Located on Four O'Clock Road this unit is just steps from a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block to Main Street enabling you to be within walking distance to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath condominium can sleep up to six people. There is ample seating in the living room to sit on the plush leather couch or side chair and enjoy watching your favorite DVD movie on the TV. If you'd rather spend some time reading your vacation book this open living room is sure to provide all the comfort you will need next to the warm gas fireplace.
The gourmet, granite countertop and wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the rustic wood dining table for six. If you are looking for more of a grab-n-go meal, then belly up to the breakfast bar for four.
The master bedroom has a King bed that is encased in comfortable bedding with wood accent furnishings. The master bedroom has an attached, private bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed encased in mountain inspired bedding. Both bedrooms are located on the condo's second floor, and are outfitted with luxurious down alternative comforters and duvets. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper within the unit. This condominium also features an inviting private balcony where you can retreat to overlook the courtyard and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.
Other amenities include a stackable washer and dryer in the unit and a desk with high-speed internet access. There is an outdoor hot tub on-site, underground parking with an elevator to the units, and a common area courtyard with a grill and picnic table. Guests can also enjoy access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

Roomy and Comfortable Breckenridge Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Sundowner II and it didn't disappoint. The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom with everything we needed for the perfect stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a desk available for anyone who needs to catch up on work, and the wifi was fast. We especially like how quiet it is - no noise from neighbors and you can barely hear others moving around the unit. The views from this particular unit are from the kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms but the unit is generally light and bright, with a cozy patio overlooking the courtyard and a fireplace to warm things up in the evening. We also really appreciated there being so many tissue boxes around the unit! Sounds small but the elevation change does a number on our sinuses so having easy access was very much appreciated! Breckenridge Resort Managers were very easy to work with and provided everything we needed in the detailed emails we received in advance of our stay. The condo was well laid out with open floor plan and bedrooms upstairs. It was clean and the kitchen had lots of dishes to cook with and even some tupperware to store those left overs!

Great location
Overall this property was exactly what we were looking for. Close to a lift (Snowflake) with a short walk or shuttle ride, but ski-in (Four O'Clock Run) with a very short walk back to the condo. The parking garage was an added bonus for not only on-site parking, but being able to leave our ski gear in a vehicle overnight. The living/dining/kitchen area is much bigger than the photos led onto. Having the free clothes washer and dryer was an added bonus we didn't anticipate. The building does have a small outdoor hot tub, but also a very nice pool/hot tub facility that is a short walk down a path that includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, but also one indoor hot tub and two large outdoor hot tubs that easily seat 10+. Communication with property management was the best I've experienced yet, and we've stayed at multiple rental properties across the country and internationally. They provided all information to the property via email and text and were available with a simple text. So easy and fast. There isn't a formal check-in process as they simply send you a text when the condo is ready. No keys are required as everything is a push code for the garage, condo, trash, hot tubs/pool, etc.Brian K. - Posted: 2/19/2024

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been wonderful. Just returned from a two week stay, wonderful location and the condo lived up to all expectations. As there was only 3 of us there was ample space and facilities, we feel that it would be a bit snug for 6 people for 2 weeks, but fine for shorter visits. Great to be able to ski almost to your door (short walk across the road from 4 O’Clock run) and the bus stop is immediately outside to take you to various areas of the resort. Our only slight disappointment was the hot tub which could possibly benefit from being covered over. This didn’t overly impact our stay, and the village pool isn’t too far away if required, and is free access if you stay in this condo. Great location and spacious 2 bedroom condo

