Retreat to Summit Siesta and find your Breckenridge mountain getaway. Summit Siesta is truly a perfect place for rest and relaxation you'll want to return to year after year. With multi million dollar views from the cozy great room, you'll soak up all the scenic beauty of our majestic mountains right from the living room.
This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and over 3000 sq feet of living area. The great room with wood beams throughout is spacious and open and warms the home with a gas fireplace featuring beautiful stone masonry. The fully stocked kitchen is updated with granite and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals. The large dining room table can comfortably seat up to 10 people and there are 4 adjacent bar stools.
On the main level, you'll find the great room with soaring ceilings which is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a powder bath on this level along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds each with a twin trundle bed underneath. There is a beautiful Jack and Jill bathroom between the 2 rooms. If you venture upstairs, you'll find the roomy master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. The lower level of the home has a bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have a flat screen television. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment. You will love the close proximity to hiking and biking trails and the free shuttle bus stop is right at the end of the road to take you into town or to the gondola.

Toby and Lauretta's home was absolutely fantastic! I've stayed in both of the units in this very large Duplex mountain retreat, and this one was just as awesome as the first time staying on the left side. The main common room/kitchen & living area is incredibly spacious, with all the utensils and appliances you need. Rooms were all large with tons of sleeping space and nice bathrooms. Christmas vacay with family
Great house, with beautiful view. We had plenty of room for the whole family. House was close to everything we needed. We cooked lots of meals so the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. The place is very nice and looks just like the pictures. Elevation of the house is quite high, so if you aren't used to the altitude it might be a bit tough.
If you are using all the rooms with multiple people taking showers at the same time you will run out of hot water as it is centralized, but just stagger the timings and you should be fine.

The Floorplan suited our 12 people perfectly: three families spread over 3 levels, a huge open kitchen and living room area. The view out if the huge windows encompassed the whole Breck ski area. The driveway and garage were challenging.The media/TV availability was good, although we lost the wifi network for half a day.

We had our cousin trip destination at this location and we all came from different areas (east coast, west coast, NW coast and the Midwestern). For those who are not used to the altitude (the cabin is located at 10,600 feet above sea level) definitely know that humidifiers will safe your life along with some Advil. We felt like we were going to die on our first night but thanks to some local advise we figured out why the majority of our group were struggling. My family and I had a good time here. It was spacious and seemed pretty clean although a few things were stained. We were able to fit 10 adults and 2 kids comfortably. The place had plenty of cookware/dishware. Hotel sized shamp/cond/bar soap were provided. It took us some time to adjust to the altitude, the first nights rest was hard for all of us. Be prepared to get winded just by climbing the stairs. The best part was the beautiful mountain view from the living room. The place is only 15 mins away from Main St in Breck. We were able to park 3 suvs here, it gets really tight because the driveway is shared with other renters on the other side of the house but it’s definitely doable. I wish the driveway was shoveled/plowed better, it was very icey so we just entered and exited thru the garage. Great rental
We spend a long weekend at the property in early March. Property is well outfitted and fit our group perfectly. Views are incredible and location is convenient to all that we had planned. This place is gorgeous and had plenty of space to house 12 people. Since we went during a colder season, we had the fireplace going and was pleasantly surprised that parts of the house had heated floors! Views are amazing and not too far from downtown Breckenridge. We had a couple friends who didn't have cars use the shuttle and it was convenient for them to get around. A great place to host a sizable group of people and easy to get to. A great location to stay about 10 minutes off Main Street in Breck. The space is large enough to accommodate larger groups but wasn’t too large for me and my fiancée. The house had everything you would expect in this area.
