Secluded and perfectly perched just south of the heart of Breckenridge, Evans Blue River will be just the retreat to get your fill of mountain adventures and quality time with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the classic cabin exterior and wonderful wooded backdrop. Step inside and you will find soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, and an open layout that will allow everyone to spread out with ease. Spend crisp mornings on the spacious deck with a fresh cup of coffee or whip up a tasty breakfast in the full kitchen as the rest of the gang reminisces at the dining table. After full days of hiking and skiing nearby, everyone will love gathering in the living area to stream favorite movies.

Cozy cabin with a great location. Spaced out enough that you felt secluded while being right down the road from Breckenridge. The space within the home was great, had more than enough room for everyone.

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, la casa es super linda, las vistas increibles, super AMPLIA, tal cual la descripcion.
La calefaccion de la casa en temporada invernal fue excelente !!
Habia suficientes platos, vasos, copas, etc. todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta !! Cualquier duda se aclaro en el instante. La distancia a Breckenridge super comoda.!!

Overall our stay was wonderful! We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The few bumps with a couple of the normal things you find in a house (fire alarm batteries needing changing; the sliding master shower door not tracking properly) we’re promptly taken care of as soon as they were made aware. The rooms were spacious and the house had plenty of room for the 9 of us (4 couples and a single) to have our own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and seasonings; and the location was even more convenient than I had originally imagined as from the map it looks to be about 15-20 minutes from town but it’s really more like 3-5. I would definitely recommend their house for anyone coming for a stay in Breckenridge with a large family group like us!

We loved it here. The house had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids. The views were spectacular too!
The only disappointment was the unusable hot tub. In researching places a while back I had seen it and that was one of the reasons we chose this home. When we arrived there was a sign saying do not use so the kids were sad about that.

Fantastic Home for Family Reunion Getaway Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here to have a long weekend family reunion for 6 adults and 3 kids. The five bedrooms made it perfect for all 3 couples to have their own rooms, the baby had his own room, and the 5- and 7-year-olds shared the twin-bed room. There was plenty of space for all of us to play, eat, and visit, and with 3 bathrooms there was never any waiting. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook what we brought. The only downside was that the hot tub didn't work, and that was disappointing as I chose this home partly based on that. Also, some of the furniture is run-down and tattered, needing replacement.
