Located on Four O'Clock Road this unit is just steps from a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block to Main Street enabling you to be within walking distance to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath condominium can sleep up to 7 people. There is ample seating in the living room with 2 couches to enjoy watching your favorite DVD movie on the TV. If you'd rather spend some time reading your vacation book this open living room is sure to provide all the comfort you will need next to the warm gas fireplace.
The gourmet, granite counter top and wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own vacation home at the rustic wood dining table for six. If you are looking for more of a grab-n-go meal, then belly up to the breakfast bar for four.
The master bedroom has a queen bed that is encased in comfortable bedding with wood accent furnishings. The master bedroom has an attached, private bathroom. The second bedroom has Captain's bunk bed which is a twin over a full size bed. There is a nicely updated bathroom for this bedroom as well. Both bedrooms are located on the condo's second floor. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condominium also features an inviting private balcony where you can retreat to and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.
Other amenities include a stack-able washer and dryer in the condo and a desk with high-speed internet access. There is an outdoor hot tub on-site, underground parking with an elevator to the units, and a common area courtyard with a grill and picnic table. Guests can also enjoy access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

The location was perfect! So close to the Snowflake lift - we could take the free shuttle up the hill to the lift in the morning and ski all the way down so we only had to walk across the street at the end of the day. Great condo for a Breck ski vacation. The condo easily sleeps 3 adults with a pull out sofa bed for a fourth person. The location is perfect! It is a 3 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants on Main Street and 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the gondola at the Breckenridge ski resort. Plus you can ski back to the house via lower 4'oclock road trail. We did a full Breckenridge ski vacation with no car and very short walks to everything in town! Had a wonderful time. Condo was exactly as described, nicely furnished and decorated, well equipped kitchen. It is spacious and we felt right at home. Walk to Snowflake lift is a bit uphill and about 150 yards, wasn’t a problem for us and there is also regular bus service departing across the street. We used the jacuzzi at the Upper Village Pool complex which was nice and a good way to meet guests. Overall a great stay, the only issue (which has been mentioned in other reviews) are the extremely firm mattresses in both master and second bedroom. You almost couldn’t be in a better location for Breck! As close to ski in/out as possible without actually being ski in/out and paying the up-charge! Only 4 minute walk to the Snowflake lift and 7 minute walk to main street. Condo was clean, cozy, and as advertised. Kitchen was more than expected. Hosts were responsive and helpful. This property is in a great location. It is a close walk to town and to the snowflake ski lift. You can also ski all the way down back to the property on the four o’clock trail which saved us a ton of walking. The host was very responsive and helped answer any questions before and during the trip! Great location and home. It was a quick 5 minutes uphill to Snowflake lift and 5 minutes walk downhill from either Snowflake or 4 o'clock trails. The hot tub is secluded and was always available. There were humidifiers for the dry air, a crockpot for making chili, and a washer and dryer for keeping your items clean and dry. Great water pressure in the showers. Amazing location! Close to Main Street. Short shuttle ride to the slopes and the shuttle stop is right across the street. You can ski back taking lower four o’clock trail to pine ridge which will take you right to the apartment. Apartment is very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We came to Breckenridge to visit our daughter and ski. Toby and Lauretta’s condo was just as described, and had plenty of sleeping space and room in it. Very nice condominium in convenient location. Parking is convenient, underneath the building with an elevator for getting luggage to and from. It is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift. It is a short walk to just about everything in town. While not a ski in ski out setup, it has some good things going for it. This is a great condo. It was clean & pictures are exactly what you can expect. Nicely stocked kitchen, humidifiers available in the bedrooms (which is always nice in the dry mountains) and we loved the gas fireplace for a quick warmup. As others have noted, master bedroom mattress isn't great-- it's very, very firm. Best thing about this place is the location--- it's absolutely perfect. A 10 minute walk to the Snowflake lift in one direction and a 10 minute walk to downtown in the other. You can practically ski home at the end of the day. Great location, great home
We loved this unit! It’s much bigger than I anticipated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. To get to the mountain in the morning you can either take the bus just one stop, or you can walk less then 1/2 mile the snowflake lift. At the end of the day, take the 4 o’clock to town run, but exit at the “park place” sign to walk across to the unit. Two suggestions: replace the master bedroom pillows (maybe the second bedroom too but the kids did not complain) and provide light bulbs for renters to switch as needed.Jackie S. - Posted: 1/10/2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year we’ve stayed here, which says a lot. With so many options to stay in Breckinridge, we pick here again. It’s conveniently located to the slopes, bus stop and to town. We moved our car once to travel to Vail, really no need for a car. My boys walked to Snowflake to start their day and I walked into town to start mine :)
We had to call management once about something very minor and they were out within a few hours. Great service.
The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family of five. If I was FORCED to say something negative, I’d have to say the pot and pans were lacking (no large skillet for eggs or pancakes). But this wouldn’t stop us from coming back!Sara H. - Posted: 12/18/2021

This place is amazing and wonderfully located close to downtown Breck! We walked all over the place and really enjoyed an extended weekend. A relaxing vacation experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large, 2 floor vacation home. The cozy gas fireplace put us to sleep after long days on the slopes! Parking garage with elevator provided easy access to car (which was not needed much given how easily we could walk to town). Free ride bus stop is literally out front of the building, which took us straight to the snowflake lift (otherwise a short uphill walk) or beaver run. Beds comfortable, easily sleeps 4, and could sleep a few extras on downstairs couch. No complaints whatsoever! We will return!John C. - Posted: 3/26/2021

Perfect location!
My family snowboards and I do not. So this location was perfect. My family walked to the ski lift and I easily walked downtown to shop and eat. Best of both worlds. There was a bus route right outside the condo if needed. I walked everywhere. There were six of us there and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The upstairs two bedrooms and two bathroom were clutch. Also, a half bath downstairs was nice. I only suggest two things...an oven mitt (maybe someone walked away with it) and new pillows. The mattress and pillows were like cardboard. I still give it 5 stars bc of location and cleanliness. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories in Breckinridge.Sara H. - Posted: 3/21/2021

This condo is beautifully done - all the finishes are very nice. The location is great for walking to main street or the gondola. Awesome stay

We absolutely LOVED this place. The location was the best in Breckenridge. We enjoyed walking down to the shops/river every day and night. The home is very clean, well stocked, very comfortable and is much larger than we were expecting. We were also very pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer in the home. We had a great time at this condo! There was ample space for the 4 of us and we could definitely have added a couple more. The condo was in a great location - right next to the free shuttle and within walkable distance to the ski lift (although all uphill so be prepared!).
