This nicely remodeled 1 bedroom plus loft with 2 bathrooms, 965 sq foot condominium is only about a 3 block walk from the gondola, 2 blocks from all Main St has to offer, or hop on the free shuttle bus just outside to catch a ride to the slopes. Heated pool and hot tub onsite!!!
You'll find all the comforts of home at Longbranch 309 for a perfect Breckenridge vacation. Prepare meals for the family and get cozy in the living room on the all new furniture watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV and warming up by the gas fireplace. Or relax outside with a cocktail on your private balcony with beautiful views of the ski area as well as Baldy Mountain.
This vacation condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The master bedroom has all new furniture with queen bed and is on the main level. The loft is on the upper level also with a queen bed and bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. Each floor has a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer on the loft level for your convenience.
After the day's adventures, soak in the onsite newly remodeled club house with hot tub or take a dip in the pool! There is a designated parking spot for you in the garage (additional parking available on a first come first serve basis). There is a an elevator at this complex for your convenience. Great location walkable to downtown and right next to shuttle get to lifts. You can also easily walk to the main gondola in about 10 minutes. Really enjoyed this stay. Super convenient to downtown Breckenridge, we could walk to so many cute restaurants and shops easily. The skii resort is also easily walkable even with all of our gear. Host management and owner were both so responsive and answered every question. We were worried we were going to get stuck in a snowstorm and they were willing to accommodate if we got into a sticky situation with the icy roads. The condo itself was super comfy and clean. the condo was so close to everything you can easily walk anywhere you want to go. it was very cozy and the beds and furniture was very comfortable which was great. the garage space was great especially for mid winter as it kept our vehicle out of the snow and it's a heated garage. we couldn't make use of the pool or hot tub but it's a great bonus feature. We had such a great time staying in Breck at Toby & Lauretta’s! The location was perfect to walk to the slopes or to Main Street for shopping, food and fun! Having 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer in our unit, humidifiers throughout the condo, as well as an elevator in the building was huge bonus. Location, location, location!! Toby’s place is about a ten minute walk from the gondola and just a block or so from the shuttle route to get to the slopes. You can also walk only a block or two to get to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. We loved having an indoor hot tub (community) after a day out skiing and the fireplace in the unit was really nice. I can firmly say that this is of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at too.