LOVED that what we saw in the listing was exactly what we got. The King bedroom has the steam shower & although I did not use it, my hubby will when we visit next. It also has the better view of the surroundings and the weather was perfect for sleeping with the windows open. The queen bedroom has a tub/shower & was also comfy. We brought our own pillows as we are picky princesses but each bed had 4. The kitchen was WELL stocked and even had some spices. We walked to downtown & to the Troll....this condo is in a great location. The only time we pulled the car out of the underground garage was when we went rafting & to the store. This is a beautiful updated and clean condo only 2 to 3 blocks to downtown and a short walk (4 blocks) to the conference center. I shared the condo with a coworker and it was awesome to both have our own space in two large bedrooms including our own bathrooms and televisions. We also enjoyed the huge dining table to work and a big updated kitchen. The living room had big comfy leather couches and a tv to watch the game. We also discovered a small bathroom on the main level towards the middle of our stay. The big kitchen includes all the amenities like a big fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The back porch looks out on a pretty wooded pathway. It includes an underground parking garage. The hallways and elevators walking to the condo in the Sundowner II were old and worn but we were pleasantly surprised at the modern rustic and clean feel when we walked in to the condo. The walk back is uphill. Access to the condo from covered parking is by elevator. The unit itself is well appointed, with two bedrooms upstairs (each having it's own full bath) and a half bath downstairs. Washer and drier are in the half bath. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are open concept with a rustic feel. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was very clean, and everything worked well, although we didn't try the fireplace. The beds were comfortable. The area was quiet mornings and evenings. There is a small patio with a view only of other buildings, and the upstairs windows are high on the wall and offer limited mountaintop views. Clean and Comfortable Condo
Family vacation trip with our two young daughters (4,6). The condo was clean and large, very comfortable. We had everything we needed and cooked several meals in the fully-furnished kitchen. We also used the washer/dryer several times: super convenient to have them right in the apartment. The location was great; walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and all the shopping/restaurants. Our girls played for hours in the blue river: never seemed to tire of it! We would definitely stay here again! This was my sixth stay using AirBNB at Breck. In my opinion, Breck condos really don't get much better than this one. The location is perfect being set between the in and out free bus routes was very convenient. The fact that we were able to ski-in on 4 O'clock and walk 50 yards to our condo was great! The walk to main street takes three minutes; centrally located between main street which made it easy hit the shops.
The condo was beautiful. Incredibly clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you might need for short or long stays. The humidifier and steamist steam shower are amazing touches for anyone who isn't used to the dry climate.
The Breckenridge Resort Managers were extremely helpful as well. We had a hard time getting an UBER/LYFT to the airport on our last day. The folks at the office were incredible. They helped us find a shuttle to the airport and really went above and beyond to accommodate us, even after we had checked out. We greatly appreciate their help.

Perfect location! Short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Main Street shopping and eating, peak 9 and to ride the gondola to peak 8. The apartment was fully furnished and very clean. We wanted a condo that would give us easy access to the mountain as well as town and this unit was perfect! We walked just up the street to have direct access to the Snowflake lift on Breckenridge mountain, and also had a quick 5 minute walk to main street. The condo is nice, and the location is right off of the main street. The condo is 2 story, with the bedrooms upstairs. The check in is a little different than previous AIRBNB experiences - and I didn't read the PDF ahead of time to see that I needed to arrange pick up of information if I am arriving outside of office hours. I got it all squared away - they have a 24 hour answering service and they did call me back with the information. Very homey
The condo was very nice. Had a little trouble with not enough hot water . The maintenance man came and turned up the water heater and it solved the problem. The only other thing was there was a big gap at the front door. It appeared someone had tried to break in at one time and the door didn't seal very well. This condo has a great location, only about 100 to 150 yards from the snowflake lift just up the hill and about a seven minute walk from Main St., Street down the hill. It’s an easy cruise down Four O’Clock Run At the end of a long day skiing and then you cross the road and are home. The hot tub is a delightful way to finish off your aprés ski as well. The beds are large and spacious, plenty of hot water in the showers, and the kitchen is well appointed for whatever you might want to make for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Wonderful place to stay
We have stayed at many vacation homes and most are furnished with tired furniture or mismatched kitchen items. This was not the case here! Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds, and the kitchen was first class. We went there with my parents and all 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This place was great! The location was close to everything, within walking distance to main street. The only 2 small complaints were the cable service, it was fuzzy and didn't work very well, and it would have been nice to have a few better cooking utensils.
