Step inside to find soaring ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open-concept layout that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main level is a perfect gathering space, boasting two distinct dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up family feasts after a day of adventure. The master bedroom is also conveniently located on the main floor, featuring a plush king bed and a private en suite bathroom. Just steps away, you can indulge in a relaxing soak in the indoor hot tub — the ideal way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The upper level houses three additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The first bedroom offers a king bed, while the second features a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with two twin beds and a sleeper sofa.

We had a fantastic stay at this home near Breckenridge. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything, yet still private and peaceful. The house itself was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully set up, with great amenities that made it feel like a true home away from home.
The host was wonderful—very communicative, responsive, and made everything seamless from start to finish. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the home and the guest experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place near Breckenridge.

Залишилися дуже задоволені проживанням. Будинок чистий, затишний і повністю відповідає опису та фото. Є все необхідне для комфортного перебування — зручні ліжка, добре обладнана кухня, приємна атмосфера.
Розташування зручне й тихе, ідеально для відпочинку. Господарі дуже привітні, завжди були на зв’язку та швидко відповідали на всі запитання.

Really nice place. House is bigger than I expected and this nice! A lot of books and table games! Little nice river near the house. Nice Mountain View!
Close to Ski resorts.
Nice house for big family and two small families.

Had a great time, was a good place to stay, close to downtown Breckenridge which had a lot to do. The views are amazing and was accessible even without a AWD/4WD (would probably be better if you had one tho). Would stay here again

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, la casa es super linda, las vistas increibles, super AMPLIA, tal cual la descripcion.
La calefaccion de la casa en temporada invernal fue excelente !!
Habia suficientes platos, vasos, copas, etc. todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta !! Cualquier duda se aclaro en el instante. La distancia a Breckenridge super comoda.!!

Overall our stay was wonderful! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The few bumps with a couple of the normal things you find in a house (fire alarm batteries needing changing; the sliding master shower door not tracking properly) we’re promptly taken care of as soon as they were made aware. The rooms were spacious and the house had plenty of room for the 9 of us (4 couples and a single) to have our own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and seasonings; and the location was even more convenient than I had originally imagined as from the map it looks to be about 15-20 minutes from town but it’s really more like 3-5. I would definitely recommend their house for anyone coming for a stay in Breckenridge with a large family group like us!

We loved it here. The house had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids. The views were spectacular too!
The only disappointment was the unusable hot tub. In researching places a while back I had seen it and that was one of the reasons we chose this home. When we arrived there was a sign saying do not use so the kids were sad about that.
