Very nice three story, three bedroom, three bathroom condo. Gas fireplaces in the family room and master bedroom and the Jacuzzi on the back porch were amazing. This location was the most seamless location for renting skis and getting on a lift we have ever had. It was a three minute walk to Charter Sports, which was right next to the Snowflake lift. At the end of the day, we would ski to the end of the trail, walk across the street, drop off our skis at Charter for overnight storage and take the three minute walk back to the Condo.

Everything was perfect. The property was a 2 minute walk to snowflake lift. We had one minor issue that was addressed before we got off the slopes. That speaks volumes ! A big thanks to the resort operations team and the owners. Cool Main Street, nice people and fun mountain. We had fresh snow almost every day ! I’m sure T&L arranged that for us ! ? Thanks again. Enjoyed staying here during our group ski trip. Plenty of room, close enough to walk most places and super close to peak 9. Shuttle stop right by the house was nice to so our group had options when we split up. Hot tub was amazing no problems.

Loved this place, would stay again.
Only caveat was the place was pretty dry, and multiple folks woke up with nosebleeds, but there was a humidifier in every room, and once it was set up it was fine!

Perfect location and very close to the snowflake lift. Easy walk to downtown. Comfortable and the bathrooms had heated flooring! The townhouse was spacious and did not feel cramped. The kitchen and a couple of other features / furniture were a bit dated, but overall we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place. It was exactly as described! I can’t wait for our next trip back to Breckenridge.

Toby and Lauretta's home was perfect for our Breckenridge stay. You can't beat the location! Short walk to Main Street and even shorter walk to hiking trails. We had three little ones and the home was plenty spacious for our group of seven. The enclosed balcony and hot tub were perfect for evening wind downs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great location. Very responsive maintenance and HOA workers. Very friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Private deck with hot tub was nice. Whenever I needed anything, it was fixed or delivered immediately. Only issues were no ceiling fans, small driveway and garage (not very wide for a pickup truck or SUV). House could use a good thorough cleaning. Better window shades would be great. And window hardware needed some repair. Could also use an update on kitchen cookware and utensils. But overall - very good stay.

The town house worked out perfectly! It was in a fantastic location across the street and a very short walk to the equipment rental and ski lift. We even walked into town for dinner. The unit was clean and spacious and we could even have fit another family. Everything including the hot tub was in working order. The communication was great and everything was super easy. My wife said it just needs to be updated a bit for decor, bedding and softer bedding. Regardless, we’d stay there again.

Our first family ski trip to Breckenridge and we could not have picked a more perfect place! The location near Snowflake lift was a short five minute walk, the spacious condo matched the photos and the hot tub on the deck was the perfect way to end the day. The heated garage for ski storage and one of our cars was an added bonus. Our hosts were very responsive to the questions we asked, which were few due to the helpful house manual in the den. Overall, after a family meeting on our last night, we all agreed when we come back next year, this is where we want to stay.

This townhouse was perfect for our two families. The bedrooms were great size and accommodated two couples and 4 kids perfectly. The property was very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was amazing, as it's just a quick 2 minute walk to/from Snowflake lift and the rental store, where you can leave your rentals overnight for pickup the next day. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Great location and a nice place. Lots of room. Short walk to the lift and reasonably short walk to town (can also take a short bus ride). It looked like new floors for much of the space. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Hot tub was a nice amenity.

Really loved our quick trip here this summer. Came with young kids & the grandparents and it was a perfect stay for all generations. Walking distance to everything, stocked with all we needed. Rained most afternoons so didn’t check out the pool but worth noting it’s not on the property. Has parking for 2 cars but not a 3rd. No nearby street parking & town of Breckenridge doesn’t allow overnight parking anywhere but near the airport lot. Plan accordingly. This place is highly recommended. Would stay here again!

This townhome worked perfectly for our group — plenty of space and a short walk or bus ride to Main Street! There is no AC which is something to be aware of, but with cooler temps at night the open windows and fan helped.

Such a great value! Just a quick walk across the street from Snowflake Lift (seriously - SO happy we didn't have to deal with Breckenridge's traffic!) and also a 7-10 minute walk into town. Highly recommend staying here! It’s the perfect ski in and ski out place plus it was a quick walk to downtown. There is a lot of room for a big group with a large living room and kitchen/dining space. The heated floors were a wonderful surprise! We had the ability to use the garage for storage of our rentals and car which was perfect. They even had humidifiers which we used every day. Hot tub was a big plus! We will definitely be back!

Great location near the Snowflake Lift! Also, plenty of space for everyone to hang out and visit in the kitchen/living room area. We utilized the hot tub most days, which was wonderful. There could be a bit more attention to the cleanliness however, and the pillows and beds are not the most comfortable. Overall though, great condo! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This is a perfect home to enjoy a vacation in the beautiful town of Breckinridge, CO. The accessibility to the mountain made it feel like it was a true ski in/ski out. It was a 50yd walk to the Snowflake lift and an easy ski down the 4 o’clock run at the end of the day that put you out across the street from the Snowflake lift. The amenities were great, especially the hottub after a long cold day on the slopes.

