this cabin was the perfect place for my family and i! it fit all of us perfectly and it was beautiful! the pictures shown are exactly what you get. the house is very spacious and definitely has a lot to offer. the first floor was definitely a family favorite from the spacious living room, to the pool table, to the theater room and the multiple different board games! we definitely enjoyed staying here!

The fall colors from the aspens were absolutely stunning, and Pine Forest Lodge was just minutes from some of the best trail heads. Our family of 9 (7 adults 2 toddlers) loved all the room the home had and we had pool tournaments just about every evening. We also took advantage of the hot tub soaking sore muscles after our hikes. We saw a fox, chipmunks, squirrels, and two moose all from the huge dining room window. We had a couple of small hiccups with the house but the management group was quick to respond and resolve. We would definitely stay at Pine Forest Lodge again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Stayed 5 nights place is amazing. Family really enjoyed all the amenities. Big family rooms lots of space. Movie theater was awesome with endless movie options. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was some foxes that love to hang out near the kitchen window so that was cool. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Will stay again in future. Family loved this place.

my only suggestion would be to modernize the theater room or living room to allow casting to visitor's smart devices wirelessly.

We loved it. Everything about this house was beautiful! Our kids loved the theater room. We also loved that we didn’t have to leave the house to have fun. The kids literally went outside and sled down the side of the house all day long. They also provided 3 sleds that were in the garage so that was a big plus. It was our first time in Colorado and we can honestly say we loved every minute of it. We would definitely recommend this house and are planning on going back next year.

This place had all the amenities my group and I needed for a snowboarding trip. We loved the open concept and lots of seating for our group while still having privacy. It was outside of town which was nice, but if you want to be in walking distance of shops, this isn’t the place. You definitely need 4 wheel drive because if it snows, the road leading to the house is difficult. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!

We had a bit of a family reunion in Breckinridge, staying at Toby and Lauretta’s place. It was the perfect place for us, with plenty of common area for us to visit and laugh, and also plenty of room space to get away when needing a break from the crowd haha. There amenities were amazing, catering to every age group. Our family made some beautiful memories in this space and we’re grateful to our hosts for being so easy to communicate with and accommodating along the way!

It was just 15-20 min from downtown Breck...it felt remote in the mountains but also very accessible. Very high elevation so remember to pack oxygen to help you acclimate. Everything was cozy, clean, and perfect! We loved sitting by the fire upstairs looking out the views. We really enjoyed gathering as a family in the evenings to watch Christmas movies in the movie theater room. the wifi worked perfectly which was great because there was no service out there. The hot tub was amazing and gets serviced every couple of days. It is the perfect getaway for a big family!

This is a beautiful home with spacious rooms and incredible amenities. Our family arrived and it was fun to watch the "jaws drop" as each entered the home. The home is very accommodating for big families gathering for a holiday vacation. A lot of areas where to be entertained and to be very comfortably for all ages.
The entrance street from the highway 9 to make the turn to where the home is located can be very dangerous and slippery in snowy weather if you’re not driving a 4x4 vehicle.
There’s very little to no lighting when driving up and down the mountain to get back from Breckinridge to the home and some of the curves are steep.
It is a little hidden in the mountain which gives it a lot of privacy. We were able to see moose and other animals walking right infront of our windows in the early morning, it was spectacular.
The rooms were all very clean and they provided towels and extra pillows, blankets, heaters and humidifiers.
Our family came from sea level and getting adjusted to the altitude of this location was a little uncomfortable. So be prepared to pack some medication for altitude sickness & headaches if you’re not used to 9,000 plus altitude level.
Nonetheless, the location of the home is beautiful & it provides a lot of areas to have fun, even outside we were able to have some fun in the snow sliding down the slopes around it; the owners provided some sleighs in the garage that we were able to use. Thanks for everything!

Just beware if you’re going during the winter months have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and don’t miss the street it’s hard to turn around on a frozen mountain when it’s snowing

Toby & Loretta’s place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the town and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. They were very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly. They helped and really explained everything we needed to know from check in, to check out, to turning on the hot tub and using the moving theatre. They also provided sleds in the garage which we were able to use and have a blast with! The kitchen was stocked with all essential spices, coffee, and sugar. I would definitely come again!

This beautiful mountain home met our expectations for our family getaway. Lots of space for everybody to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Services came as promised: Hot Tub cleaner and snow plower (thankfully since we stayed just after the historical snow storm). Views were spectacular and no neighbors were in sight. My only feedback are small things: -Please provide a new, wrapped sponge and new dish soap bottle for each new guest. -Provide a new hand soap bottle in each of the bathrooms. -There were no extra pillows or "bed in a bag" for the pull out sofas that we could find. Two words of caution: 1. The house is at 11,000ft elevation and most of us suffered from some form of altitude sickness (one person had to go home after a day). 2. Be very careful when turning off the main road up from Breckinridge into the driveway when there is snow build up on the side of the road. It's hard to see the driveway in snowy conditions and I thought Waze was telling us to turn left which would have been off the side of a cliff. The driveway is across the 30MPH sign you see on the right coming up from Breck.

What a cabin!! The views are out of this world, and the cabin is so comfy and cozy. We had an awesome time! You can’t beat this spot when traveling to Breckenridge. Hot tub, pool table, huge kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms!

This house was awesome! Just far enough from the mountain to give you your peace and quite but close enough that it’s not a long drive to get there. Definitely recommend 4X4 in the winter months!

Toby & Lauretta place is definitely somewhere I would stay again. Highly recommend. Very clean and detailed when it comes to check in. Close to Breckinridge about a ten min drive.

The lodge is beautiful and spacious with a lot of fun amenities. Plenty of room for a large family. It was super clean and the management company was quick to answer any questions we had.

We had an amazing time at Toby and Lauretta’s place. They communicated with me in detail and were fast in responding to any questions I had. The place had great amenities and was in a great location. There was enough more than enough room for 9 people. I would definitely recommend!

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had a very large group and there was room for everyone! The amenities are amazing and we all felt very safe in the home because of the precautions/cleaning that took place for Covid. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

WOW! What a view! This house was the perfect size for our group of 8. The theater room is quite the bonus! Minus the little hiccup when we first arrived, which I might add was immediately resolved, we had the best time! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great memories were made.
