If you've stayed at Lance's West #6 before, you will be pleasantly surprised at all the wonderful new upgrades (and no more coin laundry!). Located right in the center of it all, it would be an ideal spot for your Breckenridge vacation.
Lances West is located just across the street, and a short walk, from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift for the ultimate ski convenience without the huge price tag of ski in and out. Or hop on the bus just across the street which will take you to any of our base areas. You can also walk to town and experience Main Street Breckenridge and the multitude of experiences that await you. Around the rear of the complex you will have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs for a fun and relaxing escape after a day at the ski area.
Located on the second floor, this condo offers a warm and inviting ambiance and plenty of room for the family. Upon entering, you will find a large foyer with plenty of storage for de-gearing after a long day on the mountain. Upstairs you will be greeted with a large living room complete with a fireplace and private deck overlooking the ski area. Just off the living room is the functional kitchen which is fully-stocked with all you will need to prepare dinner for the family. Above the living room is a cozy loft with sleeping room for 4 people (children would be ideal in these twin beds). Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. The master has its own fireplace.. All mattresses were just replaced in Summer 2021.
If you are looking for a convenient walk to the slopes location, a cozy interior, ski area views, pool and hot tub access, free shuttle access, and the ease of strolling to downtown Breck, this Lances West is your vacation spot.

Great Condo for a Ski Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Great location, literally across the road from the shuttle bus which comes every 15 minutes to town, the village and the gondola. The village was a 5 minute walk, very easy and lot’s of restaurants and shops. We didn’t have a car and honestly, didn’t need one. The apartment was spacious, 3 levels, 2 bedrooms, comfortable mattresses and a loft with 4 more single beds.

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. The entire place was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was a family trip up to Colorado for my sisters wedding and it was 4 minutes from where she was staying so it was perfect! My parents loved it so much! My sister, her partner and their baby had plenty of room. The loft upstairs with the 4 beds was very fun to stay in with my younger siblings :D the entire place was so so clean! It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook full meals. There was plenty of room at the table for everyone to sit and enjoy breakfast together. The furniture is comfortable and it was nice sitting on the porch drinking coffee. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher which makes keeping up with laundry and cleaning very easy. They even supplied travel size toiletries for the bathroom. There were plenty of towels, blankets, ect. They also have three tvs, books to read, and games to play on rainy days. There is a pool and hot tub on site, and there are several trails for hiking nearby. The bus stop is close, but it isn't too far to actually walk downtown. Great location
It was our 1st time visiting Breckenridge and I understand the comments about the steps (31) to get to the unit. However, our discomfort was solely the result of the altitude! We are from the East coast, sea level, so every set of steps was hard! The unit was perfect for the 3 of us, comfortable and convenient. The ability to walk to the ski lift and to town was ideal. If I had any recommendation to make things better, it would be the addition of food storage containers for leftovers. Thankfully, someone had left some plastic wrap. Nice Condo
Good location, it is not a very far walk to the lifts and main street and there is a shuttle stop directly across the street for those who prefer to ride instead of walk. <1 minute walk to the hot tubs and pool. Columbine pool/hot tubs are among the best in town and a strong selling point on the Warriors Mark neighborhood for me. The condo itself is nicely furnished with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, although the mattresses on the loft could use upgrading. The windows in the loft create a strong crossflow when opened in the summer evenings. This is a very nice condo. Wonderful condo, great location
This property was perfect for our ski vacation! We had young folks with us so the stairs at the end of the day were not an issue. The condo was close to skiing and town. Great condo for families with small kids
We stayed here with another family (4 adults & 5 kids) and it was perfect for us! They layout was great and really all we needed since you don't spend much time inside while in CO anyway (I was worried it might feel tight but it really didn't). Christmas 2019
The condo is about a 10 minute walk to The Maggie at Peak 9. It’s possible to walk over with ski gear, but I wouldn’t recommend. It can be slippery and the altitude makes it more difficult. The bus is quite easy to navigate and is across the road from the condo.Amy M. - Posted: 1/3/2020

The space and location were great. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 8 adults. There is a bus stop right across the street that gets you into town or it’s a short 10-15 minute walk.
