This was a great little spot near Breckenridge Ski Resort. It was a 5 minute walk up the hill to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day, we could ski down to just a 1 minute walk across 4 O'Clock Rd from the place. The on-site hot tub was a major plus rather than using the communal one at the Upper Village Pool area.
We were easily able to walk down into town on Main St for dinner and shopping as well. Just excellent location.Alex - Posted: 2/28/2026

Amazing ski trip. Location was perfect. Nice and comfortable condo. Fun walking to the hot tub and pool in the adjoining condos. Snowflake is very close and convenient. Good to know its a big uphill. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable - and the steam shower was much appreciated after a long day outside. We also liked having the ability to park in the garage. We had a great family spring break at the Sundowner! The condo was just as described and we took full advantage of the spacious kitchen/dining/living area for family dinners and hanging out while not on the slopes.
The condo is well equipped with everything you need during your stay.
Furthermore, the location is superb — walking distance to lifts, restaurants, shopping, and the Beaver run ski school.

the unit at Sundowner 11 was in a great location. A very short walk to the Snowflake Lift and a very short walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. Unit was very clean, Kitchen had good supply of utensils and plates. Covered Parking Garage was great when it was snowing because we did not have to clean the car every time we left. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Sundowner II condo for a 5-day father-daughters ski vacation! We booked #203, a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo. The location was absolutely perfect! A short uphill walk to Snowflake lift, or 2 minutes via the free shuttle which stopped just across the street. Less than 10 minutes walking to Main Street in Breckenridge.
The condo worked well for four people. Dad took the main double bed suite, two sisters in the twin bedroom, third sister on the pull-out couch (heads up: not even, quite bumpy). The ski locker outside was really helpful, there is a washer/dryer in the unit (no drying rack), and well-stocked kitchen of appliances etc. Be aware that the area rugs placed on the carpet were a tripping hazard as they get bunched up when walking on them. The condo was very cozy overall, and again, the access to the Snowflake Lift was great.
Finally, Breckenridge Resort Managers were always very responsive, kind, and easy to work with. This was the second time we've rented through them, and would definitely do so again.Julia B. - Posted: 1/31/2023

This was the most comfortable and spacious condo stay! Very nice carpeting throughout the space, all 3 beds (& the couch!) were quite comfortable. Directions on everything related to the condo and area were clear and easy to follow. Walking distance to downtown which was great. The fireplace in the living room was powerful and the perfect way to end the day. We four people stayed there for 10 days. we enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen, cozy sofa and big smart TV!
5 stars for Toby and Lauretta. They responded quickly answering any questions and sent someone the next day to help fix the router.
tips:
unit is next to elevator that connects garage for easy load and unload
10 min walk to most stores and restaurants in town.
5 min uphill walk or shuttle( 1 stop) to snowflake lift.
Yellow line shuttle stop is outside the building and can take you to peak 9 beaver run in 5 min.

Great stay really close to downtown Breck
We had a wonderful time visiting at the end of May for the long weekend. The location was a huge win being so close to everything in the main city. We were able to simply walk everywhere when we wanted to eat or shop which was great. Of course, being in Breck there were incredible hikes all over nearby which we utilized as well. The unit itself was clean and had some great pieces. The updated bathrooms were wonderful and that steam/shower felt amazing after some long hiking days. Fabulous Birthday ski vacation
We celebrated our 6 year old's Birthday with a ski weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. 1 stop on the shuttle out front to the chair lift was super convenient and the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs everyday were so much fun!Michelle D. - Posted: 4/7/2021

Nice family rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit for a family of 4 . The unit is well equipped . The bathrooms are upgraded. Everything You Need
We were very impressed upon arrival, and even before so. Communication was great and timely for every inquiry I made prior to arrival. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus! The space was great for our family of 4 and the unit had everything we needed. The only negative I have to note is for the noise from above. It can definitely be agitating and disturb sleep. Great location!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this vacation rental. The location of the rental was a lot closer to Main St. than I had originally thought. We walked everywhere we went, it was at least a good 8 minute to Main St. but seemed shorter as there is still so much to see as you’re walking that way. I like how the parking was in an underground garage. We never used to pool or hot tub, I think they were closed either way. The rental itself was great, had all that we needed. Although, the only thing was that the rooms looked like they needed to be vacuumed a little more. Other than that, I would most definitely stay here again.kristyn s. - Posted: 10/6/2020

Clean, comfy spot near the slopes
I booked this location for myself and 3 friends on a 5d ski trip. The main room was nice and big, with more than enough space to sprawl out and relax after a ski day. The fireplace was a nice feature to keep warm as well as dry out ski clothes. During our trip Breck got 50"+ of snow, so having garage parking was very convenient. While the location is close to the Snowflake Lift, we still found ourselves taking the free Breck shuttle to the BeaverRun Superchair - the bus stop is across the street, so very easy to get to. Great placed, good location well equipped
This is a good property. It is really well located next to bus stop and ski home. The pool is nearby and onsite there is a good hot tub. It has a well equipped kitchen for a family that enjoys eating in and the home entertainment systems are great for the family to watch after a good days skiing.
