Step inside to find a beautifully updated space with brand-new furniture and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. The open-concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV for watching your favorite shows, and plenty of seating for everyone to unwind after a day of adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main-level master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and stylish new furniture, while the lofted bedroom also has a queen bed and its own bathroom. Great vaca, great condo and the end of June perfect time.

Great 2BR condo. Very clean. As advertised.
Very well designed. Great use of space.
Great washer/dryer setup.
Comfortable beds - no sag in the middle!
Even had a closet next to the upstairs bedroom that was a perfect fit for a toddler air mattress!
Covered parking was great to have.
Condo building amenities could have been better— the pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot to even put your feet in! Obviously, not the owners fault.

Really enjoyed this stay. Super convenient to downtown Breckenridge, we could walk to so many cute restaurants and shops easily. The skii resort is also easily walkable even with all of our gear. Host management and owner were both so responsive and answered every question. We were worried we were going to get stuck in a snowstorm and they were willing to accommodate if we got into a sticky situation with the icy roads. The condo itself was super comfy and clean. the condo was so close to everything you can easily walk anywhere you want to go. it was very cozy and the beds and furniture was very comfortable which was great. the garage space was great especially for mid winter as it kept our vehicle out of the snow and it's a heated garage. we couldn't make use of the pool or hot tub but it's a great bonus feature. We had such a great time staying in Breck at Toby & Lauretta’s! The location was perfect to walk to the slopes or to Main Street for shopping, food and fun! Having 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer in our unit, humidifiers throughout the condo, as well as an elevator in the building was huge bonus. Location, location, location!! Toby’s place is about a ten minute walk from the gondola and just a block or so from the shuttle route to get to the slopes. You can also walk only a block or two to get to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. We loved having an indoor hot tub (community) after a day out skiing and the fireplace in the unit was really nice. I can firmly say that this is of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at too.
