This is our 3rd year staying at the 324 Highlander townhome and we still love it (despite change in ownership & management this year)! Our favorite features: walking distance to Snowflake lift which gives easy mountain access, hot tub on the deck (excellent after a long day on the slopes), close proximity to town (you can walk or take your vehicle down & park in the various lots on Main St) and this home is spacious (easily accommodates 6-7 adults or a large family).

Hi Melissa, going through reviews and looks like I missed responding to you. Thanks so much for the review and glad you had a great time! Wanted you to know that the owner replaced all the blinds with really nice shades that operate very easily and plans to update the floors this spring. Hope you can visit again!

We had an incredible family Christmas vacation! This unit is in an excellent location. Walk right across the street and the guys at Charter Sports will tend to all your skiing needs! Dave and Joel are super nice and helpful. Then walk right out the door and hop on the Snowflake lift. We had more snow than usual for this time of the year and the skiing was beautiful! Easy walk or drive to the cute town of Breckenridge. Lots of great shops and restaurants. So nice having a garage! The condo itself is a great layout with every room having its own bathroom. The hot tub is a huge plus too! The only drawback is that the unit could use a little refreshing, esp. working blinds. All in all a GREAT stay!!
Overall, very good! The location is great, the condo spacious, and has a private hot tub! However, the unit could use some cleaning, and the beds/pillows are lacking in comfort. But, overall the stay was good and we would book this unit again.

We absolutely loved the location. Close to downtown, grocery store, and mountain hikes. If you are a skier there was a lift within walking distance.

We loved the house except we couldn't get it to warm up over 65 degrees. We stayed for 3 nights but it was still 65 degrees or less in some of the rooms. The fireplace worked great so that really warmed up the living area. We were disappointed that the hot tub had not been serviced and the water was cloudy. We had to call 3 times to have someone come out and service it. We really wanted to go in the day we got there and the next morning but couldn't. The location is great. There are trees surrounding the house so the view were very nice. If you have more than 2 people staying and you want to sit on the deck I would recommend bringing some folding chairs. There are only two chairs outside.

The location was great, and it was nice to have a private hot tub. However, there are no usable windows in the main floor bedroom. There is a sliding glass door, but it doesn't have a screen, so in order to get exterior air flow you either need to have the door open (letting in tons of bugs) or open the door to the living room (awkward). I also noted that some of the windows in the living room don't open due to broken cranks and/or locks that can't open due to the hardware from the window shade. Probably not an issue if you are traveling in the winter, but VERY hot in the summer, given no A/C. The beds/pillows weren't super comfortable, and the linens were very cheap/scratchy. I might recommend to bring your own. The unit is spacious, the living room couches are comfortable, and the kitchen appliances seem fairly new. Overall, great location and big enough for a group, but the unit is showing its age (carpeting could use replacing, or at least a good shampoo). I would have given it three stars overall, but bumped it to four, considering we got a great deal in the summer. I was also happy that although the management company couldn't do anything about having no windows in the bedroom, they were easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.

Not only is the location a dream for skiers, the property is too! Best location on the mountain, easy to get to the lifts and a quick walk into town. We had 8 guests total for a week and fit very comfortably in the home. The home is very updated and especially accommodating for that large of a group. Not to mention the hot tub is perfect after a long day in the snow!

The location was fantastic and had everything we needed for three couples. Perfect for ski in and ski out and short walks to town. Our only complaint was the beds were not very comfortable with little pillow and blanket options.

This townhouse was perfect for all of our family. Excellent location across from snowflake lift. Close walk to town. Very well appointed with everything you need.

Our stay at Highlander 324 was amazing. Super spacious. More than enough room for everyone and no one was on top of each other. Lauren and Lauretta from the rental office made everything very easy to book, check-in and out, which made our stay even better because we did not have to worry about anything. Location is a 3 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift and a quick drive into town to explore. Hot tub was super hot and relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget we could need. You won't regret booking this condo and we can't wait to come back.

The condo is very convenient to the Snowflake lift. It has a nice layout. However, the place is overdue for a deep cleaning.