Highlander 324 turned out to be way better that I had hoped for. The home is very spacious (more than the pictures portray) and is very well maintained and clean. The location just across the street from the Snowflake lift and just a short walk to Main street was perfect. Having the garage to pull the car into and change out of snow gear after a long day was an added benefit. The hot tub was awesome and kept clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen is loaded with cookware, dishes and various cooking amenities. I will definitely keep this unit in find for future stays. Unfortunately due to Summit County restrictions we had to book another 1BR to accommodate our full party. Thank you to Breckenridge Resort Managers for working with us on a second place. It was worth it watching my son propose to his fiancée in the Alpine Garden at minus 5 degrees!!!

Toby & Lauretta's place is in a great location to downtown. It is within walking distance, but a person can easily catch the free bus with the bus stop being close. We also found an easy, beautiful walking trail very close to us. Inside, we found the place to be comfortable and roomy. We especially liked how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Also, the private hot tub was a treat, especially with the beautiful trees around it. Our two main complaints are that all the bed pillows and linens need to be replaced and that there need to be at least 4 comfortable chairs and a table on the balcony. If these things are addressed, we would DEFINITELY stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

Great place to rent - close to downtown (walking distance or the shuttle goes right by the condo). Plenty of space to spread out inside the condo, and the private hot tub on the deck is wonderful! This rental had all the dishes, pots, pans and towels that we needed.

There were so many places to choose from, but I’m glad we chose this. It’s right by the Snowflake lift and you could (if it was open) ski out of 4 o’clock run. We ended up going down to Peak 9 and taking a quick shuttle ride back. The hot tub was perfect and everything was really clean. I even received a call to be able to check in early, which was really nice! Great place and worth it!

This property was warm and inviting. It was clean, with relatively nice amenities, plenty of space for everyone and very convenient to downtown and some hiking (and in the winter skiing) opportunities. The management company made things very easy on us - instructions were clear and there were no problems. Temperature for us was comfortable (our visit was in September so not too hot or too cold). I would definitely stay here again!

We all had a great time staying at the house. It was clean and comfortable, in a great location and the hot tub provided an excellent end to a long day of skiing!

The perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, across the street from the lift and less than half a block from 4 O'Clock, a green ski trail to go back home from the top of the mountain.
Everything else just fine. I would definitely try to stay again.

You cannot beat this location! You are (quite literally) steps away from snowflake lift and Charters Rental that will store your skis and boots overnight! The private hot tub on the deck is just the icing on the cake.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the center of town. The condo is very spacious and well appointed. With a bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 floors, guests have privacy and lots of room. The deck and hot tub were great to relax on after a long day of hiking. This is a great place for small groups of friends, or families to enjoy Breck in the summer or winter.

The townhouse was large enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults. Cleck in was easy. The location was a good fit for our need. It was close from city center, was within 2-5 minutes walking distance from Starbucks and restaurants. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi after hiking. Only thing that bothered us was that in master bedroom of second floor, there was no blind with the upper part of window. Sunlight hit the bed directly after 6:00AM. Nobody was able to sleep in that room because of that. Other than that, it was clean, convenient, and a good place to stay.

Great location, within walking distance to ski lifts and town. Awesome layout with an open floor plan and bedrooms on three levels. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony as well. I hope we're able to return in a few months this winter, thanks Toby!

We had 3 different "families" and this layout of this place was PERFECT: One spacious bedroom on each floor with it's own bathroom, plus an open living space big enough for all us to gather. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the showers hot. The kitchen was well-stocked, in fact, when shopping, no need to buy seasonings, coffee filters, and cooking oil since there were lots in the cabinet. While we were happy to be so close to the beautiful, family-freindly hike at Snowflake lift, the elevation on the walk to Main St was too much for some of our family so we ended up driving more than I would have liked. But parking in town is easy and cheap (in the summer, at least) so it wasn't too bad. Also, the street noise was a little much with the windows open, but no noise with the windows shut. The morning light in the Master BR is intense, so bring your sleeping mask if you are a late sleeper. Overall, this place was great for our needs.

Great location! Easy walk to Snowflake lift and Main Street. Three floors give privacy to each sleeping arrangement. Toby even had sleds available! We will be back!

This was our first ski vacation out west as we are avid skiers from the north east (MA/NH). This location was awesome as it was a 50 yard walk to the ski lift and a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Location could not have been any better. The place was clean with plenty of space. And, nothing like jumping in the hottub after a long day of skiing :).

Great location - easy walk to Snowflake lift and Charter Sports - where you can rent your skis and leave them overnight. Easy walk to town. Unit is very spacious. Would stay here again.

The house was great. Perfect location loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped with just the right spices, hand mixers pots pans and bowls.
We will be spreading the word . Was worth the money. Garage was really nice to have. Washer and dryer in unit.
Easy check in and easy check out.

Really nice house, comfortably sleeps 8 to 9 people. The kitchen is well equipped which is a nice plus!
