Located very close to the best Breckenridge has to offer, being an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander 301 is a 3 bed /3 bath town-home with plenty of room for 7 guests.

The spacious open floor plan is wonderful for a family vacation. Relax by the fireplace in the living room, or watch the game on the big screen, while the rest of the family is playing cards at the dining room table. Family meals can be prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, including granite counters and modern appliances. Drive over to the Upper Village pool and hot tub which has a pass included with your stay.

On the upper level you'll will be greeted with a master suite providing a plush king bed, and en suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. On the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with a separate full bath. The lower level provides a bedroom with both queen and twin beds, and private full bath. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Book your dream vacation today at Highlander 301! This town home has a heated 1 car garage, with parking for a 2nd vehicle in the driveway. Only 2 vehicles allowed to park onsite (one in garage and 1 in the driveway), additional vehicles can be parked at an offsite location. The home has stairs and 3 levels.

NO smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.

This is a great place to stay. The kitchen and bathrooms have been refreshed and look great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining utensils and the appliances were brand new. The living room has comfy furniture and a working gas fireplace. The large dining area easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. Having the bedrooms on different levels provided a degree of privacy. I have rented other condos in the Four O'Clock Run area and this is the best. It's apparent that the unit is very well taken care of. The Snowflake lift is a short 2 block walk and the returning Four O'Clock Run means getting on and off the ski hill is very easy.

Excellent property, great location
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Location is great for the snowflake lift and a short walk to Main Street. The condo was very clean and the management was responsive from check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again. I note though that the condo is on Primrose Path and not Kings Court. But we rented from Charter Soorts at the base of Snowflake Lift and stored our gear there overnight, so the little bit of extra walk wasn’t a problem.

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The bedroom/bathroom setup and floor plan was great, as was the large common area and dinning table. 2 parking spots and walking distance to town was also perfect. As another renter mentioned, it’s not exactly ski in/ski out, but it’s still only a short walk to the snowflake lift and an even shorter walk if you get off at the right spot on the four o clock run to get back. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was immaculate. Top-tier hotel quality. It was extremely well, equipped, and a beautiful place. The location was fabulous, very walkable to town. We stayed in the summer, but could see that access to the chairlift at 4 o’clock run was only steps from the house. We were extremely satisfied.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean, had a great layout, and perfect location. There were lots of extra linens! We are a family of 7 (and we try to conserve our use of towels), for a week stay the only towels I had to wash were the kitchen ones. Most conodos come with one towel per person and I end up washing them during our stay, so this was a perk for me as a mother of 5! I do want to point out that one reviewer said it was across from the snowflake lift (one reason we chose it). This particular unit was not. It's a bit of a walk but doable. We opted to walk over to Beaver Run (about 8 mins.). The description says there is a "private hot tub." There is a nice big jetted soaking tub in the master bath, but no "hot tub." The unit does come with keys to the Upper Village hot tub and pool which isn't far. Over all it's a great place and we'd definitely consider staying here again!
