This fully renovated Mountain Modern condo is just less than 5 minutes walk from the Snowflake Lift and short walk to town.
Inside the condo, you will be wrapped in comfort beginning with the cozy fireplace, stylish furnishings, and fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The dining area seats six, and is just off the cooks kitchen with new appliances including an induction range and convection microwave. A Weber grill on the rear patio gives even more options for home cooked meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with full bunks, and the master with a Sleep Number king bed. There is also a sleeper sofa for two in the living room. A convenient work nook including desk and office chair gives you space for all your remote working needs.
Free wifi is available throughout, and there are TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with full access to all Dish Network channels. Relax in the on-site hot tub, or take advantage of free access to the Upper Village large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5 minutes walk away.
Take advantage of the Breck Free Ride bus service just steps away, or park your car in the private heated garage and driveway offering space for 2 cars and all your ski/snowboard gear. The garage is on smaller side, so larger vehicles will not fit. All of Breck's shops, restaurants, bars and other attractions are a short 10-15 minute walk away.
The Los Pinos complex has a great central in-town location, just a short 3-5 minute ski-out to the Snowflake Lift, (access to Peak 8) and a 5-10 minute walk or one bus stop to the Beaver Run Superchair (access to Peak 9). This condo does have a washer and dryer in unit.

Beautiful condo close to slopes
We enjoyed the clean, beautiful condo and it’s proximity to the spa and Snowflake chair lift. The condo had everything we needed and it was all in excellent condition. Everything you could need for your stay
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in 3 other nearby units (including another one in Los Pinos) and this was the nicest by far. We loved staying here! The condo itself was beautiful. Everything was updated, it was very clean when we arrived and the decor was super cute. The location is fantastic. It’s a short downhill walk to the Snowflake lift and there’s a shuttle stop about half a block from the condo. Wonderful condo near the slopes
Our family stayed here to ski Breckinridge for the first time. The condo is very clean and has everything we needed to feel at home. The floors were heated and the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. There is a large gas fireplace that is on a timer and puts out nice heat. The garage was heated keeping our car and skis warm and dry. We cooked breakfast and most dinners here. We had a short walk to the Snowflake chair lift each morning making it easy to access the mountain. We found riding the free Breckinridge shuttle bus home was easier than skiing back to the home. The Gold route buses run every 15 minutes and picks up at the base of each Peak. We used the relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes. It is located on the property near the condo. Just as Promised, and Then Some!
The property was just as described! In addition, we appreciated the thorough snow removal, the dedicated parking for 2 (1 in a spacious garage), the very good quality, new appliances, and the ease of ski in/out! A couple of minor suggestions: add measuring cups and spoons to the kitchen, invest in some better knives, and add a nightlight to the master bathroom. Excellent stay! The location was really what drew us here and we weren't disappointed. It's a very short walk to Breckenridge peak 9 and the beaver run superchair. Good Location

The only 2 negatives- dark condo inside. Not much sunlight, but don't get hot sunshine coming in. I'm just not a fan of turning on lights during the day.
Also, no air conditioning. Not needed most of the time. This is common in the mountains. We were there during a heat wave (Labor Day Week) and I had to make sure the windows were open for cooling. No big deal.
We had bees start a nest on the deck. I called management and they sent someone out the next morning to take care of it.

Excellent stay
The condo was just as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the four of us. The location is close to downtown Breckenridge (5 minute drive, 15 minute walk). The garage was an added convenience, though it was a tight fit for our rental SUV, it worked fine. Being coffee lovers, we particularly liked having both a single-serve Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. Very nice place!
Excellent property! Great location! Everything was clean except the outdoor grill, and the dishwasher had a bad smell, so my wife cleaned up some of the mold inside the dishwasher, so we still didn’t use it, washed everything by hand. Other than that, very nice place!Greg G. - Posted: 8/25/2022

We loved this property the location was perfect close walk to main st and snowflake trail great for kids, has all necessities and very clean the sleep number mattress in master was a plus after a long trip, we will definitely consider it for our next trip to Breck we really enjoyed ice skating, top mountain cookies it's a must and can't miss going to Eric's downstairs restaurant.

Ski Week with the Guys

Property very nicely renovated, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and the heated garage with ski storage was a big hit. Wifi totally solid. Second bedroom could have had better lighting. We had an issue with the NEST thermostat which constantly set the temperature at 64 degrees. An email to BRM had a solution next afternoon. The gas fireplace has a mind of its own, works sometimes really great, other times not at all, we never figured out the magic mix of turning it on, having it work, and having it stay working. This place is great! It’s everything we needed it to be. It’s a short walk to the lifts and a short drive to downtown Breck. The garage is extremely well set up for skiiers/snowboarders. There are racks and shelves and baskets to put all your gear in. It was great for our group which consisted of 2 couples but it would be perfect for a family. Ski in Breck
My wife and I took our 2 teenage boys for their first time skiing the mountains of Colorado. This unit was warm and inviting. The garage is heated and big enough for your car and has a ski rack to store your gear. It’s a short walk to the snowflake lift. Just a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Los Pinos Condo

Loved this place! Super close to Snowflake lift and Beaver Run. Only drawback is that you cannot park two full-sized vehicles here, so we had to find alternate parking for one of our trucks (the garage wasn’t big enough for us to park in). Excellent two bedroom/two bath with everything you need for a few nights or a few weeks! Heated garage is such a luxury for vehicles or storing gear (who likes chilly boots!) Such a tidy, cozy, updated getaway outside of town so it’s quiet, but close enough for walking and ski in/ski out ability! Great Property, Great Location, Great Management Team
This was an excellent condo to call home during our 3 week stay in Breckenridge. The management team was amazing and responded quickly when we had questions or needed anything. They also let us use their PO Box for a delivery while we were in town. The unit was renovated recently and has clearly been taken care of by the owners/property managers. The unit was very clean and cozy during our stay. We came to ski and found the unit to be walking distance to two different lifts and a bus stop.
Heating and all appliances worked well and the king bed we slept in was very comfortable.
Lauretta was great at communicating and quickly responded to all my inquiries.

Perfect Stay
This condo was the perfect little unit for my group of 4. We each had comfortable beds and 2 full baths fully stocked with toiletries and towels. The kitchen had very up to date appliances, which made cooking and cleaning nice! We parked right out front of our door and were able to walk to TWO different ski lifts, so we didn't have to worry about parking to go up the slopes! Awesome property and location
We stayed for 5 nights during our Christmas vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We have two boys 9 and 6 and we loved being so close to everything in town.
