As the name suggests, Tanenbaum by the River sits right alongside the river, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the water as it trickles by in the summer and fall. Take it all in from your private balcony and enjoy the mountain air.
Inside, the condo is warm, open, and inviting – ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just across the entry is the spacious, fully updated kitchen with ample counter space and all the essentials to whip up family meals. Great spot for a guys trip. There were six of us in our party and even though they’re only two bedrooms there’s plenty of space in the bedrooms for all your gear and three bathrooms really helped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can imagine to cook. Only downside I would say was the carpet could use a cleaning or replacing.

Great stay, close to town, off the beaten path
We stay in Breckenridge every year for the fourth in different condos. This was a great option to be walkable to town but not feel like you're surrounded by traffic. Place was very spacious for our group and was exactly what we expected! We also really appreciated the humidifiers. We were able to walk to the quicksilver chair (about 10 mins) but the walk home was less ideal as it is uphill. The only real downside of this condo is that it was kind of far from the hot tub/pool. We had to cross the street and follow a pathway to get to them. Also the facility closed at 8pm which felt very early especially for how crowded the facility was.Elizabeth - Posted: 2/25/2025

Great Trip
We had a great time at this place! The river/stream goes right behind the unit, so it was really easy access for our kids to play in it and it was so nice to be able to open up the windows and hear the water. Minor things for improvement were:
1) kitchen could have used some siran wrap or at least some small containers for food left overs
2) I would have appreciated better instructions/directions for the public bus to access the ski area from the condo AND where to go for the only overnight parking for additional cars...which was pretty far away but just required some planning.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was equipped with all the extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The listing allows for one parking spot, which is understandable. I just assumed that we could find close parking for our other car. That wasn’t the case, and had to pay for overnight parking. So be prepared to have this added expense. Yes, please note that this condo is listed as only coming with 1 parking space. Additional parking is available at the Satellite Lot, but it is a few miles away. Parking is limited in Breckenridge, but the free shuttle is great, so a car isn't necessary when visiting!Breckenridge Resort Managers staff

Perfect getaway

Great location and value!
We loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location for our group to be able to walk to the lifts or to town. Plenty of space for everyone and having 3 full bathrooms was a major plus.Krystal S. - Posted: 3/20/2023

Toby and Lauretta’s place was great! The location was excellent, we could walk into town to explore or grab a bite. They had plenty of cooking/kitchen utensils, extra blankets, and towels that made it easy to feel at home and cozy. Great condo with lots of beds and 3 full baths
This is a great space for families. We appreciated having boot trays and hooks for our coats upon entering the condo. Our kids loved all of the different sleeping options and having 3 full bathrooms was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved playing games provided in front of the gas fireplace. Having a washer and dryer in the condo and laundry detergent provided was so helpful and very convenient. There were plenty of towels provided including make-up towels. I really appreciated having tissue boxes located throughout as well as travel-sized toiletries. We’d recommend and would stay here again.J P. - Posted: 2/10/2023

Cozy spot with incredible views and an ideal location!
The updated kitchen, bathrooms in each bedroom, and beautiful views are just a few perks of this Breck gateway!
The owners were incredibly responsive and so kind. They even did their best to work with us when illness hit our family (thankfully we ended up going)

Great pad
The condo is great not quite ski in ski out but a 5 minute walk is all that is required. There are soon teething problems but I'm sure they will be sorted out. Really enjoyed the stay.martin r. - Posted: 1/24/2023
