My husband, son and I went up to Breckenridge to look at the beautiful fall colors and were so happy this place was available! It’s in a great location and is a close walk to town and hiking trails. The condo is well situated at the bottom of the snowflake run. We visited during the summer, so this meant plenty of hiking right by the condo. It is also a short walk to town or a quick ride on the bus in the neighborhood (runs very frequently). The condo has a wonderful kitchen with great appliance and cookware. The place is very clean and has great living and dining room space. The back balcony backs up to a green space that is very peaceful. They also had a nice grill for our use. Breckenridge Breakaway
Breckenridge does not disappoint! This condo was set up for the perfect getaway! Having a full double bunk bed (top & bottom) is Nothing short of Genius! Good Feature! Kitchen fully equipped and spacious for our family of 4 Adults and 2 kids! No Regrets! Proximity to town and a reservoir within walking distance in either direction worked out well, even though parking in town or @ the reservoir was available! Just saying there is a coffee pot, there is a Keurig & I really believe having coffee available for at least the first day is not toooo much to ask for as the rental fees could easily address $10. Everything you could need for your stay
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in 3 other nearby units (including another one in Los Pinos) and this was the nicest by far. We loved staying here! The condo itself was beautiful. Everything was updated, it was very clean when we arrived and the decor was super cute. The location is fantastic. It’s a short downhill walk to the Snowflake lift and there’s a shuttle stop about half a block from the condo. Wonderful condo near the slopes
Our family stayed here to ski Breckinridge for the first time. The condo is very clean and has everything we needed to feel at home. The floors were heated and the bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. There is a large gas fireplace that is on a timer and puts out nice heat. The garage was heated keeping our car and skis warm and dry. We cooked breakfast and most dinners here. We had a short walk to the Snowflake chair lift each morning making it easy to access the mountain. We found riding the free Breckinridge shuttle bus home was easier than skiing back to the home. The Gold route buses run every 15 minutes and picks up at the base of each Peak. We used the relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes. It is located on the property near the condo. Just as Promised, and Then Some!
The property was just as described! In addition, we appreciated the thorough snow removal, the dedicated parking for 2 (1 in a spacious garage), the very good quality, new appliances, and the ease of ski in/out! The location was really what drew us here and we weren't disappointed. It's a very short walk to Breckenridge peak 9 and the beaver run superchair. Good Location

Walking distance to mountain, town and bus stops.
The only 2 negatives- dark condo inside. Not much sunlight, but don't get hot sunshine coming in. I'm just not a fan of turning on lights during the day.
Also, no air conditioning. Not needed most of the time. This is common in the mountains. We were there during a heat wave (Labor Day Week) and I had to make sure the windows were open for cooling. No big deal.
We had bees start a nest on the deck. I called management and they sent someone out the next morning to take care of it.

Excellent stay
The condo was just as advertised: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for the four of us. The location is close to downtown Breckenridge (5 minute drive, 15 minute walk). The garage was an added convenience, though it was a tight fit for our rental SUV, it worked fine. Being coffee lovers, we particularly liked having both a single-serve Keurig and a 12-cup drip coffee maker. Very nice place!
Excellent property! Great location! Everything was clean except the outdoor grill, and the dishwasher had a bad smell, so my wife cleaned up some of the mold inside the dishwasher, so we still didn’t use it, washed everything by hand. Other than that, very nice place!Greg G. - Posted: 8/25/2022

We loved this property the location was perfect close walk to main st and snowflake trail great for kids, has all necessities and very clean the sleep number mattress in master was a plus after a long trip, we will definitely consider it for our next trip to Breck we really enjoyed ice skating, top mountain cookies it's a must and can't miss going to Eric's downstairs restaurant.

We had an issue with the NEST thermostat which constantly set the temperature at 64 degrees. An email to BRM had a solution next afternoon. The gas fireplace has a mind of its own, works sometimes really great, other times not at all, we never figured out the magic mix of turning it on, having it work, and having it stay working. This place is great! It’s everything we needed it to be. It’s a short walk to the lifts and a short drive to downtown Breck. The garage is extremely well set up for skiiers/snowboarders. There are racks and shelves and baskets to put all your gear in. It was great for our group which consisted of 2 couples but it would be perfect for a family. My wife and I took our 2 teenage boys for their first time skiing the mountains of Colorado. This unit was warm and inviting. The garage is heated and big enough for your car and has a ski rack to store your gear. It’s a short walk to the snowflake lift. Just a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Loved this place! Super close to Snowflake lift and Beaver Run. Only drawback is that you cannot park two full-sized vehicles here, so we had to find alternate parking for one of our trucks (the garage wasn’t big enough for us to park in). Excellent two bedroom/two bath with everything you need for a few nights or a few weeks! Heated garage is such a luxury for vehicles or storing gear (who likes chilly boots!) The unit was very clean and cozy during our stay. We came to ski and found the unit to be walking distance to two different lifts and a bus stop.
Heating and all appliances worked well and the king bed we slept in was very comfortable.

Perfect Stay
This condo was the perfect little unit for my group of 4. We each had comfortable beds and 2 full baths fully stocked with toiletries and towels. The kitchen had very up to date appliances, which made cooking and cleaning nice! We parked right out front of our door and were able to walk to TWO different ski lifts, so we didn't have to worry about parking to go up the slopes!
