equip you to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a full holiday feast.

Gather around the large wooden dining table that comfortably seats eight, set beneath a classic chandelier for a warm, welcoming ambiance. Just off the dining area, step out onto the second deck, nestled among the trees – a serene setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A convenient powder room and laundry area round out the main level amenities.

Ascend to the third floor to discover the opulent Master Suite, a tranquil sanctuary designed for rest and relaxation. The king-size bed is framed by natural wood furnishings and a chandelier ceiling fan, while a private gas fireplace creates a warm, intimate atmosphere. Unwind in the rocking chair or enjoy a nightcap on your private deck under the stars. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The second floor hosts two additional guest bedrooms. The first is a serene king bedroom with plush bedding and ample closet space. It connects to the second guest bedroom, which offers a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Both rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination, providing convenience and comfort.

The versatile bonus room serves as both a bunk room and a cozy secondary living space. A twin-size bunk bed accommodates two guests, while a full-size pull-out couch offers additional sleeping space for two. The attached ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub combination for added convenience.

Great mountain cabin! Everything was clean and ready for us to check-in, and we were able to check in early! This place had all the amenities we needed to call it home. I especially appreciate the hot tub and grill! 10/10 stay!

Absolutely beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The mountain views are unmatched. As several reviews note, the driveway is quite steep and does get icy, so that’s something to be aware of. It’s also worth noting that all 8 of our guests felt some degree of impact from the altitude. The home is very high up— part of what makes it so beautiful! The house was stocked with the essentials and the host was quick to reply when we needed something. The living room was a little dusty around the fire place, but overall the home was clean.

House was beautiful with great views. Spacious interior that felt like a home. About a ten minute drive up the hill from downtown Breckenridge so it felt both peaceful and still part of the action. Downstairs suite was great for the kids with the bunkbeds, large TV and couch. Highly recommend for a family gathering.

First Time Trip to Breckenridge with Adult Children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property checked every box for our family. The view is breathtaking! Looking out at the mountains as the weather changed and the sun rose and set was more than we ever expected. The home was extremely comfortable and was the perfect amount of space for our party of eight. Everyone was able to sit comfortably in the great room around the fireplace, to have a seat at the table for meals and the four bedrooms and baths provided both comfort and privacy for everyone. The hot tub and fire pit out back were used daily after skiing and offered rest and rejuvenation after a long day on the mountain. Much time was spent in the well equipped kitchen gathering for meals and snacks throughout the trip. The easy access to the Stage Coach Free Ride service at the end of the street made getting around very simple too! This property was more than we expected!

We were looking for a cabin type accommodations to get away from our busy lives and also be able to take in some phenomenal views and hike in the mountains. From the moment we arrived every thing was perfect. The house was immaculate and decorated in full detail. There was not a room that was not pleasant and inviting. All of the rooms were exquisite and felt like home. We did not lack for anything except for more time. We plan to come back and stay a week to 10 days instead of the short four days. It was just a taste, but we left wanting more
