The main level of this mountain home features an open-concept living area with 20-foot vaulted ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing, dining, and cooking. Step out onto the expansive balcony to grill dinner on the BBQ or take in the panoramic mountain vistas. This level also includes two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom, making it ideal for guests.
Head to the lower level for a second living area with a sleeper sofa, providing additional space for lounging or movie nights. Check in, information and communication was wonderful! The property is actually a duplex, not a standalone home, but the neighbors (whom we met and talked to a couple of times) were SO nice and there are no connecting walls that affect how quiet it is! The property is just South of Breck (about 10 minutes) and right off the highway. Traffic noise can be an issue if the windows are open, but the mountain views are gorgeous! There is no air conditioning (pretty much anywhere in Breck), but there are fans provided and if you open up the windows (even in the heat of August), it cools off really nicely. Everything is pretty well stocked, and was clean and organized. We locked ourselves out one day (a Sunday) and the management company had a solution within about an hour - very responsive! Some comments were made about the garage being “steep” or “tight”. It is a little bit awkward, but we have a 4Runner with a roof rack that has a 3” lift and we had no issues whatsoever. All in all, this is a very convenient, beautiful property just outside the hustle and bustle of Breck that feels like you are family. Loved it!Sarah H. - Posted: 8/8/2026

We just got back and this place is above and beyond. The owner was very responsive, we had a couple of very minor issues but the maintenance guy took care of that immediately and it was a non issue. The home looks exactly like the photos! The views can not be appreciated unless you are there. I captured the milky way on my phone and it was gorgeous. There was a moose outside in the morning, so be careful. It's IN the mountains, so if you are prone to altitude sickness is the only warning I would give to older people or those out of shape. I can't say anything negative for this experience. It was very relaxing, they had everything you could need right there. If I was younger, I'd probably book this place 4-5 times a year easy. Furnishings are generally okay but some (and the shag carpet) are due for an update. The location south of Breck proper was peaceful and in full view of the most magnificent display of aspens at their peak in the area. We were very disappointed that the hot tub malfunctioned at the end of our trip, but management made up for it with a discount. The house is a great place! The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you will need. We were 3 couples, and the setup gave everyone privacy, especially with the third bathroom downstairs. The fireplace pilot light went out the day before we left, and someone came within hours to fix it. The hot tub was great, but the top is very difficult to get on and off with heavy snow behind and on the sides, so I didn't use it as often as I would like. The only other negative thing I can say is the driveway and parking garages are extremely tight and narrow. With the snow storm, we expected someone to come snow plow the driveway the day before we left, but they did not. It was impossible for us to get out of the garage and up the driveway, so we had to dig out twice. We were in a 4WD truck and still had issues, so be prepared if snow is in the forecast.Beverly - Posted: 3/15/2024

My family and I had an amazing stay at Moose Meadow Cabin! It is just as it is described on the listing and easily accessible from the main road in Blue River. Even though you feel the coziness of staying in a cabin in the woods, you are only about 10 minutes away from Breckenridge and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend Tony & Lauretta’s place enough. This was an awesome find! This is actually a townhome that feels like a private mansion in the mountains. We all gasped when we took our first steps in and saw the wide open common room with breathtaking views, electric fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our group of seven. Every room was beautiful and the overall decor really set the mood. The master bathroom was practically a spa with the big tub and separate double-headed shower.
Another highly memorable feature was the hot tub - Our bodies were so grateful for the soothing heat after a couple intense days on the slopes. And we couldn't get over the stars!! Everything we could have wanted and more.
No cons really, but I do have some FYIs: For one, it does get snowy and icy! They do tell you that, but I want to emphasize to be prepared. Also bring lots of chapstick and lotion as it is extremely dry up there. And finally, this AirBnb is a short drive to the slopes...as long as you go early!Angela - Posted: 1/30/2022

Host are super helpful and communicate with you fast. Location is perfect; we loved our family Vacation. I strongly agree to get this cabin affordable, cleanliness, and specious. I recommend waking up early around 6-7am to have a cup of coffee in the patio and you will be lucky to see the family of Moose that live in the area. We had a wonderful stay. The view was gorgeous. It was close enough to Breck that we could pop in for groceries or a quick bite to eat but far enough away that we were able to easily escape the bustle of Breck. The home was immaculate and professionally managed. A great space. Our kids enjoyed the board games and the media setup and the playground around the corner. Oh, and the hot tub! (We went in the summer.) What makes this place extra special, though, is the location. Breckenridge has a near-endless variety of activities to offer, and we also loved taking a quick drive up to Blue Lake for the waterfall and the jaw-dropping views. . This place is great - even better than pictured! The place was clean and cozy, and the layout was perfect! Be sure to have a car with 4WD if travelling during the snow season - the snow and ice on the driveway can be a little challenging to navigate, but the hosts provided shovels to help (which were greatly needed and appreciated!). Gorgeous Airbnb just outside of Breck. Very well stocked kitchen,extremely comfortable and cozy with a very nice view. The driveway is very difficult to get into in the snow /ice and the garages are pretty tight for trucks and SUVs. We enjoyed this beautiful property, just a quick jaunt in to Breckinridge. Our family enjoyed having three levels to stretch out in. The kids were able to play downstairs and the adults upstairs. Amazing living room, dining room and kitchen. Master bedroom was amazing. Other bedrooms were good. View was spectacular. Not blocked by trees. LOVE THE TELESCOPE! We could see hikers through it!!! Beautifully decorated. Master bathroom amazing. Main bathroom was okay. Saw a fox from the hottub! Stars were so clear! No noisy neighbors. Fun games and beautiful dinner wear.
Cons include hottub lights didn’t work well, shampoo, lotion, soap was very cheap. We couldn’t figure out how to lock the door to the back deck and the outside downstairs door to the hottub. The biggest downfall was the jacuzzi hottub constantly running out of hot water..
Overall - great stay and would definitely recommend ❤️ Appreciate the recommended book of things to do!!

This rental is in a great location and offers breathtaking views, such an amazing spot. Was fun to walk around the neighborhood and take advantage of the proximity to Breckenridge and great hiking trails. Beautiful spacious home overlooking Mt Qandary about 5 miles from downtown Breckenridge. Amazing views. Loved watching the moon rise from the hot tub and seeing the Moose family in neighbor’s yard.
